I am not only talking about the quality of the product which is also great but customer service was great! I think all companies should follow your paths or learn from the staff at Zappos. I buy a lot of stuffs online, they charged for shipping and handling plus taxes and if you do not like the items you pay for your own shipping and handling and it takes for ever to get your refund or your exchange back. I am not promoting Zappos but I think a lot of companies out there should learn from Zappos; from customer service, shipping, handling, etc. Thanks, guys.

Good looking comfortable shoe, but the size is a bit tricky. They are using UK sizing, so remember to get a half size smaller to get the perfect fit.

I absolutely love these shoes. When I received them I was impressed with the way they were packaged. Zappos is right on when they say to order a half size smaller. Because they are laceless shoes you need to order a half size smaller in order for them to stay on your feet. Otherwise, I'm sure it would get annoying real fast. The shoes fit well and look great. I get a lot of compliments about them. I highly recommend these.

I first bought these shoes in size 9.5, and they felt half a size bigger. So I returned them and within the NEXT day I got my size 9 in the mail. I do recommend getting a half size smaller. I’m a size 9.5 in most of my shoes, but in these I had to go with a 9. I would definitely buy these shoes again soon!

I was happy to be able to get these shoes. I use custom insoles due to my flat-footedness and the standard Chucks just hurt after prolonged standing. I got these in size 10, but wish I went a half or even full size down. It seems that the elastic in the tongue (the only thing holding the shoe on) is getting looser or stretched out the more I wear the shoe. I recommend sizing down at least a 1/2 size.

Super fast shipping as always with Zappos. Make sure you order 1 whole size smaller than you normally do. I'm a size 10 in most shoes, ordered a 9 and they fit perfect. Only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they are a slip on that should include laces as an option (for a shoe at this price). They fit good but can see them coming off easily due to the elastic.

This is a great shoe that goes well with everything! Only problem is that the sides come unglued after a relatively short time, I've been told this is a common issue with Chuck Taylors. They are however very comfortable and everyone likes laceless chucks!

These shoes look very stylish and classy; however, the back part of the shoe keeps slipping off my foot when I walked in them. I think this was because the sole is too stiff. I tried a smaller size on but it didn't solve the problem so I returned them. Zappos service was excellent as always.

Great comfortable sneaker slip on sneaker. Definitely for fashion, not sport. But the sole is much more substantial than I thought.

I usually wear a 7 but I ordered this shoe in a 7.5 thinking that the thicker cushion would make it feel smaller, but I was wrong. I love the softer cushion. It adds more support.

Great style and comfortable shoe. One shoe kept slipping off my foot so I used a small lace and tied it to the two top eyelets. The shoe isn't very flexible and outsole separated from the shoe after about 3 months of wear.

Probably the most comfortable variant of the ALL STAR Chuck Taylor's I have ever worn. (And I've owned quite a few in the last twenty years.) It's not simply another redesigned Converse with different material. The sole is fitted with extra cushion to make it feel like you're gliding as you walk. The milky off-white color gives it a distinctive vintage look that is different from the "plasticky" standard Chuck's. The metal lace rings are colored dark grey so they draw less attention to the fact that these shoes are laceless (A nice stealth appearance that is absent from other slip-ons). The only "Con" about these Converse pair in particular is that it fits a tad loose on the tongue. Perfect as a casual dress shoe, just don't look into running any marathons.

If you're a Chuck fan, do yourself a favor and buy them. Not only are they incredibly comfortable, but they look awesome. I get compliments all the time. By the way, order a half size down, especially if you wear them without socks.

Like mentioned before, these are not like the regular Chucks. These come with a thick insole that provides a lot more cushioning, making the shoe also feel tighter than regular Chucks. 5 stars for style.

I normally buy the regular All-Star laceless slip on's by Converse and I love them. I get them in a men's 9.5 and they fit fine. I decided to grab a pair of these in Pewter while they were on sale in the same size. They felt a lot more narrow and also oddly "low" on the heel to me. My feet popped out of them when I walked. They are going back. Love the return policy that Zappos has. It makes shopping for shoes so easy!

Shoes are cool, but the bottoms are so rigid that the elastic is not enough to keep them on your feet. I had to use shoe laces as well.

I have been wearing chucks for a long time and decided to try JV and they just don't fit. The cushion feels great but I think it is to high to provide a real comfortable fit. I normally wear a size 10 so that's what I tried first and they wear to big. Then I tried a 9 1/2 and one shoe was still slipping at the heel. So I tried a 9 and the fit great at the heal but were crushing my toes. I really wanted them to work but it looks like I'll have to go back to the classic chucks.

This is my second pair of these. I love the slim profile of the Varvatos Chucks. I'm not a huge fan of laceless, so I have to remove some stitching and put laces on them. Then they're good to go. If they were a little cheaper I'd stock up. They're not very comfortable, of course, but not bad either.

Only real difference from standard is a true insole that provides some cush. I ordered a half size up and they are comfy but a hair loose. You could probably do true to size.

So these run a half size large, which as an owner of a couple of pairs of these upper-crust Chucks, I should have known. But here's the thing: I dropped the return box at UPS on a Tues, and the smaller replacements arrived the next day! WOW! I knew Zappos was awesome, but that blew me away. Thanks for the GREAT service. :-)

This is my favorite version of Chuck's. When I tore my old pair, I was desperate as they were no longer locally available. It's my everyday shoe. I went online but most places want a lot more for them. Zappos beats everyone else's price by a stretch.

I love these shoes and wear them all the time. They're super comfortable, versatile, and get a lot of compliments (usually because the lack of laces). They've also come down in price, which is good because they get dirty pretty quickly. Unless you count flip flops, this is the first shoe that I've gone back and purchased again. Get them a size smaller than you normally wear.

These are way more comfortable than the All Stars I used to own. They are a little bit big - usually Chucks fit me tight so I was reluctant to size down. I walk all around the city in them and my feet never hurt which is not something I could say about the traditional version. They're also way cuter!

Love these! They run large had to change them from a 12 to 11.5. That's my bad for not looking at the "fit survey." Other than that, they feel and look great.

These are mega comfortable! I already own another pair and purchased a second one - that's how much I like them. Only thing is they run half size larger. I'm typically a 10.5 ~ 11 (US) and had to order a 10.
