The shoes are shoes, comfortable, reasonably priced, shoes. The seller is the story. This transaction could not have been easier. My shoes were shipped promptly and, when a different pair needed to be returned (sizing issue, unrelated to the maker), the process was effortless. For one who does not like to shop, Zappos is the answer.

Great and comfortable with just the right amount of support. I would not recommend this for running if you need a high stability shoe, but it is great for walking or for other non-endurance sports.

NB is always high quality except for their inserts. They are useless. Always buy aftermarket inserts for additional support.

Amazing, comfy fit for my hard to fit husband, and they look cute too. We're ordering another pair in a different color!

I got these for my husband who has very wide feet, and has never worn a pair of black sneakers in his life! He is so fussy about his shoes! He loves these, and I've ordered them for him in two other colors. They offer good support and they are very light and comfortable! He wears a 9 1/2 triple E and they are hard to find! His were true to his size!

I love New Balance shoes, they always fit right and feel good. I purchased these shoes on my wife Zappos account and they are very comfortable shoes! I'm on my feet all day and these shoes really take a lot stress off my feet. Very rugged, well constructed shoes. I need a bit more arch support than what comes with the shoes but that is easily addressed by putting in new insoles.

Reviews suggested I should order a slightly larger size than last used. That was a mistake; the larger size was too large. Sorry!

I had watching this shoe for a while and a department store web site, waiting for a price reduction. But it was not happening and someone said that they have had good results with Zappos. I wear a size 8 and 4E so my choices are minimal and wearing my dress shoes to work is okay, but this New Balance is lightweight and brown to match the what I wear in the office. Plus Zappos had then at a great price plus free shipping. This my first purchase at Zappos and will not be my last. Thank you.

My go to shoe for casual wear and even for the gym. Well constructed and lasts and lasts. Good support and cushioning and the pair I recently ordered was made in the USA. I've always found that I need to order a half size up in New Balance.

I ordered these shoes for my husband for father's day. He used to wear the (now discontinued) 609 New Balances. Tend to purchase NB because I have wide foot and NB offers the largest selection of wide and extra wide footwear I've found. Thought this particular shoe was good looking and liked the colors. The insert that came with the shoe was thin, offered no support or cushioning. Ordered a pair of inserts from Amazon and then the shoe felt really comfortable. With the VIP shipping available at Zappos I received my shoes in 16 hours from order to delivery!

Zappos is great! I had surgery which caused my left leg and foot to swell. My 11 1/2 D shoes no longer fit this foot. I ordered a 12 EE from Zappos, and it, too, was tight. The shoes were returned, and Zappos paid the postage. I re-ordered a pair of 12 EEEE, and they are fine. Zappos' service couldn't be better. And the shoe price is as low as you can get.

I have been wearing shoes from the New Balance MX series for a good long time. Their standard width shoe is one of the few that feels wide enough for my foot. Very comfortable, and quite durable. I just wish that the men's sizes had more color to them. But, that is my only complaint.

This my second pair in this 623 series and either my bunions are growing (very possible) or these were a little tighter in width than the previous pair. I did use a width stretcher to solve the issue. These are great for everyday use in light construction but I do use a tougher half boot for heavier construction work. They do not last as long as I would like (what shoe does when you are 225 lbs. and work in construction?) but they are lightweight and very comfortable. New Balance has always done well for me and Zappos is the best place to buy shoes from.

Everything about my Zappos experience has been positive. Service is friendly and fast! I haven't had to make any returns. I couldn't be any happier with Zappos.

As a person with knee and back problems, the shoe has ameliorated some of the pain. I am very happy with the durability as well as the style. At work, I needed a doctor note in order to be permitted to wear sneakers. Maybe there are shoes that are this comfortable. If there are please let me know!

I wear these New Balance shoes for work every day, where the dress code is business casual. My feet thank me every day. Minus one star for the strange choice of adding a green "N" on the side. As always delivery time was top-notch.
