These are incredibly cute, but really tight. I did the trick of wearing socks and applying heat and that helped a lot, but still didn't make them comfortable. They're not so bad that I would send them back, and I do have them in pink and blue because they are so cute. I wouldn't recommend not getting them, but just beware that the breaking in process takes longer with these ones.

I've had more comfortable heels, but these are so bad I would send them back - also, they are as cute as can be (I got the blue stripes and the pink stripes). They were very tight when I got them but with a pair of socks and a hair dryer I was able to wear them. The first time out, I did do a lot of walking (not the best idea), but after four hours they had to come off. Definitely worth trying to break them in more though.

I am a fan of black patent but these shoes are great. They are the most comfortable pair of heels I have worn and I wear them all day everyday! I am purchasing another pair in black and one in anohter color as well!

Love! The first pair I got had a scratch down them so I returned them...and added a pair in black too! Pretty comfortable for a heel. They are just the perfect shoes to go with everything.

These shoes were exactly what I was looking for to wear to a wedding and to complement other pieces in my wardrobe. They fit perfectly and are super comfortable. I managed to dance almost all night before taking them off...most shoes don't last me 10 minutes in similar circumstances!

I like these so much that I own them in 2 colors! I like to wear a little bit of a heel at work, but I am on my feet most of the day, so I need a combination of comfort and style. These aren't too high and also have the rounded toe, which I think adds to their comfort. I wear them almost every day (in one color or another!) and still love them.

I usually cannot wear closed toed pumps because my toes hurt and my heel slides...but these are incredible. I've bought two colors already and am going back to order a third! By far the most comfortable pair of closed toes shoes I've ever worn. They don't slide and they are extremely comfortable for all day wear.

Wonderful pair of shoes! I have another pair of Nine West heels that fit pretty well so I thought I would give these a try since I wanted a pair of nude heels. I have never worn a more comfortable pair of heels. They have plenty of support and don't rub on my feet at all. Can't go wrong!

Lovely, versatile little shoe! Needed something that could be worn with pants or dresses, fit for work and off-work time - this fits the bill! Comfortable, gorgeous, a staple in my closet. Thank you Nine West (again!).

The shoes look nice. I felt very comfortable on the first day, but felt the curve a little not comfortable in the first week, but my feet get used to it later. Overall, it is nice pair of shoes comparing the shoes at the same price.

I love you Zappos! I have so many reservations about buying shoes online...all of which disappear with Zappos. I already knew that Nine West tends to make shoes that make my feet happy, so that helped. This is a great little everyday career shoe; it's super versatile, it's comfortable, it's a beautiful black, it's not too high, not too low. An amazing score I can't wait to wear every day!

The shoe was not true to size. I wear a 9 ordered a 9.5 because of the toe. The shoe was really tight; I had to return them. A beautiful shoe though.

These are the most comfortable pumps I own. I have these in 3 different colors and love them all. They have enough height to be fashionable, but don't hurt your feet even after a night out or dancing. I would recommend these to anybody.

These are absolutely the most comfortable shoes I have purchased recently! I have them in 3 colors now! They are true to size and fit well (don't slip off my heel while walking). I am able to wear these shoes to work all day and even to happy hour afterward comfortably.

I absolutely love these shoes. So much so that I ordered another pair in black, taupe and pink (which I am not sure about just yet...may need to return) and hope that they fit and feel the same as the brown pair I bought a year ago. I bought back up pairs in brown and black to hide in my closet for when they need replacing. This shoe is so comfortable and molds to your foot (I don't wear stockings/knee highs with my shoes). Love them.

Ballerina Pink - hard color to find in a heel. I've been searching for years and this is the first shoe I have found in that color that I would actually wear. Love this shoe!

I love these shoes. I have three pairs of these shoes in red, black and nude because they are so comfortable and stylish. My feet are narrow, and it is difficult to find shoes that fit because of it. These pumps fit my feet perfectly. When I scuffed up the nude pumps, I was thrilled that I was able to find another pair at Zappos (because they were last season's style).

I love these shoes! They fit perfectly (true to size) and are surprisingly comfortable. And they look FABULOUS! I saw the more pointed toe shoes like these at first, but they were out of my size. When I saw these, I loved the toe more than the others! Very stylish. I get lots of compliments on them.

I have these shoes in every color made. They are perfect for work, comfortable, polished and classic shoes. The patent leather transitions well to evening wear after work. My 27 year old daughter has been wearing these shoes for work also and is particularly fond of the black and taupe patent. I have to reorder those two colors often because she takes my new pairs from my closet. Please Nine West, never take these off the market!

I ordered this in size 5, black leather. My feet are smallish, with a wide bridge, short toes about the same length, a high arch, and very narrow heels. It's hard for me to find pumps that would accommodate both the width of my bridge and the narrowness of my heel - I walk out of most pumps and flats. These shoes were very comfortable for me, and I did get compliments on the style. I wore them for a full day at the office, with a moderate amount of walking, and had no blisters or foot discomfort at the end of the day. I think the front of the shoe stretched as I wore them, so it would probably work for people with narrow feet too.

I bought these for my wedding and I just love them! I have pretty wide feet so I got them in wides and they just fit perfectly.

Wore these for a wedding and they looked great and more surprising they were pretty comfortable! Standing and dancing most of the day and by the end of the reception I was still able to walk without issue. I may order them in black as well.

I purchaed the white patent. I was very disappointed. This shoe is not leather. The description regarding the material was misleading. After a few hours of standing the shoes were uncomfortable. Plus, the shoes simply looked cheap.

I absolutely love these shoes. I have them in navy and the flower print. I have had so many compliments. They are so fun to wear. Women really love them and the men think they are interesting. My style is very classic, so these shoes allow me to be classic and a bit out of the box. Love them! Caution,they felt tight at first but fit perfectly after wearing them once.
