Love these so much had to get the black/silver and charcoal/silver! Uggs definitely run a whole size small. I'm an 8 and wear a 7 in all Uggs.

Love these. Super comfy yet stylish. I only wear folded down but they also look cute up as well. I have them in the charcoal/silver and black/silver. They don't carry these colors in my local stores and no tax, free overnight shipping - can't beat that...love Zappos, they're always very friendly.

I love these! They are so comfortable, super cute, and warm! I always wear a size 10 but I had to exchange for a size 9. Zappos made the exchange so easy for me!

These are hands down the best UGG boots I own and are my go to for just about everything! They look great with skinny jeans on or just folded tucked under pants or boots! They wear dressy or casual! Hands down my favorite Zappos purchase ever!

My best purchase in 2012! Love them! I was hesitating because of the price but they are totally worth it!! Just make sure to ask for a lower size and the rest is perfect! Super comfy and warm.

This is the most comfortable boot I've ever worn. The ease in getting it on and off and the nice cushioning of the lamb fur inside. Also, it looks really good either cuffed at the ankle or worn full length to the knee. My new favorite!

I am a full size 11 shoe and I also have a fairly wide foot, so I was nervous about following the advice of many of the reviews and ordering a size down. Honestly I'm really glad I didn't. Maybe it's my wide foot, but the 11 fit PERFECTLY! I haven't had any issues with my heel popping out or any of the other problems associated with a shoe that's too big. Now the good stuff: this boot is adorable!! I am not a fan of the classic UGG look, but this boot looks amazing with everything and it can be worn in a multitude of ways. I love the look with the boot buttoned and slouched, and frankly I haven't found a pair of pants that it doesn't look good with. My friend has the grey pair, and that wasn't my favorite (it's a muddy light grey) but the charcoal and silver is amazing! The boot is stylish, comfortable and warm. I wish I had one in every color (except maybe grey). :-)

These are perfect boots for fall or spring if you live in mild climates. They are NOT for rain, snow or very heavy winds. I easily walk 4 miles a day in them with zero foot-fatigue, blisters or discomfort. My feet are pretty flat and the support is fine. If you need more arch support, or live where the weather is harsh, these may not be for you (at least outside?) I have larger calves and one boot does slide down if I try to wear them all the way unfolded. I love the option of folding them over into a cuff. Overall, I'm thrilled with my boots, but I'm still getting another pair for "winter weather."

LOVE these boots! Wear a 9, ordered a 9 and they fit perfectly. I sometimes have trouble getting my foot into boots, and most times have to buy ones with zippers. These pull on very easily without unbuttoning them. As far as whether they stay up when unfolded, they slouch a slight bit, but thats to be expected with a sweater boot. Overall, I'm extremely happy with these boots and highly recommend them.

Most comfortable boot I have ever worn. Not enough words to describe how much I enjoy them on my feet and really cute. Also difficult to find words for how much I love and appreciate Zappos. I live in a small town and have to drive 90 miles for good shopping! Zappos has transformed shopping for me and a huge bonus is they have the friendliest, warmest people working for them!

Great boots, very comfortable and cute. These are my first pair of Uggs and I am very happy with them. I ordered my normal shoe size, size 10. I would say am a true size 10. I read mixed reviews re sizing; some said order a size down, others said they were true to size. I am glad that I ordered my standard size because they fit perfect. The knit over the top part of my foot was slightly tight at first but relaxed within a couple hours. This may have been the knit relaxing or the insole patting down a little bit with wearing. Either way, I think here great and have a convertible style: knee high, scrunched or folded over. Very pleased!

I placed my order yesterday and received it today! Go Zappos! I am between sizes of 7½-8. I heard to order a size down, so I ordered a 7. They are snug, but not uncomfortable. I expect them the stretch a bit after continuous wear. I have them on now!

LOVE! So comfortable and warm. I have larger calves and these fit with ease. They do run large. I wear an 8 1/2 normally, and since they do not offer 1/2 sizes, I ordered a 9 that was way too big. I exchanged for and 8 and they fit great.

This much for a pair of shoes? That's a lot for this frugal mom, yet I couldn't be happier with my purchase. So very warm and comfy! Love that I can wear them tall or folded down. I'm normally a size 8, but as other reviews suggested, these shoes run big. Order a size down and it should be perfect!
