Classy and serviceable but mediocre quality. Seemed to stretch after a couple of weeks wear, requiring inserts. Heels not equally balanced. Decent toe room. Poor arch support.

The style is way better in the picture than in person. They are not classy looking or elegant. More comically cutsie. These are not what I was looking for. They are very hard and did not fit well. They ran half a size big. I am returning these!

My first review was left after only owning these shoes for a week. Unfortunately, after wearing them numerous times, this shoe has proven to be very uncomfortable. I've tried breaking them in, but I have decided I will be donating them. I'm not sure if they just don't work for my feet (I'm a size 7, just a tad on the narrow side, though I don't require a narrow shoe). My feet are in pain for days after I wear them, so they definitely are not a good work shoe. Sharp looking, but I needed something I could work in for 8+ hours.

Pretty shoe but very narrow. My foot is not wide; I always wear regular width shoes, but these were insanely tight across the vamp and had to be returned.

I bought an 8 and they are too large. I usually wear a 7.5 so I should have ordered my regular size. The toe is a little too round for me. Otherwise, are very classy looking.

Cute shoe, love the red suede but it wasn't red, definitely burgundy. Sigh. Toe box way too small, way too much toe cleavage and it just felt higher than the stated heel height. The search for comfy suede shoes continues! Shucks.

Beautiful shoes, exactly what I wanted but I still haven\'t decided whether or not to keep them because there\'s absolutely no arch support -- it feels like you\'re standing on your tip toes. It might be good for an event or something, but definitely not shoes you want to stand in for too long.

I ordered these in Light Natural Leather, size 7. The color was more yellow than I'd imagined (I wanted a more neutral, cream colored shoe) and showed a lot of toe cleavage. The toe area was snug, but I think if I had ordered 1/2 size larger, they would be more comfortable but not so big that I would walk out of the shoes. I returned the shoes because I simply do not look good in them, but I will continue to use Zappos!

The toe bed area is very narrow. The toe is also very round, which I thought took away from this show appearing elegant. I couldn't walk 5 feet in these shoes.

I love these shoes; they're so pretty and comfortable. I wore them for 8 day-long events. Not a lot of wear and tear on my feet, but indoors the entire time. I am so disappointed that the inside lining has torn in two places and I have seen similar reviews about the same issue. So sad because I love the look and feel of these shoes and haven't found a replacement that I like enough to buy.

This shoe is not red. It is almost more of a pale wine color. The suede was dull and looked a bit cheap to me, not vibrant and fun like the picture, so I returned them. Too bad because I think it was a good heel height.

I love the look but this is definitely not a wide width, a medium width at best. I checked it with other wide width shoes I have. Disappointed, have to return.

These shoes were not even close to a wide. Took off a pair of 7.5 W Naturalizers which fit perfectly - could not even get my foot in the Nine West's. Should have known better.

This shoe represents one of the many Nine West ill-fitting footwear that I have wasted my money on. I keep wasting money on Nine West thinking it will be better the next time around. The toe portion of the shoe is way too narrow and shallow for human feet. Extremely uncomfortable. Looks great but now wearable. I wish Nine West would go back to making quality shoes that are fully round or square in the front with thick, wide heels. Hate the current crop of Nine West designs.

We bought these as a family in support of our Mom's battle with breast cancer. They've been my favorite shoes ever since. All day wear in an adorable fashion!

These are a great multipurpose black heel. I wore them with dress pants, skinny jeans, and dresses. They are as comfortable as heels can be, and the toe shape made my size 11 feet look a little bit smaller. I have them in black and nude.

Had to find red shoes for my daughter's wedding. Not only were these a great price but they fit comfortable right out of the box. I was worried that the shoes would require breaking in and realized I had no time the day before the wedding. Put them on in the afternoon of the wedding and spent all day standing and walking. What a surprise since most shoes with heel need a breaking in period. Good looks and comfortable, the perfect red heeled pump.

These are some of the most comfortable heels I've ever owned. I have a wide foot and can walk and stand in these for hours. I'm so pleased with them!

These are great shoes for work and are comfortable enough to get through a whole day at the office. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they are. As for sizing, I wear 6 or 6.5 and ordered the 6.5 which turned out to be perfect. So if you're between sizes then definitely go up to the larger. I loved them so much that I came back and ordered them in black.

Amazing! So comfortable. I didn't have to "break them in". I wore them out all night, and my feet didn't hurt.

Love them. They look beautiful and fit great. I'm not one to wear heals, but these are very comfy.

These are the most comfortable heels I have ever worn. I wore the last pair I had until they literally fell apart. I am on my feet for hours and these are great. I'm buying all the colors. I also love the round toe, it fits so much better than pointed.

Comfortable pumps. I usually wear 8.5-9 and tend to have wider feet. I ordered a 9 W and they fit perfectly.

Super comfortable shoe. They came VERY narrow. I had to buy my size in a Wide and then they were perfect.

I love this style so much I have it in the beige patent and black leather. This is a very cute pump that works for both office and dressy occasions. I found it to be very comfortable even for someone with a wider foot. My toes didn't feel cramped and the back of the heel didn't rub. One note is that it has a rounded toe but a short vamp -- there is a little bit of toe cleavage.
