I always find it difficult to buy shoes because of a wide size. As soon as I tried these sneakers, I knew I had found the perfect fit.

Excellent replacement for the New Balance 620. Very comfortable right out of the box. Fix was spot on.

I just got these today. They are great shoes! I have worn New Balance for the past 20 years and I have to say that they are the most comfortable sneakers. The service and selection on this site is absolutely the best.

Great shoes. I order these every time and rotate shoes annually. The pair rotated to every day. I have special inserts for that fit into shoes great.

Great shoe. Very durable and good arch support. Nice to be able to get shoes that fit for those with bigger feet.

There aren't a lot of cool-looking shoes for people with big feet like myself so I was pretty happy to find these. I ordered a size 16, width 4E pair and have been wearing it for months as an all-purpose shoe. If you want to really set it off, lace it with some brightly colored shoelaces!

These are my preferred shoes for cross training. They work well for my uses (running, weight lifting, and general walking around). I buy a new pair every two years or so.

Outstanding service and shipping by Zappos! The 623 NB shoes are attractive, well made and very comfortable for the cost. I have a narrow foot and this model is available in a narrow size, a real bonus. A great product made in the USA. Zappos rocks!

They fit well, better than similar models which have a protrusion that catches and folds under at the instep when you put them on. These have no such 'feature' and the wide widths are true to size.

I have purchased six pairs of these shoes over the past two years. I weigh 230 pounds and play tennis three out of seven days a week. I rotate between two pairs at a time and they last approximately six to seven months. That is better than all previous shoe experiments. The sizing works great for me; and the service from Zappos has been outstanding. The pricing is as good or better than the big box stores. I am buying two more pair this week.

This is the third pair of these that I've bought. They are very comfortable and hold up very well. I live/work in Afghanistan and I wear these shoes daily as I walk to work and when I go to the gym. I put a lot of miles on them!

My husband was measured in a store but told the wrong size, probably because they wanted to sell him some shoes but had none in stock wide enough. The pair we ordered (9EE) were ideal for what he wanted - just not wide enough to fit his feet (which we now know due to trial and error are 9EEE feet, thanks Zappos!). So we had to return them. Would have ordered this same style again if they had been available in the needed width but weren't at the time. Regardless, this shoe impressed us both as comfortable and versatile, good for exercise, a lot of his work, travel, and casual. As always, Zappos has the best selection (especially for the 60 percent or so of us who don't have medium width feet). Your service is second to none! When you factor in the easy the return policy and free shipping both ways, we'd have to have serious head traumas to ever consider shopping for shoes at malls. I highly recommend Zappos to all our family and friends.

On time, product as expected, fits well. I ordered 3E (I have wide feet), but the shoes felt just wide enough to be comfortable.

Manufacturing changed from China to Vietnam so now fits one size small, so 10-4E instead of 9-4E. Very comfortable, ordering another pair.

I use the shoe for work, it's the only shoe that's comfortable for me, seeing that I'm on my feet all day.

First, I commend Zappo's for their swift delivery. I received my shoes the day after i ordered them. I have been wearing New Balance shoes for many years. They mold to your feet, and allow for ease of walking. These were no exception. They molded to my feet after only a few days of wearing them. I highly reccommend this shoe.

I bought these for my dad and he really likes them. He has flat feet and said they are very comfortable due to the wide width. He is 60 and likes the color scheme because it is very basic.

I really like these shoes. My husband has a tendancy towards tendonitis in his feet. Recently he returned to the work force, working a new job wfull time on concrete floors. On his previous job the concrete floors caused severe problems with tendonitis in his feet, requiring therepy. I've always heard that new balance are good for your feet, from friends, so after looking at several different styles and reading reviews we chose these. He said they help his feet considerable, he also has a bad knee and by helping to support the feet better, they also help his knee. Originally we purchased the D width and had to return for EE, but that was just because we had never worn New Balance before and weren't sure on the sizing. Zappos was great to deal with, fast shipping, easy return.

Extremely comfortable. Very soft sole. Could walk in these all day everyday.

My husband is a construction worker, and absolutely loves these shoes. They are about his 4th pair. Couldn't be better for walking through mud, sand and all the uneven surfaces he travels daily. Also good for non-skid surfaces, as well. And Zappo's is great on prompt delivery!

Thankfully! A shoe that fits my 12 year old's huge feet! He likes the look, they fit great, and are the only shoes anywhere that I could find to fit him. New Balance does a great job of having shoes in wide and extra wide (3EEE) sizes, and I'm thankful that Zappos stocks them since both my son and I have very wide feet. Stores don't usually stock 3E, so we come to Zappos for all our shoes. This shoe fulfilled another notch in the string of rock solid sports shoe purchases that our family has made from New Balance stock at Zappos.

For men's size 12, 4E with Abzorb heel, and ORTHOTIC friendly, these are great shoes. I stopped having heel pain, whenever I put them on. Recommended if you use orthotics because you can remove the inner linings and have a close to flat surface for your otthotics.
