Saw these in the Nordstrom Holiday Book, and was drooling over them! It is the most I have paid for boots, but oh man, do these rock! Black Nappa is gorgeous and buttery-super comfy too. Size down 1/2 size. Treat yourselves ladies; sure glad I did. :)

Saw these on a woman I worked with and just had to have them! From the minute I took them out of the box, I fell in love with the butter soft leather and exquisite style and they fit my thin legs perfectly. There is no break in time needed, and they are probably the most comfortable boot I own and worth every penny! I get tons of compliments every time I wear them and the perfect boot for leggings and short dresses or skirts. They are a little hard to take off but all in all I love these boots- just wished they weren't so damn expensive!

I am so in love with these boots! I ordered them last year but returned them because I felt guilty about the price but vowed to repurchase them this year if I still wanted them. I'm so glad I splurged. I have not seen a sexier, cuter, cooler, stylish boot out there. I got the black suede and made sure to take it to a cobbler before wearing for stain and weatherproofing. I'm normally a size 8 and the 8 in these fit perfectly. It's super comfortable and just a perfect fall boot. Now I want to purchase in black nappa!

These are the most perfect boots ever made! They make my legs look so long and lean! I have rather large calves and often struggle to find boots that are large enough for me. These boots, however, are so stretchy that they fit over my calves easily and still provide a snug but comfortable fit. I bought them in black nappa and now want them in tan nubuck, too! Note: They do seem to be about a half size too large, as noted by other reviewers. I normally wear a size 8.5 in this and other brands. I ordered a size 8 and they fit me perfectly.

I have a high arch and have difficulty finding boots that are comfortable. Well these boots fit perfectly. My calves are thin but they still hug. The quality is impeccable, my pair from last season still look good! I will be ordering another pair this fall.

I have square feet and wide calves (lucky me) and boots that fit are nearly impossible to find. I debated spending the money on these but they are really worth it and have become my everyday boots, especially if I know that I am going to be doing a lot of walking. I am thinking about saving for a second pair. The boots do run big by at least a half size.

Yes another five star review for these boots! They fit true to size and I have absolutely no issues putting these on nor taking them off. No break in time required, they are extremely comfortable while wearing them all day and evening long. I ordered both the Napa leather, (feels like butter), and the Smoked Wildcat suede. Both are chic, sophisticated, and sexy. They make thin legs look a mile long. I actually get many compliments on both pairs but, almost everyone I come across gives extremely favorable response to the Smoked Wildcat. (My favorite as well). They are expensive but I have never come across another boot that I so love!

Love the boots. More than I typically spend for a pair of boots but after researching these online, I had to try them out. They don't make my 9.5 size feet look huge like some boots do. Buttery soft leather. Comfortable to walk in. I have average size calves and relatively long legs (33.5 inch inseam) and they fit like a dream. I wore them over skinny corduroy jeans and did not have a problem getting the boots on or off though they required a bit of a tug either way. I am super-happy with these babies!

Love these boots. They do not slip and get baggy. They fit great with skinny jeans. I have average calves. They were comfortable right out of the box. Bought blue suede for something different. Very happy!

Sadly, I returned these because I just didn't have the legs for them. But they are gorgeous and so comfortable. Ladies if you can, buy them!

Just received these and already decided they must go back. I tried them in my usual size and a half size larger hoping they would be easy to pull on and off. Just not the case for me - too much effort. Too bad. They are pretty boots.

Everyone should spend the money for these boots! Zappos was the only place I could find the Slate. Every store was sold out of them. Even Stuart Weitzman store was sold out. Most important, this is my 3rd pair of the 5050. Have them in black & navy! 1st had the navy. I was in Dallas, walked the Dallas stadium, arboretum in these. My feet were never tired. The next day I had to go to Neiman Marcus & buy them in black. Yes, they are costly but worth every cent. Love! Have I said enough?

These are the best boots I have ever had. I had read some reviews and bought them a half size smaller then I usually buy and thy were perfect. The brown suede goes with everything and is a nice switch from always wearing black boots.

I opted for my normal size in the leather and Wow! I have thick calves and these boots not only fit but are incredibly slimming. I was definitely skeptical of reviews claiming this was the perfect boot but I am in complete agreement. These boots are perfect!

5050 is the best walking boots! Soft, flexible, comfy! I am 5'2", really twiggy leg. I have been searching searching and more searching for the good fitting calf boots. and here SW bought me 5050! It fits my calf beautifully. I bought the very same boots for my mum, and her relatively larger calf fit perfectly too! I worked with Olive Palermo's office, pretty much everyone owns a pair!!

Because the back of these is that stretchy material, there is a small plastic piece that holds the heel backing "up". This teeny tiny piece of plastic caused the most horrific blister... such a shame, had to return. The look of the boots are great, the only other thing I didn't like was the height. It comes up high enough to constantly mess with/get caught in the hem of your skirt. So unless you are wearing a super high mini, it will be something you are constantly fixing. Dissapointing!

Stunning, sexy...and comfortable! My only complaint is that they are ridiculously expensive. If they were between 200-250, I would buy them in every color. However, I have them in the dove grey and have had them in the black suede. Loving the maroon, navy and brown, though.

These boots are wonderful. I have never spent this kind of money on a pair of boots before but after making the plunge I have no regrets. The blue color is gorgeous. The fit (I wear a size 10) is perfect - no breaking in. They are super comfortable, yet sexy. They are high end in every way. I will love these for a long time.

Love these boots. I now have them in 3 colors. I have skinny calfs and these boots hugs your calfs nicely and I am still able to have skinny jeans in them as well as leggings.

The top of the boot is pretty narrow and a bit of a shame that the entire thing is not leather, but an elastic type material, which fortunately will stretch over your calf. the foot portion is true to size and I took what pne person said and removed the gold ink on the inside of the boot and folded the tops down over for a different look.

My second pair of 5050's. The blue suede is gorgeous! It's a color very close to navy blue and looks great with black tights and a navy dress or mini-skirt. They'd also look great with all black to give a little pop of contrast. Definitely worth the investment -- it's hard to find a blue color that isn't tacky or shiny -- these are just beautiful.

OK ladies.... This is my second pair of 50/50s. Should I say more? I own the black napa as well and couldn't resist getting the gorgeous, softest-suede-ever, yummy chocolate Cola version! This is the only boot that my pathetically skinny calves can keep up above the knee! The quality of this boot is superb! I receive so many compliments when I were these! everyone loves them! Once again, SW delivers an amazing product! I did find that these do run a 1/2 size smaller than my regular size. I usually wear a size 8 to 8.5 in boots but the 7.5 fit me perfectly!

I also own in Black Nappa and now the Cola suede... need I say more?? I am approximately 5'6” - 5'7” and have a very thin 12" calf... while my skinny legs barely keep these puppies up, they fit my leg better than any boot I have ever owned! I get TONS of compliments when I wear them... In fact, three of my friends have purchased after seeing mine... I LOVE THESE! And, I too would go back to rescue them in a fire! And I agree with another reviewer in that once you open the box, the price really does become irrelevant! Way to go Stuart Weitzman!!
