I absolutely LOVE these boots!I ordered the the blue/gray ones about two weeks ago when they were on sale. I'm so happy I did! I had been contemplating ordering some for a while but cost was a major concern. They are SO WORTH IT. When I first got them they felt a bit small (I sized down as recommended)but within two days they stretched out perfectly. These are the most comfortable shoes I have worn in forever and extremely warm. I actually do wear them at times without socks (a first for me). I plan on ordering another pair in black. They are awesome!

Cute twist on the traditional Ugg. The boot loosens up at the top if you wear them up and start to sag but still looks cute. Really cute for fall when folded down. Not recommended for very cold temp, snow or rain.

Love these shoes! I usually wear a 7 1/2 but size 7 was perfect. I was hoping for durable tread which they have and they are very warm. Highly recommend! Also ordering Zappos was quick and easy and the price was comparable to all sites I checked. I used my AMEX and got a statement credit for using Zappos.

Gramma's gift was a big hit at Christmas! 14 year old loved the boots. She did need to go up a size which surprised me after reading other reviews. Overall loved them and is wearing them to school in spite of the bitter MN winter. She is determined!

I'm 10 years old and received for Christmas. I love them, and thankfully, my feet do not get wet when I wear them in the Chicago snow. I'm usually an 8 1/2, but needed an 8 for a perfect fit.

I was worried when I was first reading the reviews about the arch support. It is horrible but it isn't great either. The nice thing about these boots is that they actually hold my feet into place. My last pair of Uggs I wore out quickly by walking on the sides of them. If you are like me and wear them down quickly by walking on the sides, this pair of Uggs are a great choice!

I love this boot! But if you wear a half size I personally would say to get the next size up! My toe is smashed against the front and this particular boot makes your heel and foot slide forward which only makes your big toe that much more uncomfortable. I wish I would've gotten the 10 instead of following other advisement and getting a 9.

Here's what's crazy. I saw these in gray on a woman standing in the security line in an airport, and fell in lust. I coveted these boots. Normally I never buy something I see on someone else. I just think "Gee I wish I had seen that first." Not these boots. I had to have them. Much hinting & begging later, my hubby bought them as a Christmas present. OMG. They do not disappoint. They are warm, completely comfortable & totally awesome. They scrunch down and they pull up to the knees. The buttons on the side are completely functional. They are cute with everything. And that's a crazy thing too because I am not an UGG fan. The styles always looked so clunky, not sophisticated. But these are adorable. I took everyone's advice and ordered a half size smaller - perfect fit. There is no arch support. For me that's not a problem.

Love these Uggs! Usually wear an 8 but had to send them back and got a 7. Fit perfectly! Love the scrunched look. They do not fall down and you can have several different looks. The texture is also very nice and goes well with multiple styles.

I love these boots! They are comfortable and fashionable. I can wear them up/down/semi folded, etc. So many fashion possibilities.

Having two pairs of Uggs already, I was so excited to get this pair mainly because of the style and different material. They fit like any Ugg and are very comfy and warm. I like the versatility and would recommend these.

I love Uggs! They are so comfortable! If I'm not wearing tennis shoes then I'm wearing Uggs. Love. I usually wear 7 1/2-8 & I got these in a 7. They do stretch. Haven't worn them in deep snow so I don't know if they leak through but I wear them for looks more than functional purposes. And as always, Zappos is amazing! I'm always recommending everyone!

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas, she loved them! Great fit and quality and as always, Zappos is hands down the greatest company to work with! Never disappointed! Uggs always run about a 1/2 to 1 size big!

I've had my eye on these for a while and jumped when I saw them on sale. I was very unsure about sizing and even asked friends who had them, only to get varying responses (size down or get your normal size). I ended up getting the size down and they fit perfectly! You're supposed to wear them without socks but even with thin socks, they fit well. Very comfortable and warm - love them!

I personally love these boots. I got them in charcoal and wear them almost every day. They aren't losing form or fuzz, like my other pair of Uggs did after about a month of constantly wearing them. I have gotten over 20 compliments from friends and family members, saying how much they loved them; both the style and color. At least 5 people said they were going to ask for them for their next birthday, because they loved them so much. I suggest keeping the forms (they come inside the boots) in when not wearing them, so they will not lose shape, and look new for as long as possible. Overall, these are probably my favorite pair of Uggs because they are easy to clean, super comfy, and very stylish as well.
