I was so surprised that these fit so well, since this is my first time ordering sneakers online. Zappos' service is outstanding. I got my shoes in less than 24 hours. I will return for more.

Started walking as soon as I took these shoes out of the box. Very comfortable. Glad I ordered 1/2 size larger than regular.

I was looking for a shoe that was comfortable in a wide width that I could wear to work. Since I had a recent fall that resulted in a broken ankle and surgery, I was glad this shoe was also anti-skid. I like this shoe even more than I expected and I am considering getting it in white as well.

This shoe felt comfortable when I put it on, but after walking a short while my knees and back were killing me. I thought they just needed breaking in, but after several attempts at wearing these shoes they were no better. I usually buy Asics, and I will go back to that brand. No more New Balance for me.

A great walking shoe and this style has excellent stability for walking on uneven surfaces. I liked them so much, I bought my husband a pair!

Just got these today, they feel great. I work long shifts where I have to walk almost the whole time. Bought these to replace a pair I got at Payless...so far they're great. Very comfortable. Good cushioning and arch support. Also good toe room, my old shoes were tight in that area.

I bought these shoes for my daughter who is a waitress and is on her feet all day. I ask how her shoes are and she said they are perfect so far. Christmas present so she hasn't worn them much but she is thankful for them. She says no more sore feet and legs.

I needed a good walking shoe for my trip to Scotland. This New Balance shoe was great. No break in period was required. I walked for miles in them and continue to do so at my job where I am on my feet all day.

No breaking in period - very comfortable right out of the box. But not sure if there will be enough support to wear as a work sneaker. Time will tell...

Wow, these shoes are very comfortable. I was very happy with the service as well. I ordered in the afternoon one day and had them before 10:00 a.m. the next morning! Nice surprise!

I was expecting a little more cushiness and arch support, but I like the style and would order them again.

Wife uses these for work and is on her feet all day. Minimal break-in is required. Overall excellent shoe at this price and as always Zappos Rocks!

Not happy with these shoes. They feel smaller and more narrow than indicated and the the toes box is narrow, my toes get squished. I just can't seem to find a comfortable pair of slip resistant shoes...I guess nothing is comfortable when standing 11 hours on concrete.

I like these shoes except the pattern of the sole. Unless you will only be walking in oil (it advertises that it doesn't slip) the tread gets every pebble, mud, or anything you step in in the tiny spaces and it is almost impossible to clean.

After having had two knee replacements I needed an excellent walking shoe that gave me the support I needed. These NB fit the bill! Good support and they came in a wide width which I find I need now. As a first time customer of Zappos I was very impressed with their customer service and the promptness in which I received the shoes.

I bought these shoes specifically for nursing school. I am required to have solid white shoes, and I do not like the typical nurse shoes. These shoes provide the much needed support for long days during clinical, and the have a non-skid bottom. These shoes look much more "normal" compared to other nursing shoes. They are perfect for professional wear, and everyday wear. I love the brand New Balance, and I'm glad they will be with me for nursing school.

While so many work approved safety shoes are expensive and not so comfortable, these proved me wrong. I am happily wearing these months later.

These shoes are everything I expected from New Balance. I am on the treadmill 2-3 miles daily, and the comfort level of these shoes is great. They give my feet the support they need during my daily workout.

Great shoes! I love them! I wear them to work everyday and my feet don't hurt. I had some insoles in them but my arches are high so they made the tops of my feet hurt, but the shoes are just fine without the insoles.

Quick, easy and as promised. My wife's previous pair of these shoes cost more in the only store we could find them.

I love these shoes. I work in a restaurant and these shoes keep me from slipping. They are very comfortable and lightweight. I even wear them for every day.
