I ordered three pairs of boots from Zappos before I settled on these. I love them so much. They are wide enough in the toe box to make even my badly bunioned feet feel comfortable. They are easy to put on, and very stylish. I get so many compliments on them. I am a Keen fan. I own three pairs. If they stay true to present quality, I'll be a lifetime fan.

I think I'm in love. I just got these, and my long quest for the perfect boot is finally over! They're still a tiny bit snug for my giant calves, but they're sure to stretch. They fit like Keens -- very roomy in the toe box, perfect for wearing with winter socks. They're a little roomy in the ankle, but I will happily overlook that. Thank you, Keen, for making a comfortable boot with an urban edge!

I love these boots! I have been looking desperately for a pair of boots that I could use day in and day out, and these are it. They are super comfortable, smell deliciously like leather and I get compliments when I wear them. Now I want them in black!

Love, love, love these boots. I am preparing for a European trip across five countries with one pair of boots that can look nice when I need to be able to do a photo shoot in Paris and still hike the Alps without looking ridiculous. These are the boots! I tried Merrells, Tevas, and Eccos but these are the most comfortable and seem to me to be the best quality. I have very high arches and small calves and they support my foot very well. My legs are still swimming in them even with a 6.5 but they will look nice with pants. I'll try to update with a review after I've done all the walking. As always Zappos is beyond amazing five star service.

I love these boots. I put them on in the store and have worn them ever since. I was afraid they would be slippery, but they really grip the wet sidewalks. I also wore them in the snow and didn't slip around. I love the elastic in the calf, as my legs are big there, and the elastic makes them fit just right. I wear skirts and tights and these boots look great with everything. Great arch and support.

Got them on sale a little late in the season but our winter is lingering. They are really comfortable and not nearly as clunky as the Winthrops I've been living in this winter. Fit great for me with skinny jeans tucked in and then can tighten the buckles if I wear them with a skirt and tights. They clean up nice from a little mud and are the perfect height for me, I'm 5'3". They will be great next winter too! My regular shoe size is 6; as with all Keens I order a half size up and they are fine.

I love these boots - got them to wear with fall skirts - very cute with those. But the unexpected thing was how well these have performed this incredibly snowy winter - the sole grips the ice, the leather does very well in puddles, snow and slush (I help it along with waterproofing stuff, but that was just because there was so much snow and salt on the ground that I was worried it wouldn't hold up - actually it did even without the waterproofing). I really like the way the typical Keen toe covering is modified on this boot, not as exaggerated as with other Keens, which makes the boot look much nicer. The color is great (I have the brown) and the buckles and stitching are cool. And again, they don't slip on the ice! This winter, that's been important.

I was looking for a pair of waterproof winter boots that are warmer than my Hunter's. They are phenomenal. I like the worn finish. Also, they fit from the first time I put them on. I didn't need to wear them in at all. My heel got a little blister, but I wore them with the wrong socks, and it hasn't happened again. I'm usually a large 8, and ordered an 8.5, and they were great. I also have a wider calf, and they fit, even over my skinny jeans. So much warmer than my Hunter's on those slushy, cold, wet days! I'm thinking of getting them in black too.

I love these boots. I have been wearing them since the fall because they look good but today I wore them in two feet of snow and they are fantastic. My feet stayed dry and warm during a round of sledding with my kids. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Great boot. Took a few times for the leather to stretch at ankles, but now perfect. I get compliments on them whenever I wear them. Also, very comfortable and sturdy. I waterproofed mine with spray. Ordered 1/2 size up based on reviews.

I love these boots, they are super comfy and I usually where a 9 but they only had the 8.5 and they fit perfect. Zappos is awesome!

My calf at its widest is 16 1/2 and that is 13 inch from the floor. I am 5’7” So keep that in mind...that the widest points of a persons calf can very per height and location on the leg. There was a tiny bit of tugging to get them zippered. But not A LOT! They stretched out and became more comfortable within a couple of min. I had enough room to tuck in my skinny jeans. I LOVE THESE!! The arch support is perfect for me! Like most Keens order a 1/2 size up. I wear a 9 and got a 9 ½, fits perfectly. And because of the room at the toes I can wear thick socks. I got the black pair. The leather is a tiny bit distressed but not like trashy distressed. It has a sheen to it so it can be worn with jeans, tights, skirts, dresses. The buckles are a lovely touch. My heel does kinda slide a bit in there...but not enough to complain. There is a bit of bunching around the ankle...but again nothing to really complain about. It doesn't ruin the look to me at all. I plan on using these for a LONG time! I love me some Keens! If you would like to see photos of my boots...I have them on the Keens website. :) GET THESE!! I want them in brown too! But I have to wait a bit for the prices to go down.

I got these boots for Christmas and I really like them. The arch is really supportive and the foot bed is super-comfy. I lasted through a 4-hour shopping spree the second or third time I wore these. I have also been able to wear these with boot cut jeans stuffed in the leg with no discomfort. I was also impressed with the traction the sole gave me walking on my icy sidewalks and over a couple of inches of snow. The only thing about these boots that was a little off was that where the sole meets the leather on the toe, there was a bunch of extra glue coming up onto the leather. It's not a big deal, just thought it was odd for a $150 pair of boots. And they're made in China. I was disappointed by that, but not enough to send them back!

Awesome boots. They fit over pants, under pants, and work with skirts/dresses. Warm enough for Minnesota winters, yet not too warm for indoors. Very versatile and comfortable.

I get compliments every time I wear these boots. As soon as my size is available in black I'm ordering more. Good quality leather feels like it will hold up for a long time. Zero break-in time meant they were ready for long wear right out of the box. I ordered a half size up based on other reviews and suggest the same. Skinny calved girls may not like the fit though.

I purchased these boots based on the good reviews I read and because I have Keen brand sandals. They were right on the buckle. I wore these all day at work to break them in and they were amazing. Then On my trip, I wore them to do some serious city walking for five days straight and they were amazing. They clean up pretty nice as well.They look like they have not even been worn. They are well worth the money. Two things though, buy half a size bigger and if you are to wear ankle socks make sure that they are secured at your ankle. You do not want them to slip and cause a blister at the back of the foot.

These boots are so comfortable, the footbeds are like walking on clouds. I got an entire size up, and it fits almost perfectly, except for a little loose-ness in the heel. I would definitely say order at least half a size up though, especially if you want to tuck jeans into the boot. In my experience, keens tend to run small overall, and tend to be tighter in the toe area than the heel. Thus, I would recommend getting a bigger size and heel inserts. I have not had a chance to wear these boots out in icy/rainy conditions yet so I am not sure how the traction is, though it looks like it might be a little slippery. They are warm enough though, at least for the cold of a Massachusetts winter. Lookwise it falls somewhere between practical, casual, and fashiony. Very down to earth, nice quality boot that I would highly recommend to anyone! Also just to note Zappos has the best shipping I have ever experienced, in my entire life. And it is free! Definitely do not be afraid to order the wrong size and have to exchange, your order will likely be there the day after you place it.

I'm starting to love this boot, even more than my Merrells. They are running a bit small, so my size 41/2 feet are very happy. They came in time for the rainy season.

I love the boots, the work in any kind of weather. They are attractive and look great with many skirts and pants.

I love these boots. Received them so quickly too. Thank you Zappos. So happy since opening the box I had to buy the other color. I plan on wearing them all winter. Love them with my skinny jeans and can't wait to wear them with a skirt and tights. After reading other reviews I did order a 1/2 size up and they feel like the right size. So glad I did. They feel wonderful and look great! A real treat for my feet

These are great boots. True to size and comfy to wear. I've had a hard time finding boots that're comfortable as I have foot problems, but these are wonderful.

I love these boots! I had been searching high and low for a pair of boots that I could run in, if need be. Sounds silly, but I have 3 little boys that are very active. These boots allow me to be stylish and they are a practical match for my lifestyle. The slight rubber heal on the boots gives just enough arch support which makes the fit feel like I am wearing a good pair of running shoes. These boots fit me true to size. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a nice casual winter boot. Well worth the price, and the fact that they are waterproof is an added bonus!

My wide feet love this boot. I tried on 2 different pairs of these boots in size 6 -- the first pair was too tight but the second pair was just right. I usually wear a size 5.5 or 6 -- and the 6's in this boot were perfect. I loved them, and walked quite a bit in them the first day. No need to break them in!
