I have been a New Balance customer for years; however, this is the first time I have used Zappos as a supplier. I must say I am very pleased with both.

Comfortable and fit well. I've only owned them a month so it's yet to be seen how long they last. I've owned the previous generations of this shoe and they have lasted through three years of heavy gym duty, then three years of general purpose.

As always, stunningly terrific customer service from Zappos. About the shoes: They look great, just as shown in the ad. They fit comfortably and are specially made so the sole will flex properly for comfort when walking (vs., say, shoes whose soles are like walking on a plank of wood). The material is top quality, and the detailing is crisp and stylish. Great shoes!

Did a thorough search on these shoes and found them to be exactly what say they are. Put them on and wore them the entire day even though I'm on my feet all day. They are so comfortable. The price was great and so was doing business with Zappos for the first time!

New Balance is my shoe of choice. I saw this brown one on someone else and just had to have a pair. I looked the shoe up on Zappos and there they were. I received the shoes just a couple of days after I ordered them. They fit fine and I wore them the very first day.

I have always trusted New Balance to be reliable and comfortable.I have huge feet its hard to find the right size. New Balance always comes to my rescue. These shoes are super comfortable and they fit me perfectly. Delivered the day after I ordered them too.

The shoes are extremely comfortable and true to size. And Zappos is incredible. I do not believe that I will ever buy shoes anywhere else again. I ordered shoes at around 9 PM and they were here the next day by noon. I was impressed.

Comfortable x-trainer for the price. Use it at the gym. No hot spots and breaking in nicely.

I purchased these for my teenage son who has a very wide foot. He loves them! Says they are very comfortable and roomy. He is very athletic and these shoes keep up with him. Liked them so much, we ordered them in white as well.

Comfortable, very light and pleasure to walk. Had to buy 4E instead of my usual EE, because felt narrower in the front.

New Balance are the only shoes I can wear comfortably. I had to order these in a 12.5 4E rather than my usual 12 4E to get the right volume in the toe box. And yet they are intensely comfortable! They may be my favorite NB shoes ever -- and I've worn 25 different models over the years. The suede is perfect for weather that doesn't suit mesh. I get compliments on them often. Rock on, NB!

I had a terrific experience from start to finish using Zappos. The shoes were exactly what I wanted and were delivered the very next day. I was amazed. However, the most amazing part of the experience was the customer service agent. Her name is Brittney and said she was from Las Vegas Nevada. She treated me like a member of her family. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and was attentive to my every need. When we were finished I felt like I'd known here all my life. What a refreshing young lady. Zappos and the public are very fortunate to have her in this capacity. Thanks Zappos, I'll be back!

I like these shoes so much that when my last pair finally wore out after 5 years, I didn't even look for something new or different - I ordered an identical pair, brand new. I had them shipped to my work, and my female co-workers were rather disappointed with me when I pulled 'em out of the box. They fit nicely, they're durable and resilient, and they keep my feet warm when it's cold without being hot when it's warm. And they're great for every type of everyday activity, including working out on an elliptical or going for a walk. Good stuff.

I have a student here in culinary school with big feet. His old shoes had large holes in them and he needed size 17 shoes, non-slip for restaurant work. We found these shoes here at Zappos and payment was easy and the shoes showed up in 5 days! Thank you Zappos for filling our need in such a timely fashion and having such a large, diverse inventory.

Love these shoes. I ordered a pair one width size wider than my last pair thinking I wanted to wear thicker socks with them. It was a mistake. I should have ordered my usual size. The shoes were great as always. It was just my mistake, and Zappos was wonderful about the return. Zappos has awesome customer service. They really know how to treat a customer to create loyalty.

Yes, the shoe fits, feels, wears, and performs great. But the reason for my writing this review is the exemplary customer service of Zappos.

I like these sneakers because they feel heavy and solid which is what I wanted and expected. They seem to feel a little bit larger than other New Balance sneakers of the same size and width I've worn.

Good general athletic shoe. Only nit-pick is that because the upper is all leather, it doesn't seem to be able to breathe as well as other New Balance shoes I've had before.

Product arrived quickly even though it was Xmas season. Fits fine, but a little stiff in the sole. Still breaking them in - I guess.
