This is a darling shoe but not at all comfortable. They had little support at the arch or the bottom of my feet. Too expensive for what they are, they will be returned.

Very comfortable but after a few days of wearing them, they were stretched out, the soles were coming off. Definitely not worth the money.

I love these shoes and they would have been perfect (really comfortable, great style), but both shoes had a buckled front which made them look like they were 5 years old...so sad...I had to return them. If they could fix the front, I'd buy them back in a minute. They look perfect in the picture!

Love my Frye boots so wanted to try their flats. These are way too loose and floppy on my feet. I tend to have narrow feet so maybe better for someone with a wide foot.

So cute and yet so uncomfortable. I have been looking for a nice looking flat shoe or ballet shoe for work/play. The shoe is very nice looking but the sizing is too loose, and there is no support. I sent them back asap. On another note - Zappos is amazing. I received the shoes the next day!

These are not leather shoes. They are cheap plastic and not normal Frye products. I have been buying Frye shoes and purses for over 10 years and this product does not meet any of their previous quality of craftsmanship present in their women's shoes, handbags, and wallets that I have owned. Severely disappointed in the poor quality of these shoes.

I ordered a 5.5 (36) and was sent a 38 so I can't judge fit but comfort was lacking. There is no arch support and the sole is very hard. Also, I believe my toes would show if it was my correct size. I don't care for toe cleavage.

Most uncomfortable flats I've ever worn. They were somehow too small and too big at the same time. My toes were squished, but they slipped off my heels. They were also so slippery on the bottom I wasn't even able to walk on the carpet in my house without sliding. They also rubbed my heels and next to my big toe. Just awful.

Have wanted to replace my current pair of Carson ballet which are 6-7 years old and really showing the wear. They have been my go-to flat for their style and comfort, are really beautiful shoes. I love the leather lining and insole too. Unfortunately I’m having no luck this time due to apparent irregular sizing, like some other reviewers. My current pair is 8.5, but tried two pairs and both were too small. For $100 I expect them to fit perfectly out of the box, maybe a tiny tad snug to allow for stretch, but these hurt my feet. So I got a 9 and the left one slid off my foot and the right one was loose. All got sent back, seems like a quality control issue to me. I’m considering trying another color, maybe I’ll get a different lot without a sizing problem. But if they work for you, go for it, the leather is beautiful and they are otherwise well made. BTW I have a pair of Frye boots I love, but had to size down in those to get the right fit.

these are horrible for such a great brand! I bought a half size smaller and they still stretched so much that they slipped off my feet - do NOT buy!

I have - handful of these same shoes but these were awful! Way smaller and narrower, and the leather was stiff- not soft like the others I have in the same type of leather. Total disappointment

There is a defect in front right shoe. The leather has diagonal creases.

I have bought 3 pairs of these and the sole only lasts about 8 months before it starts cracking and getting holes. I am not pleased with the durability at all! They're lovely shoes, but too expensive to not last.

I have these in coniac and burnt red. The red ones are holding up nicely. The stitching on the coniac is too close to the edge and they are falling apart and look terrible.

I'm a very regular size 8, and these ran a half to full size small. Soles were slippery and shoes didn't bend when my foot did. I should have read reviews before purchasing, but was swayed by the huge markdown. Guess I know why these are on sale! Buy Sam Edelman instead - more color selection and they move with your foot.

This was an exchange and I received a worn-out shoes. I had to make couple calls. The first call with agent promised me I will get a new one the next day and I just have to return the old one. I did not receive one the next day and so I called again. This CS agent was very rude and confronted me as if I was lying about the previous call.

The shoes are comfortable but the back of the heel on right foot is starting to separate already.

I've never had any Frye flats but wanted to invest in a pair figuring they'd last for a while. They were very comfortable from the start and I loved them at first but they break down SO fast. They look so worn out now that I should probably toss them, which is extremely disappointing. I got this pair and a pair of toms for Christmas a little over a year ago. I've worn both equally and the toms have held up SO much better (see pics for comparison). And they are half the price. I won't be buying another pair of Frye flats ever again, especially after reading the very limited warranty. I definitely expected much better quality given Frye's reputation.

I really wanted to love these shoes. I got the Sage Antique, a nice subtle green, in 7-1/2, my normal size, despite some comments that advised buying a smaller size. I found these to be too stiff and tight, but they were cut so low on the sides that they gapped open when I walked in them. I sent them right back. I hope they fit someone because they are very cute!

Was utterly disappointed by the quality. I have Frye boots and moccasins from years back and these don’t even come close. Not Zappos’s fault. Slipped them on and knew in a second they were subpar. Will return. Will keep looking. Not worth 158. Honestly, Felt like a cheap Nine West or Steve Madden fast fashion pair.

I bought a pair last year simply because I couldn't find another pair of the same shade of brown, which I really liked. They stretched very quickly and after about 8 months the leather started to wear and I had to throw them out. I wouldn't have minded as much if they weren't expensive, but they were and I was really disappointed.

I love Frye products but these didn't do it for me. The reason I love them is because the leather is always so nice and like butta out of the box. These are stiff and uncomfortable and I have enough flats like that. Not sure what happened this time.

This shoe is so narrow. I am so disappointed because the materials and color are gorgeous. This shoe is comically narrow. Maybe I have Flintstone feet but my foot was 2-3 times wider than the show.
