These boots are amazing! These were my first pair of UGG boots, and I got them in the gray. I have a medical condition that makes my feet always cold, but these boots are the only thing that gave me warm feet! Definitely warmer without socks, which I would think the opposite. After getting these UGGs, I splurged on the UGG cozy knit slipper, and chocolate classic short, so my feet are always toasty warm and oh so comfortable. I go from my house slipper UGGs inside, to my boots outside, and my feet are totally pampered! Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants cozy warm feet. p.s if you're worried about wearing them in the snow, I just used waterproofing spray for suede, and any snow I get on them just slide right off and if they get wet, they dry and look brand new.

Just got these in the mail tonight and I love them; they fit perfectly. I have been wanting these boots for a while and they had been out of stock. These boots are very comfortable. I have 2 other pairs of Uggs and they are all great. The grey is very nice looking. I have the classic cardy in grey also. Shipping was very fast; this was my first time ordering from Zappos and I was very impressed. Also enjoyed the can of Red Bull I received with my boots. Ordered boots at 11 pm eastern time Tuesday night and got them today at 1230 pm.

These boots are perfection! Make sure you buy them a size below your normal size and you'll have no issues. They are so comfortable and I get compliments on them all the time. I wear them at least 3x a week!

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas, and she loves them! They fit true to size and are warm and wonderful. Plus, Zappos did its usual wonderful speedy free shipping. Zappos service is the best!

These are some very nice boots. If you wear a ladies 10 you would want to go down a size smaller. These were the most popular boot this season and were sold out at many stores. I received my order within 5 days or maybe less. Very pleased with Zappos and the boots.

As one may assume, these boots lack traction and can be very slippery in the snow. The boots are extremely comfortable and very warm. Overall, I am very pleased to own these UGG's.

My daughter loves them. They keep her feet warm (hot!) for sure. Also they look pretty, she had people looking after her just to see what brand are her shoes. She wears 6, and I got her 5. At the beginning she said that they are a little bit too tight. Being encouraged by our friend that they will stretch, we didn't exchange them for bigger size. After wearing them 2 weeks she said they are tight, but that they also keep her feet warm and comfy. I love them, too! I wear 6 1/2 and many times just borrow them from her. Have no problem wearing them with thin socks. It was a great buy!

I'm an international customer and I was really pleased with the service from Zappos and the boots I ordered for my sister as a Christmas present. She loves them. The sizing was a bit off for us but that was my fault as I should have followed the instructions that advise you to buy one size smaller than you normally would for Ugg boots. Okay...can you say amazing?! Love these! I originally purchased the Ultra Tall in black a couple years ago which I love, but these are so much softer and more comfortable! So warm! I don't wear them in harsh weather; better for sunny cold days which we have a lot of where I live.

I received my boots today (Baily Button Triplet in chestnut, size 10), and as someone with wide feet, I have to remark on how well these B width shoes fit -- no pinching anywhere. Normally I'm struggling to get my feet into a D width shoe. They are extremely comfortable and so stylish, but in the chestnut color, they work for all ages. (I'd only ever seen Uggs before in the "candy" colors: pastel blue, pink, green. Those are great for a younger woman, but just don't seem as stylistically appropriate for someone over 50). Absolutely adorable, and because I'm diabetic, I'm delighted with how warm they keep my feet and calves.

I have never been an UGG fan but finally gave in and bought these and I love them. I normally wear a size 8 but ordered a 7 because 8 was sold out and they fit perfectly.

These were my first UGG shoes, so if you've never had them, then get them! It's like walking on clouds. They are very warm and cuddly. I picked these because the buttons made them a little unique from the classic. They are definitely worth the price.

Just got my first pair of UGG Bailey Button Triplets three days ago. I have never had a boot or shoe that is this comfortable. Feels like you are walking on a cloud. Expensive, but worth it. UGG is the only boot I will buy from now on.

I love this pair of Uggs! This is the second pair I have purchased and they are totally worth the money. They are super comfortable and you can where them with jeans or leggings and look adorable.

I love these boots. I spent Christmas holiday in Minnesota with lots of snow so I finally had a reason to buy a new pair of UGGS. They are cute, comfy and warm-what more could a girl want? Usually wear a 9N and the 8M fits great-with and without socks.
