I wear a size 7 and have slightly wider feet. These shoes were huge. I just checked to make sure they were a 7 and that's what they say. The way the fit they could have been an 8 or 9.

Love these shoes. No breaking in, put them on, wore them all day. As always...Zappos rocks with fast delivery and excellent customer service!

I love these shoes. They run a little large, I had to order 1/2 size smaller than my Keen hiking boots. I got them for a week trip to Japan, lots of walking and I had no problems with no break-in period (wore 2 pair of thin socks). I use orthotics for plantar fasciitis. Just a bit on the wide side but that works for me.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable and sturdy. I was glad that I read the other reviews before I ordered them, as they do run large. I usually wear size 10, but ordered a 9 1/2 which fit me perfectly.

These shoes are amazingly comfortable. I bought them for a trip to Canada where I would be in the city and in the country. I needed something versatile. They fit the bill. I could walk for miles on the city streets and look good too. The only thing I did find was that needed to wear thick enough socks or they would rub my heel raw. When I did this they were fine. I ordered a half size down as the other reviewers said and they worked great.

I love these shoes, particularly since they come up high enough on the top and are wider than average so they don't press against my bunions or hurt the tops of my feet. Most mary jane styles don't work for me and I think this one will. It seems longer than a regular size 6.5 so I just ordered them in a size 6.0 and am returning the 6.5. I gave them 4 stars in overall and style just because they seem much longer than my other Keens in the same size.

This pair of shoes is awesome! I got the green pair and use these for walking. They are incredibly comfortable but I had a hard time deciding on what size after reading the reviews. I finally went to an REI to buy them and would have if they had the color I wanted. After trying them on I decided on a 9½. I wear 10 almost always and rarely a 9½. I probably could have gotten a 9 but thought my toes might hit the front of the shoe and I wanted to use these for walks so stayed with the 9½. I hope this helps those with size questions

I love these. I am wearing them for the 1st time today barefoot and they are very comfortable and supportive. I did order 1/2 size smaller than I usually order for Keene. My boots are 8.5 in Keene and for these I got an 8 and they are perfect.

Love Love Love!! Keens are the only shoes I wear. These shoes remind me why! They are super comfy right out of the box, have great support and the color is lovely! (I bought the green pair). Can't wait to pick up a few more pairs of these in different colors! Yay Keen!

I love these shoes so far. I am still in the testing stage. The front on the outside of the shoe rubs a little, but I think it will be OK. Otherwise they are very comfortable as are all keens.

This is a follow up review. I recently wore these shoes on a ten day trip to London. I spent a lot of time walking and standing, and these shoes were awesome. They look great with everything from jeans to a skirt. I even wore them to the opera. I can wear them with a light sock and have plenty of room in the toebox. I have two other pairs in the brown and grey. I have to say that I won't be wearing any shoes with a narrower toebox. Why the heck I've been torturing my feet for years I don't know. Keen, please keep making the rounded toebox!

I bought these shoes not even a year ago -- they are very comfortable and fit well. However, the elastic that holds the buckle onto the shoe has been stretching the entire time and has now broken on both shoes. In less than a year. I'm having them repaired right now, but am still upset and expected more from Keens. I have purchased several pairs of Keens in my life and have never had something break so quickly on these shoes. I still need to mention how comfortable these shoes are, which is why I'm investing more money in them to have them fixed.

After I read the reviews of the Keen Toyah MJ, I thought it would be safest to order 1/2 size smaller; from size 6 down to 5 1/2. They were too small. But they appear to be nice fitting otherwise and appear to be a good quality shoe.

I love these shoes. The only issue I have had with them is the elastic on the strap giving out. I have already replaced one side, and the other side is now giving way. Other than that, they are absolutely fantastic!

It is the best shoes for walking! So comfortable. I usually get backaches after walking for a couple of hours. These shoes didn't hurt my back at all! My feet didn't feel as tired either. I just wish it was more stylish...

The arch support is wonderful but the shoe is way too heavy and clunky for summer wear. I had to send them back.

A friend of mine had these shoes in brown and I thought they were adorable. I found them locally in my size, but only in black...Zappos to the rescue! They had my size and the color I wanted. The green is very true to the color on the website photo, so make sure you like green if you buy this shoe. The shoe itself is insanely comfortable from the get-go. I had concerns about a medium, because I have wide feet, and almost always need to buy a wide shoe, but in this case, these Keens offer a load of room in the toe box. They seem to be very well-made, but this is the first pair of Keens I have purchased and can't attest to anything beyond their great fit and superb comfort. If they turn out to be durable as well, they won't be my last pair.

I just returned from wearing these for 10 days in rainy London/Paris spring weather. I bought these mainly for their waterproof feature. They were outstanding for that! A little clunky feeling, and not as comfortable as my Aasics I wear for heavy duty walking, but an good choice for wet weather. They did not aggravate my plantar fasciitis, which was important. I would buy them again. I found the length true to size, but they were a little roomy inside top to bottom. But that didn't affect the comfort level, no blisters or anything. I usually wore these with no socks so maybe that was the issue.

Wow. A really nicely designed shoe from Keen. I hadn't bought any of their Mary Janes since the Sydney was taken out of production, but I like this just as much, maybe a little bit more. Immediate comfort out of the box, roomy toe box, great arch support, and they even got a compliment on looks (in the green) from my teenage daughter. Easy to slip on and off, a big plus in my book. A couple of small complaints: heel is too wide; fortunately, the MJ strap keeps them on well enough. And I liked the someone less sporty style of the Sydney, which I could wear to work. I suppose I'll wear these to work as well, but they aren't quite as appropriate. Often I find Keens a little smaller than marked, so I bought three sizes...the smallest, my true size, fit. Love the free return, love Zappos.

I'm sure they would be comfortable if they were smaller. I have a pair of the Keen "water shoes" that are a size 8. I normally wear a size 7.5. I ordered a 7 in these and they are way big.

This is my new go to shoe. It is not the cutest shoe but the most comfy and I can walk anywhere in it. Might need more colors of this one!

I love the color of the shoe. The photo is accurate. I've had these shoes for several months and have worn them daily. The one thing I don't like is there is a stretchy band under the buckle, so now the shoes have to be sewn back because the band has worn out and the shoe is now too loose.

Love them! Bought them to accommodate hours of walking in Europe. Will be perfect.

These shoes are very comfortable. I purchased the olive green/black color and they go with a variety of colors. They are like all Keens, a pretty stiff shoe, but very comfortable and very supportive. I am pleased with them and would recommend them. (I have planter's fascia and these do not aggravate that at all.) I marked true to size, but by this I mean for Keens--I always have to buy a half size larger in Keens than I do in other shoes.

I agree with another reviewer - they run a bit big in the back part of the shoe. My heel slips out. I'm normally a 5.5 or 6. But going to try the 5, which I've never worn in my life but this style shoe seems to be wider than other Keens. They do seem like they'll be very comfortable though!
