I was disappointed with these; the arch support is too high and uncomfortable. I have loved other Keen shoes.

Your service is excellent; however, the quality of my shoes are not how they used to be. I hope the quality gets better to the way they were when I first started purchasing from you.

These are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever bought. My feet feel like I am walking directly on the concrete. There does not seem to be any arch support or cushion in the soles.

Waterproof?? I think not. I ordered this shoe for a trip to Europe. I wanted shoes that would be comfortable, waterproof, and slip proof. These shoes, although claiming to be all 3, were not. The shoes were comfortable enough and look ok, but that's where the good ends. My socks were sopping wet and my feet were pruny after just a couple of hours walking (it had snowed lightly the day before so I was walking in approximately 2 inches of snow). The water seemed to seep in at the toe and on the sides. The shoes were not slip proof either, although I think the exact wording of the ad is "oil slip proof." I did not walk in oil, but I did walk in rain and snow, and had one or two humiliating falls because I slipped. I expected more from a $100 shoe.

Ugly color - These were so much cuter online than in person. They fit well and were still comfy but the color and look of these truly were hideous. I couldn't imagine walking around town with these on so back they went.

I love these shoes, having purchased 6 different pair. Today I received a new pair. There was no arch support, something always there in the past. When I removed the insert, it was quite easy to see where the design had been altered to NOT offer the same level of support in the arch area as in previous shoes. Poor decision.

Love these! Bought them for a trip to Ireland for walking around and hikes, and they worked out wonderfully. I wore them everyday for 2 weeks, and they worked out fantastic. They also have a great grip on the bottom. I walked in very damp areas and had no close calls and no slips..

Love these shoes! I have foot issues and these are the most comfortable ever, plus my orthodics slide in nicely. I bought two pairs of presidios and plan to buy another pair. Fabulous!

This is the 2nd pair of this style I've bought. The first pair lasted a couple of years of hard wear. They finally began breaking down inside so here I am ordering them again in a different color. They are so comfy and fun to wear! I usually wear a 9M and found that I needed to get this shoe in a 10.5.

Wonderful shoe! Love them. Comfortable! Only weakness -- the shoe strings (beautiful) are made of cotton. They won't last long. Concerned about finding some to match my beautiful shoes!

My feet came with their own arches, and molded shoes usually hurt. These don't...the arch support is minimal, which is one thing I love about Keens. These shoes look like they should weigh more than they do--they are relatively light and best of all, they fit my wide feet. I normally wear 8.5 if the shoe only comes in B width. If it's offered in D width, 8 usually fits. I got this in 8.5 B and it's perfect. I have trouble with my feet getting wet when the inside of the shoe isn't leather, but these seem to be wicking just fine. I ordered Burnt Henna thinking it would be orangey, like the picture. It was much darker, nearly brown-red, more similar to the video, though not quite like that either. Would still love the ones I saw in the pic, but am keeping these because they're adorable, comfortable and fun!

I have been wearing these shoes daily since they arrived a couple of weeks ago. They are perfect for my wide feet. I knew they'd be great because I've been wearing Presidios for the past two years. I had been wearing the 9.5 in Mineral Blue. Since Zappos no longer handles the 9.5, I went with the 10, and they're fine too. When I say that they felt true to size, I mean true to Keen's Presidio size that tends to ample in the toe box. I greatly regret the loss of Mineral Blue, one of the world's perfect colors that went with every color of pant. But the new henna color is a deep earthy red that doesn't shout about itself and looks good with both blue jeans and khakis. I wish Zappos would bring back size 9.5 (that is sold elsewhere) and Mineral Blue (that I think is no longer manufactured by Keen). But I will never shift allegiance from Zappos which has treated me so well for so long.

Ultra comfortable, handsome, and a beautiful color. I have this shoe also in black, brown and blue/gray. Highly recommend it.

I love these shoes. I am now on my 8th or 9th pair over the years. However, for some reason after I have been wearing them for while, they develop a "squeak." I have tried to clean the bottom of the shoe, with no luck. Not sure if anyone else has commented on this or not. It's happened with 3 or 4 pair.

These are the best shoes ever. I had suffered for years with Plantar Fascilitis. I work in retail and I used to have to change shoes every few hours. These I can wear all day long, every day. Just love them. I have a very narrow foot (AA TO AAA) but if I tighten the laces they work.

I have been looking for this shoe for several years: something that could hold my brace, but could also look a little bit "cool!" I found it in this Keen Presidio: and it has really been a great fit and a wonderful walk. Super shoe, and Zappos - you're excellent, as well.

Just bought this shoe, WOW! Very comfy right out of the box. Need a wide toe box and this one sure has it. Love this shoe and am ordering another color.

Zappos.com is a fine company, reliable and fast service. The Presidio is an excellent shoe for me. Due to pronation I need space for an orthotic and toe space for bunions. Although my foot is narrow, I bought it in Medium to accommodate my foot. I added padding to tighten the fit. I have been wearing this shoe almost non-stop for 3 months as it provides the support and comfort I need. Friends have complimented my shoes and one wants to order a pair for herself. I love wearing these handsome, rugged, multipurpose shoes. I think they saved me from orthopedic styles. I didn't have trouble with the henna color despite the warning it could transfer to clothing. I am very active, just over 70. I was referred to Keen shoes by an online shopper. I'm very fortunate to have found these shoes.

LOVE them. BUT my size is always 8.5 and had to return to finally find the perfect size which was 7.5. These are 1 size too large but well worth the returning. They are so comfortable and attractive.

I love these shoes! They are very comfy. I can wear them all day and walk forever in them. I don't like shoes cramping my toes and these give me room without being big yet still fit snug around the heel and have good support. I often get compliments on them. My sister raved about hers so I got a pair. Now our mother even has two pair!

Great shoe for people with bunions or wider feet. Comfortable and easy to wear. Great style and comfort.

I have very wide feet, especially at the toes, and these are some of the only shoes that truly have enough room in the toe box. I'm on my fourth pair.
