Excellent Zumba shoe. I've had another Capezio dance sneaker, which was good, but the Rockit is much better. Very comfortable. Good for turns and fast foot movements. Highly recommended. I have wide feet, and I often have found that I prefer dancing barefoot when I used to wear regular sneakers. Because these are flexible in the sole of the foot, however, it solves that problem, and gives me more support!

My feet are a true 7 1/2, and ordered a 7 1/2 and glad I did! Dance shoes are suppose to fit snug so there is no slipping around, unlike with my cross trainers. I use them for Tracy Anderson dance cardio and was finally able to keep up with her! The spins before use to kill my ankles...but now I can spin easily and fast! Dance cardio is 100% done on your toes and these provide excellent support. The Nike Shox she recommends gave me shin splits, why didn't I find these before!

I'm a Zumba fanatic and love these shoes! I've been doing Zumba for at least 5 hours a week for a couple of years but in the beginning would tweak my previously injured knee in regular running shoes -- Capezio Rockit saved the day! Order one full size up!

I have now worn these Capezio Rockit Dancemaker shoes for about a month doing Zumba. My feet feel great and my legs no longer hurt after class & I rarely get cramps! Yes, I have bad feet but these shoes are wonderful and cushioned so well. Thanks Zappos for your great service!

I just received my second pair of this shoe. Love, love them for zumba. They are light, are cooler with the mesh fabric and slide nicely on the floor without any torque on my knees. I now have prescribed orthotics but before them I purchased the Spenco insert with a heel cup and a small arch support because the Capezio insole is a joke. Previously I had the Ryca Studio dance shoe. Horrible, stuck on the dance floor.

This is a great shoe! I bought it for Zumba and it is great. I wear a size 8 street shoe and ordered a 9 in this shoe because of the reviews that it ran small. It was perfect. The shoe is flexible and slides easily for twists and turns required in Zumba.

Comfortable shoe for dancing. Looks like a regular tennis shoe for all intents and purposes when worn, comfortable, and didn't hurt my feet at all during swing class. Easy to do spins in. Felt true to size, wore athletic socks with it and fit fine.

This is my second pair of Capezio Rockit Dancesneakers. They are ideal for zumba and couldn't be more comfortable. They are well cushioned and flexible, but run very small. I normally wear a 5.5 shoe and 6 in a sneaker, but I needed size 7 in these.

Love these shoes for Zumba...I can move around on the floor without any sticking. True to size and great arch support. I contacted LIVE CHAT and they helped me choose the shoes due to my very narrow feet! Did not have to break them in. Wore them to class with out any problems. THANK YOU ZAPPOS!

Chose these for Zumba classes, because you could easily pivot and slide in these, thus keeping your knees safe from strain and possible injury. I followed online advice and got these 1/2 size larger than my regular one. I am size 9, wide feet. 9 1/2 fit like a dream with thick athletic socks, the toe box is roomy, and they are just so light and great for dancing. Highly recommend this model.

Order a half size up. I just want it for everyday and my toe is at the front for a 9.5 that normally allows me space in other shoes. Exchanging it for the 10. I have narrow feet and no arch so shoe is perfect and really grips arch area and heel. Tight, but short.

Comfortable and light weight with a great sole for Zumba and dance-based aerobics. I have a wide toe box and they fit well in width. I had to go 1/2 size larger. I returned these because there was something hard inside to tip of the toe that began to hurt after wearing for 30 mins. I tried in a full size larger but found the same thing, plus they were too long.

I haven't worn a dance sneaker in ages. I danced for ten years and I decided to buy a pair again for zumba. I love the look and feel of the shoe, but keep in mind it runs small and narrow. I recommend ordering a half size up.

This is my third pair of Rockits so I do like them. However, I dance about eight hours a week so I give them quite a workout. All three pairs have torn in the same spot on the left side of the left shoe. the mesh has separated from the plastic for about ½".

I am glad I purchased these shoes! I wear them for my Zumba class and also for line dancing. Very comfortable especially since I suffer from planter fasciitis. I did have to buy a full size larger than I usually wear.

I usually take a 5.5 to 6 in a shoe but in this I ordered a 6.5 so it's almost a full size smaller in fit. I'd prefer a shoe with more arch support than this has.

I take Zimbab classes twice a week so based on all the positive reviews I ordered them a half size smaller. They fit well but they will stretch as you wear them so consider that. I wear thicker socks now. They 're good for sliding and jumping. No more sticking to the floor. Also they're cute!

Disappointed that it's so difficult to figure out sizing. Ordered half size up and still to small. They sure would be nice to be able to spend time ordering and exchanging. I went back to my old faithful, Ryka.

Fairly comfortable on the side of the feet despite my wide foot, if you keep the front laces fairly lax. Returning for different Capezio style that comes in sizes larger than 10.5. My shoe size is usually 9.5. Recommend ladies order up one to 1.5 sizes larger, especially if foot is wide.

I wear 7 1/2 in street shoe and am a full medium. I sadly bought an 8 1/2 at Capezio store, which is what worked 5 years ago. The sizing is not the same nor is the quality. There is less padding and it is shorter and more narrow. I tried Zappos sizes all the way up to 9 1/2 (Rockit) and am giving up on Capezio. So disappointed. The Bloch seems to be a better made shoe though it runs even shorter.

I used to wear size 10.5 for years, whatever I got is small, so now the production is different!

I normally wear a 7 ordered a 7.5, still too small, I think at least an 8. The shoes, however, are not the ones for me. The heel area is comfortable but it feels like the ball of your foot is literally on the ground. No cushion at all very uncomfortable. I wanted these for zumba. I think they may be more suited for a "real dancer."

I tried these for Tracy Anderson Method and for Zumba. I was very disappointed by this shoe. The construction seemed cheap and inflexible. I am wider 7.5 and ordered an 8. was still long and narrow for my taste. Just wasn't a good shoe for me. Also, I was looking for a shoe that offered more support in the front of the foot since Zumba and TAM is dance cardio on the front pad of the foot. I don't really care what shoes look like. I just want one that will support the correct part of my foot for the job its doing and this one just let me down. 3 stars is generous.
