These are the most comfortable boots I have ever had. And warm and the buttons make them much easier to get on without a lot of gymnastics.

Fabulous! Wider in the calf, warm and comfortable. No dye transfer when wearing them barefoot. Great addition to my other Uggs!

I love these. Uggs are the only thing that keep my feet warm, as I have bad circulation. I own several pairs. I bought the Ugg Cargo, but sent them back as they were too stiff & dug into my ankles. I would tell you to go for the Bailey Button Triplets!

Great boots. They are cozy and keep me warm on those cold ND days. I have bigger calves and I found these to be one of the few boots that fit over them.

Love these boots! Looks great on! I am size 8-8 1/2 normally. but with all my Uggs I wear 7. With these I had to get an 8 because the 7 was actually tight and looked like my foot was busting out. The 8 is perfect!

These are awesome. I have a pair of chocolate classic talls which I love, so I bought these since I wanted something a little different. I really dig the contrasting buttons on these! Lately, I have been wearing them folded down (with top button unbuttoned) like I saw in an UGG ad. It is such a cute look with cropped jeans or shorts. Of course, they also look great buttoned up tall with a mini skirt or skinny jeans. Great versatility. I ordered a whole size down in this style, just as I had with the classic talls. They will feel snug at first, but after a few days of wearing, they stretch. Note, I don't wear them with socks.

Love Zappos period. These Ugg boots are so comfy and are amazing. The boots came wrapped nicely and I love them. Everyone at work comments on how nice they are... even the guys. Definitely worth the money - just remember to spray them before for water resistant.

Zappos is awesome! They upgraded the shipping at their expense so I received my UGG earlier than expected. The UGG Bailey Button Triplet fits like the classic, so order a size down than your normal shoe size. Very comfortable and warm! I love it!

Love these boots! These are my second pair of Ugg Boots and they never disappoint! Warm, comfortable but never sweaty. And so cute, too! While my first pair seemed to run big, these are more true to size. And Zappos.com is the best place to shop, hands down! Their customer service is amazing and their return policy can't be beat! I will be a Zappos.com customer for as long as I have feet to put shoes on!

I love them. I never had a pair of UGGS. I never even tried them on. I was a little hesitant, but with the great return policy and free shipping both ways, I had nothing to lose. I am a 6.5 in sneakers, so I ordered a 7 (I measured my foot and used the women's size chart). I love to put them on, I love wearing them everywhere I go and I hate to take them off when I get home.

Love these Uggs! They look great either buttoned up or down. Order 2 sizes down as they stretch a lot.

Love these boots! More stylish than the typical Ugg style and the gray color is beautiful. I haven't figured out yet how to use the buttons to fold down the boot for an ankle height, but that feature is a nice perk! Like all other Uggs, run a bit big (usually a 9.5 in other brands, was a comfortable 9 in these.)

Bought a size 7 for my daughter for Christmas but had to return for the size 8. She loves her new boots! The return process we easy and even better was no shipping fees! I give customer service 5 stars!

I recently purchased the UGG Bailey Button Triplet in Brown and I love them! They are so cute and so comfortable! I can't wait for a cold day so I can wear them! I bought them in my regular size (7) and they fit perfectly.

Amazing! I received these for Christmas and love them. I wear a size 8.5-9 shoe normally, and these in a size 8 are perfect. I also got the cleaner kit and highly recommend it. These are warm, comfy and they feel like heaven. If you're debating between these and the classic cardy (like I was) buy both. I love both pairs for different reasons but these more for my jeans. You can't go wrong with Bailey triplet, classic cardy, sheepskin care kit or Zappos. Very nice.

Love Zappos, and Uggs! Just a quick note on the sizing. I typically wear an 8 to 8.5. Went down to the 8, and they are a 'perfect' fit - definitely not any extra room - just perfect. So, I would not go down more than 1/2 size. These are awesome boots. Thank you Zappos and Uggs.

These are my first pair of Ugg boots and I ordered them in Black. I usually wear size 8 in regular shoes and I ordered a 8 in these as well. I did not order a size down like some suggest and these boots feel wonderful. I'm very happy with my purchase and now I'm hooked. I want them in every color. I think my next pair will be the Classic Tall Uggs in chestnut. I ordered these on Tuesday and had them by Friday. Thanks Zappos!

These are quite possibly my most favorite pairs of Uggs. I live in Vermont and once winter comes, I live in my Ugg boots. I have them in all shapes, colors, and sizes. I highly recommend these ones, though. I have them in sand, and the color is gorgeous and goes with almost anything. I sprayed them with a protectant spray and have had no issues with my feet getting wet or the suede getting ruined after trekking through sand, sludge, and salt. The triple buttons are super stylish and I love all of the ways I can wear them - over my jeans, under my jeans, folded up or down, buttoned, or unbuttoned - these boots are super versatile! I really can't say enough great things about these boots; I would highly recommend them as an addition to your Ugg collection or if you are a first timer. I know you won't be disappointed in them! I highly suggest waterproofing them though, to keep them looking tip top. Oh yeah, I ordered my usual Ugg size, size 8, which is a half size down from my normal shoe size.
