I work in a kitchen and these are by far the best non-slip shoes have worn. I am a longtime new balance customer and these do not disappoint in the comfort department, either. With the amount of fast paced walking I do throughout the day, my feet are the least tired part of my body!

I love these New Balance shoes. I stand on my feet all day as a cashier. My feet feel great! They are lightweight and easy to walk in and they are non-skid. I'm getting another pair. They also make my feet look smaller.

Bought these for my niece, who is a waitress at a busy restaurant. She loves them, told me they felt great on her feet from the start, even on the ten hour shifts, plus she did not have to worry about slipping in the kitchen where the floors were often very slippery from spills. She said she will be definitely buying herself another pair when these start to wear down, which she thinks will be three times as long as the bargain brand she bought last time.

Great shoe, perfect fit. Feel comfortable right from start. You get great support from new balance.

I am very happy with these sneakers - as I have been with all New Balance sneakers for a number of years. I have bunions and a wider foot than most women. These sneakers give me added room where it's needed. At last I can wear sneakers and have 'happy feet'!

The shoes I received at the restaurant where I work hurt my feet. Because I always wear New Balance I wanted to try their "slip resistant" shoe. I heard that this style runs a little small so I ordered a D width instead of my normal B. The shoes fit great right out of the box. My feet felt better immediately. I haven't had any trouble slipping, I am very happy with this shoe.

I prefer a slip on but haven't been able to find any suitable for our kitchen. These were comfortable right out of the box. Room for my toes to play piano and my heal pain is gone. That said, I hate having to lace them up.

I bought these shoes for nursing school and they are perfect! The whole shoe is leather including the tongue which is the hardest part to find because most are mesh. I have very high arches so I had to add a little extra arch support but not much. I've had several days so far where I've had to stand all day in them and my feet never hurt! They're not attractive shoes but they sure do get the job done.

These fit nice but need to be broken in slowly. I made the mistake of wearing them to the track and ended up with blisters. Nice shoe.

I needed a really good, non-slip shoe for work. My others were falling apart and when you work 8-10 hours on your feet you need a good shoe. I am very picky about my work shoes and don't have time to break them in. With these I was good to go, comfortable from the first day I wore them! The only reason I didn't rate them at a 5 is they could use a little more padding.

I work in a bakery so I needed something to be resistant to oil and water. This shoe has been great so far in that department. But they aren't comfortable enough to stand in if you work long hours. I'm usually a size 8 and ordered an 8. It felt true to size but at times my pinky toes would rub uncomfortably against the inside of my shoe forcing me to shift my feet a few times throughout the day. Overall, it's a great work shoe, I just wish the style of it was more girly, and it's not a bad price.

I bought these at the same time as a pair of 411s because I wanted a pair for outdoor and indoor.. However, the tops are not as comfy as they don't accommodate my wide foot as much as the 411s do...so I'm buying another pair of 411s for outdoors. So if your foot is wide at the bone on across the top, consider the 411s instead. Otherwise the shoe is great.

Let's be honest here, I don't think anybody bought these shoes because they were just too cute to pass up. But they get the job done! I returned a pair of Skechers work shoes for these, and ended up keeping them. Good fit, true to size, comfortable even after hours of standing. The no-slip bottoms are great. I would recommend these as a standard work shoe (not for athletics).

I really love this shoe, it is incredibly comfortable. I love New Balance shoes because they have great support. I have noticed with New Balance I need to buy wide, and it fits perfectly (my foot isn't wide in any other shoe). My only complaint with these shoes is the fact that they are not slip resistant at all. I bought them specifically because I work in a restaurant and the floors get very slippery in the back. I almost fell several times simply walking through the kitchen. I know that shoes can't be completely slip resistant, but I may as well have purchased regular running sneakers. I am very disappointed that they are advertised as slip/oil resistant and they are in fact not. But like I said they are very comfortable so I guess I'll just walk more carefully and hope I don't fall.

These shoes are good looking but not comfortable at all. They run narrow and tight top to bottom. I need orthotics and they won't fit in these. Too bad.

These shoes seem perfectly fine when searching through Zappos. But after wearing them for a day, I found that they are not wide enough for my feet. So my feet suffered at the end of the day. The design of the sole may prevent you from any slippery surface, and since I work in the kitchen, every little small dirt got stuck on the sole. Sorry, but I just have to return them.

I have never owned New Balance, but I expected a high quality shoe. I didn't feel these were 'high quality'. Purchased in wide, and were not overly generous. Most surprised that theye did not have much arch support. Also were cut very high around the ankle (which some people may like) I found the tongue of the shoe up in the crease of where my ankle meets my leg. Did not work for me.

I wear my shoes for work only and work full time; my shoe split open about 8 months after wear. It is now a year and there is a complete give away of the stitching on the toes. The warranty from New Balance is 30 days....expected more.

This shoe was very uncomfortable for the first few weeks. When the shoe gets wet on the bottom you seem to slip. This shoe is not very well made either. Been wearing them for a few weeks and it's time for a new pair already.

I bought this sneakers for my daughter for the starting of the September school year, the fit & comfort is great but my biggest concern was the front of the shoes came apart after 3 months of wearing them. I drop my girl to school & pick her up there is not a lot of walking with the shoes. I trusted this brand of shoes because its USA made but I will not be purchasing this brand again.

These are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever bought. There is no cushion or arch support. They also run small. I had to return them for a bigger size. If I could return them after a day at the restaurant I would. Do not waste your money on these shoes. Sketchers non slip shoes are so more comfortable right out of the box.
