The size is a little bit smaller than my normal workout shoes. I think they are different style shoes. Normally, I have 8.5 size, but I bought 9.5 size for this one. It fit my feet. I like it, it is a great help for my foot when I am doing zumba! I love it!

I had ordered one pair a size larger and they really ran smaller than that so I called and was very lucky to get a girl named Babe that quickly found a different and more expensive style but just charged the same as the other style. I love the style and comfort. I do all types of line dancing in these shoes and love them. Would use Zappos again for sure.

This Capezio is just so comfortable. It is light and my legs does not feel like I'm dragging something heavy around. I would recommend it to anyone.

I wanted some dance sneakers for ballroom dance practice and these shoes fit the bill! I couldn't find my size anywhere locally so I went with Zappos! They fit and feel great to dance in. One word of advice for men (my girlfriend has the same pair/style, so they are unisex shoes), go at least two sizes bigger. I wear size 12 in regular sneakers, but 14's are perfect in these shoes. Thanks to Zappos for coming through for me!

I have had these shoes, as well as the Capezio Fierce dance sneakers. Each pair lasted less than 6 months. I wear them only in zumba class, putting them on and taking them off there. I normally wear them for about 5-7 hours a week. So, if you wear them, and dance hard, then do not expect them to last more than about 120-170 hours, at the most. You will develop holes in the sides, where you little toe tries to poke through (this is not as bad on the Fierce sneakers with the leather trim), the toe and the heel come unglued shortly after wearing them. It's just a flaw in the construction of the shoe. The glue is simply not strong enough to hold the plastic toe and heel to the fabric of the shoes, not when you are putting strain on it through dancing. Overall, these are good dance shoes, but they have a very short life span. You can tell when you need a new pair. They start to hurt your feet, and no longer supply the needed support. My favorite thing about them is how lightweight and slippery they are. I don't think you can find a more slick-bottomed pair of dance shoes out there. Although if you are doing any type of squatting, or a less "dancy" version of zumba, such as zumba toning, these probably won't be right for you. They really provide very little traction. However, personally, I like that feeling in a dance shoe. The sliding ease makes my salsas, slides, and sambas so much smoother.

First Capezio purchase. After reading reviews I ordered one size larger than my regular 8.5 size. Still too small. Probably need a 9. The shoe is nice but still a little too heavy for what I need.

I recently started Zumba and wanted to find a good pair of shoes to wear to class. My sneakers were causing traction on the studio floor resulting in some knee pain. After reading other reviews, I bought the Rockit Dancesneaker a half size larger than my shoe size (I am a size 8, but bought a size 8.5) and they fit perfectly! I love this shoe but do have to be a bit careful because they can be slippery.

I bought these for Zumba, and I bought them a half-size larger than usual, which is recommended for athletic shoes. I work out in two different studios, and the sneaker is GREAT for one, which has a fairly "sticky" floor, and challenging for the other, which has a very "slick" floor. The sole offers almost no traction, so it's great for pivoting and sliding moves, but on a polished surface, it's almost impossible to keep your foot planted in place. The split sole design makes it very flexible, and I was surprised by how good the arch support is.

I absolutely love this shoe. I do Zumba and couldn't move in regular sneakers--this makes it a breeze and no impact on your knees. I'm very happy, but I would suggest ordering a whole size bigger than your street shoes--does run small. Had to return my first pair, but it was without a bit of hassle!!!

I always wear size 7.5 shoes. I ordered a 1/2 size larger; however, shoes were still too small. I also have a narrow foot, but shoes were too short. Finally, the tongue buckled in the center when I laced up the shoes. Beautiful shoes, just not for me.

After quite a few Zumba sessions, I was beginning to wonder whether or not I could continue because my feet burned so badly towards the end of the session. Then I noticed a few other women wearing these Dancesneakers and asked about them. After having worn them to at least 8 Zumba sessions, my feet have not had that horrible burning sensation and pain that I had previously. They are also very lightweight. I did have to return the first pair in my normal size as they were a 1/2 size too small. The sole is somewhat harder, so a little slippery which is good for some of the fast footwork, but requires a little getting used to. Takes a while to put them on as the laces work differently than other tennis shoes that do have a "last".

These dance sneakers are great. I wear them for Zumba class-much better than clunky sneakers. Though, depending on the floor they sometimes are a bit slippery. Still love them! But buy a size bigger than your regular show size.

Bought the shoes for my Zumba class and I think they are great. I have never worn a dance shoe before so for my first pair I think they are a really great shoe. I did go up 2 sizes to be on the safe side and they fit fine, I think if I would have gone up one size they might have been a bit tight. Service getting the shoes was great.

Great shoes, need one size bigger. Smooth in the floor and comfortable, easy to bend on the arch for point position.

I purchased these shoes in sz 7, same as my other Capezios. But, these ran a bit larger and hit the ball of my foot in the wrong place - PAINFUL! The shoe seems well made and maybe better for an average to narrow foot.

Shoes feel great...but had to try 3 different sizes to find correct one. For me definitely had to go a full size up. I do Jazzercise and it is wonderful to wear actual "dance" sneakers!

These are wonderful shoes! They are super comfortable! I can spin with ease, slide with ease and stop with ease. Very light shoe! No more worries about knee injuries! I have low arches, narrow heels and wide feet. In sneakers and shoes I wear an 8W or 8½M. The 9M in these shoes is perfect! Nothing hurt after two nights in a row of dancing, although towards the end of the second night my toes became a little numb, but that went away during a rest. For the comfort and function they are not bad looking sneakers. I tried other Capezio's, Asics' and Bloch's, but they were not a good fit or had the right size. Very happy with these!

I love these little dance shoes. They are very comfortable and easy to get on and off. I do not really need the laces as the elastic tongue holds the foot just fine. My feet did not feel sweaty while dancing. I usually wear a 8½ but I ordered 9½. These have a slim look, not so boxy. They provide great support while doing Zumba, they are not too slippery.

Great dance shoe. Little to no support but slides well on the floor. A little too well you might say. Don't expect your feet to not slide out from under when doing push ups.

I bought these shoes for Zumba and have liked them very much so far. I was feeling knee pain from Zumba in my running shoes. I wear a size 6 in street shoes, a 7 in running shoes, and the 7½ in these fit well. I had to wear them around the house a few hours at first to break them in as they felt a bit tight on my feet. They are comfortable and work well for dancing. Just be careful driving in them as the sole is a bit slick and took some getting used to.

These solved the problem of sticky and squeaky soles during Zumba class. They are comfortable enough (arch support is lacking) but I appreciate most the ability to pivot without effort. Good for the knees. This model is a little sleeker than other Capezio dance sneakers.

I bought these shoes for Zumba after seeing them recommended as an aerobics shoe in a list online. As a former dancer, I really couldn't stand doing Zumba in clunky cross trainer shoes so I thought I'd give these a try. I have been very happy with them, especially the split heel and toe, which allows for a nice arch to the foot. These shoes are intended for actual dance after all, not just workout classes like Zumba. They are lightweight, which is a huge advantage over regular sneakers as well; however, they still manage to give adequate support when jumping. The only reason I did not give these a full 5 stars is because I would have liked a bit more traction. Because they are dance shoes they can be just slightly slippery, not enough to be dangerous, but if you are stretching or whatnot you might slide a bit. Although, this is an advantage for pivoting if you are dancing, but not necessarily if you are working out. After reading the reviews, I did order up a half size and the shoes fit well.

These shoes are made for en pointe dancing. I purchased these shoes for my high-impact, dance workouts (4 days/week) which include zumba, hiphop & funk. I was having problems with tendonitis in my feet & ankle due to improper support. Cons: zero support in arch (which I don't typically even need) which caused stress in my knees - a new problem! Pros: They are comfortable and my feet did stop hurting. Also, they do slide well for dance.
