I bought two pairs of these boots for my daughters as Christmas gifts. I had a question about them and contacted Zappos via "live chat" and can not say enough nice things about the customer service representative and the quality of service I received. These boots are incredibly warm and comfortable. Looks like I'll be buying myself a pair too!

Bought these for a gift, but the recipient previously tried them on and loves them! She ended up needing a half size smaller than usual - she's usually a 7 1/2 wide, but the 7 fits really nicely. The new Ugg styles are great too as they seem to generally feature the removable sole - it's easy to replace the sole by simply taking the old one out, and putting in a new, $15 pair of soles (very reasonable!). And of course, Zappos always has fantastic customer service - thank you Zappos!

I love this boot. The color is to die for and yes, it turns heads. A great winter addition to any wardrobe. Thanks Zappos for your excellent service!

If it were legal to marry a pair of UGGs I would do so. I have been wasting money on "fake uggs" because I didn't want to pay the price but let me tell you they are worth every penny. What a difference between Costco UGGS (CUGGS)and Bear Paw Uggs (BUGGS). The minute I tried on an authentic pair of UGGS I bought them and love them. They fit one full size smaller than my usual which will come as no surprise to anyone. They conform to my foot much differently and the fur is MUCH more luxurious than the fakes and really are worth the cost.

This is a great color, I would descrive it as a dusty rose color. As always Uggs are the most comfortable boots that you will ever wear. This color just ups the cute factor!

I just opened my Uggs today,and I am delighted! They are so soft and warm although I wish I had paid more attention to t he reviews I read saying they run a size large. They will be ok with socks if I can't bear to return them because I. Want to wear them now. I love how cute they are and that you can change the look from a knee boot to mid calf or ankle by turning the fur down. I a m ordering a pair for my daughter ,she's going to love them on Christmas morning.

I've wanted these Uggs for over a year! Finally I've gotten them, and I'm more than pleased. They look fabulous rolled down, or at its regular height. I got the Chestnut Sheepskin color and they match just about everything in my wardrobe! Like in any pair of Uggs, there is little to no arch support. You can always buy insoles from a local drug store if it really becomes a problem. The only downside with the "Bailey Button" collection is that they edges begin to fold down after a few weeks of wear. I found that when I take them off, I leave the button side firmly against a wall. This prevents the folding while they are not in use. Overall, this pair of Uggs is my favorite pair yet!

I love my Uggs! They're so comfy! I have these in the chestnut, and I wear them with pretty much every color. I have bigger calves, and these are perfect for me!

I love these boots; however, my husband hates them and has threatened divorce if I don't return them, so they will be returned.

I'm loving these boots, they're a little lighter in weight then the shorter one, warm, and very comfortable. I own 4 pairs so far.

Love Uggs! I buy myself a new pair every other winter and these ones do not disappoint. Super comfortable and cute. Definitely order one size smaller (like they recommend) as they run large and stretch out with time.

I purchased this boot one full size smaller as recommended and it fit perfectly. I would recommend purchasing waterproofing spray and applying before you wear. I waited and had a couple of water droplet marks before water proofing.

One of my favorite pair of Uggs. They are very comfortable and easy to get on and off and look great with a pair of jeans.

These are the best shoes ever! This is my first pair of Uggs and I'm never taking them off. Worth the price in every way- warm fluffy clouds on your feet!

These boots are great! Love the color! Love the warmth, I wore them on a trip to Alaska! And also love that you can change the look by rolling them down. I had to make an exchange on the boots and Zappos had a new pair to me in 24 hours! Zappos, you are the best!

I wear them any chance I get! The fur lining makes them warm and comfy, but probably too warm once the weather turns.

I really like these boots. So warm and soft inside. I do wish they had more cushioning inside. This is my 2nd pair of Ugg boots.

Love this boot. Runs big, so order a size smaller just like many other Uggs. Very comfy and cute!

I love these boots! Like many other adults I have resisted Uggs for many years. These ones don't look so much like giant flippers like the original ones did. They are the most comfortable, warm boots I have ever owned. I was always complaining that I just couldn't find a pair of boots that would keep my toes warm but these definitely do. In fact at times they are almost too warm. My feet get hot if I am walking around the mall. I never want to take them off! I have had them for about a month now and find the quality to be excellent. I ordered a 1/2 size smaller than I normally would and they fit perfectly. I also bought the waterproof spray and it was easy to apply and seems to work well. I will definitely buy another pair in the future!

Great boot! Love the three buttons, so easy to get on and off, can wear up or down. Love this boot!
