Super cute shoe and looks like top quality leather. My big toe was touching the top of the toe bed but I think they may have stretched out enough to be comfy. I need more support/cushion (this shoe has none) so they are going back. Too bad because they are so cute.

They just weren't that comfortable...and for a frye product, not that beautiful either.

I’m sure these shoes will eventually stretch a bit since they are leather but they are a bit tight. The color and quality are lovely though.

These are not comfortable shoes. They do not flex at all, and my feet hurt after wearing them all day. The worst part is how slick the bottom of the shoe is, as I slide around as I walk. I do not recommend them. Not worth the $. Took a few wears to decide that they were not a good buy, and it’s too late to return them.

I was very sad that either 8.5 or 9 worked for me. The 8.5 was too small and the 9 was too big :(

No arch support and tight toe-box. Back they go!

Loved the color of these flats, but too much toe is exposed, they were too large for my normal size 6 and the soles have no grip.

I would have liked to keep these shoes, however, they are just too big/wide.

These were very stiff and not comfortable. I returned them because they didn't seem like they would break in very well.

Fit was good, but soles are way too slippery. They need some rubber treading to make them safe for me around house (hardwood floors) and work. I had to return them.

The quality of this Frye shoe is great but the antiquing makes it look dirty. One of the shoes had a much darker stain on one toe than the other which made it look accidental and dirty. Will be returning.

I bought these shoes in April 2019 and have only worn them occasionally to the office, so not a lot of wear and tear. Early on I began to notice that the crackle finish seemed to be rubbing off and in its place, brown leather showing through. I have never returned anything after this much time but for this price, I had to. Buyer beware of this crackle finish...it won't last long and the shoes will look old very quickly.

I tried 7.5 or 8. 7.5 was too small, and 8 was too big. I liked the style, but had to return them.

Very cute but I would not walk in them all day especially if you have arthritis or plantar fasciitis.

Super comfortable shoes. Got where they were going with the "antique" look but looking for more of a traditional beige flat, so returned these, unfortunately.

Wish they made a size 10 1/2 but no. Size 11 is too big , going to stuff some thick insoles in them and see if they stay on my feet. They sure are cute though.

Cute and comfortable, but not substantial enough for a lot of walking. Great with jeans. A little expensive for what they are.

I don't think I own any other $158 shoes, but I was willing to splurge for an amazingly comfortable, versatile nude flat. They arrived today and they don't feel any more comfortable or supportive than a pair I'd spend $50 on. Not worth it. They also feel about 1/2 size too big.

Looked great right out of the box and provides good foot support. The bottom is slippery and the shoe shape stretched out easily. Not recommended for wide feet and wearing on wet streets due to the bottom. Will take a few wears to soften the leather.

I was disappointed with these. I fell in love with the rich, dark brown color in the photos and, in person, it was not nearly as beautiful. The leather soles are incredibly slippery. I almost fell twice just trying them on around the house. They went back. Thanks Zappos for being so good about returns.

Returning it! Frye ballet shoes show too much toe cleavage.

The shoe was exactly what I wanted--EXCEPT...I ordered an 8, which is what I wear in just about every shoe I buy. It was way too tight. So I ordered a 9, which fell off my foot. So, I ordered an 8.5, which was slightly too big. This is not the first time I've had a problem fitting to Frye's. Perhaps it's just me. But I was really disappointed that I couldn't find the right fit.

Wanted to love them. Bought in several colors. Made the back of my foot bleed. I’ve never returned a show that I have worn, but I also have never had my skin torn off like this either! I see other people’s reviews where they have worn something and returned. Not sure if it’s possible. But I will try. So :( they were cute.

The material was very nice and I had high hopes, but something about this shoe was "off". The sides were cut too low and they rubbed my instep in a very weird spot. The toe box was a little to short in that the top of my toenail rubbed uncomfortably on the top of the shoe. This is not an instance of the shoe being too short because if I'd sized up I would've walked right out of it. Also, these things are SUPER slippery. I slipped several times walking across the tile floor in my bedroom. I really wanted to like these shoes but they just aren't wearable for me.
