These are awesome. I wear a size 7 so I ordered a pair in the black with silver, they look like normal sneakers and are very lightweight. I can't say much about their toning capabilities. I've only worn them a bit around the house and on errands the past couple of weeks, but they are very comfortable. I definitely recommend them based on that alone.

I love these shoes! Comfortable right out of the box. Some New Balance styles have a narrow toe box, and my feet aren't wide...but these have a nice area for my toes to spread out. I can't speak to the "toning" aspect, but I do feel pretty springy when I walk wearing these. I mean, I want to walk when I'm wearing these. I wear a 6.5 in sandals and a 7 in closed-toe shoes. The 7 fit perfectly! I was also pleased that they didn't have the same profile as other toning shoes. These look like regular walking shoes, low profile, very discreet.

Love these shoes. I\'m on my feet all day and these are so comfy. I have wide feet, so it was great that I could get these in a wide size. Definitely would recommend!

I have never really been excited about a walking/toning shoe until I bought these. They came very quickly - love Zappos' service - and I instantly fell in love with the style, comfort and was shocked at how lightweight these shoes are! I can't comment on the toning features of this shoe because I simply haven't had them enough to tell. All I know is that I am thrilled with these shoes and wear them around the house when I would normally walk around in socks or flip-flops!

Really like these shoes. Very comfortable, do not hurt my feet at all. I am a waitress and my feet usually hurt at the end of the night but not at all with these shoes. True to size and look great! Zappos is great, too, and these shoes came so fast!

Very comfortable, no break in. I wear 8 1/2 wide and they fit like a glove. Wouldn't be able to wear super heavy socks so if you want to, size up. Feel a little burn in my legs after wearing them for the first time yesterday. Excellent support for legs and back. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love these shoes! I actually did not buy them at Zappos, despite their super speedy delivery, because I needed them immediately. At the store, I tried this shoe on one foot and the Reebok Easy Tone on the other. I fell in love with the New Balance because it felt like air compared to the cement-heavy Reebok. Although the Reebok was not as heavy, or as ugly, as the Skechers Shape Ups. I wore my new New Balance shoes around the house the night I bought them because I was going to be doing a lot of walking in them the next day. The thing that amazed me was that I wore them for about three hours without socks and did no't get even a hint of a blister. I can never wear sneakers sockless without getting blisters. I wore them, with socks, to an amusement park the next day where I spent almost seven hours walking around. They are by far the most comfortable sneakers I have ever worn. My feet did not hurt at all and I could feel them working my calves and the outer parts of my thighs. My legs and feet feel fine today. I would not say they give you a great toning workout, but the fact that they are so much cuter than all of the other toning shoes makes up for that. I am also a runner and will give these shoes a try, but I suspect they are not durable enough for long runs. I will stick with these shoes for days I know I will be doing a lot of walking and spending a lot of time on my feet.

These shoes are wonderfully comfortable, and they do actually make me stand straighter when I wear them. They make me want to walk. They are bit narrow, but luckily I have narrow feet. If you have wide feet, keep that in mind. Plus I get compliments on how they look all the time. No one knows they're butt firming shoes.

I bought these for my 11 year old daughter, she loves them. She said they are the most comfortable shoe she has ever had.

I got these shoes today and went out for a 4 mile walk tonight with them. They\'re awesome! Comfortable right out of the box and definitely enhanced the use of my leg muscles while I walked.

I bought these because they came in a wide width. Being 8 months pregnant in August, I needed the extra room! They are comfortable shoes for a good price. I would not buy any shoes for the "toning" feature, so I have no review on that aspect of this shoe - but I only gave 4 stars because research shows that "toning" shoes are a scam.

These are stylish comfortable sneakers. I wear them for 12 hour nursing shifts with no real issues. However, as far as a toning shoe goes. I'm not feeling it. I like the shoes and continue to wear them, but consider them a sneaker, not a toning shoe.

I am very happy with these shoes. They are lightweight (I love that) and have a little bounce in them as you walk. I would like to see a shoe you can customize colors on so people like me in healthcare could match them to the "outfit of the day." Thanks Zappos!

I walk at least 5 miles a day, and I find these are very comfortable for indoor shoes since I am on my feet a lot in between all the walking. My bunion doesn't hurt in these!

Great shoes for cross training. I'm using them for playing volleyball & general gym work.

Shoe was just a bit too snug. Otherwise a great shoe. Very light on the feet.

I am a fan of New Balance athletic shoes and I purchased these shoes in an attempt to help me get back on my feet, after surgery on a broken ankle. The shoes look nice and they feel fine for moderate wear, but they do not offer the kind of support that I need for 8 to 10 hours on my feet.

Theses shoes are very attractive however, I found the bottoms to be very hard with little cushioning on my feet. I actually developed a blister on the ball of one of my feet from the hardness and lack of give of the inside sole.

Love the breath-ability and flexibility of the shoe b/c I have a wide foot with high arch. Works well with an insert if necessary. No breaking in period which was great but do have to watch stability b/c they're shapers you can roll a little. Definitely felt them working my entire leg.
