These come up large, beware. I ordered a US 9, but the label inside the shoe said US 9, UK 9 (which is incorrect). Order a full size smaller. I will be sending mine back.

Great shoe, but beware of sizing. Love the style and they are very comfy. However I initially ordered a 1/2 size smaller than I regularly do which was still too big. I had to go a size and a 1/2 smaller for a good fit. Other than that, great shoe.

I used to own a pair of the limited edition vintage Varvatos Chucks that I absolutely loved, but they are pretty beat up so I decided to get the closest thing. The two differences between them are the stitching on the tongue and the fact that these do not have the frayed/destroyed look. They also feel a bit smaller and narrower than my old pair, even after wearing them for a couple months. The sizing for the Varvatos line is inconsistent, as I have a pair of Varvatos Purcells that are a bit tight yet a whole size larger. Overall I would cautiously recommend these. The Varvatos line usually has new products every year and it is about time they started rolling out the new designs.

Run a half to 3/4 larger than marked. Awesome shoe of the Converse line. Best bar none.

The canvas version is a nice alternative to the suede shoe. Laceless is the way to go. The design makes the shoe compatible with most of my wardrobe.

Awesome shoes. Definitely do your due diligence on sizing though. Initially I was worried because they were a tight fit (I have wide feet) and I thought I ordered a size too small. However, after wearing them for two weeks they broke in nicely and are now very comfortable.

This was my first try at buying shoes on line. Service was great, absolutely no problems. Loved the shoe. Overall, it was very comfortable. This particular sneaker, however, ran really large, also the heel didn't come up as high as on some sneakers. If I were ordering again, I'd go a full size smaller.

Simply put, a great shoe. But being a Converse and a slip-on fan I guess it's a somewhat biased opinion. Great for airport security and for when you got to rush out of the house. In regards to the arch support and size portions of the review, I've never been good at judging those sort of things but they're Converse, so for the Converse wearers out there, you know what's up.

This shoe is great! It's pretty comfortable. I'm usually a size 13 but the 12 fit perfect! Everyone said it ran 1/2 size small and it totally does. My friends give me crap for not having laces, "hey bro, you forgot your laces at home!" But whatever, they are cool and I would buy them again, plus Zappos upgraded my shipping to overnight which was awesome too!

A great alternative to the traditional converse. Cool looking, comfortable and always receive compliments. I wear a size 10.5 in these so they fit more or less like my shoe size rather than my sneaker size where I wear a normally wear a size 12. Also have a narrow foot, so these fit perfect. All and all a great shoe and of course the Zappos lightning fast shipping is always an added plus!

Terrific fun comfy shoe. True to size - I listened to the people online and went a half size smaller then realized it was too tight. I was in a rush to get these for a trip so I returned these and bought a new one with my normal size and recieved them right on time and also got my refund back in 10 days. Excellent Zappos service and the shoe may be just a sneaker but it\'s a Converse All Star and they rock. Great quality and fun to wear around the office. Worth paying the price.

I\'ve always liked the style of Converse sneakers (no glaring logos, no stupid futuristic plastic designs, no leather) but have found Converse shoes to be uncomfortable in the past, usually because the shoes were too narrow and didn\'t provide enough arch support. This shoe is the exception -- wow! Finally a Converse shoe that is truly as comfortable as it looks. Highly recommended. Buy them from Zappos -- the shoes seem to run a little large and you might need to return them for a smaller size. Thanks again Zappos!

Look. This is not going to fit like a normal pair of chucks. It wont. Its narrow. Has a ton of cushion. It fits tight across the top of your foot. Slips slightly in the back (if you order 1/2 size down like you should). That said, once you get used to the different feel and it's an amazing shoe!

Very high quality, super cool styling without spoiling the old school All Star vibe. These look like the real deal I wore back in the 70s! Go 1/2 size smaller than your regular shoe size.

These are by far the most comfortable converse I've ever worn. However, disregard the normal order a smaller size advice on these. I don't know if it's all of the slip-ons but these things are narrow! Order your regular size and they should be perfect!

The shoes were alright. Definitely not worth the price. Bought a part and they lasted 4 months. Had some problems with the fit. They were very comfortable though.

I love my new vintage Chuck Taylors I ordered from Zappos. They are comfortable, stylish, versatile, and exactly the shoe I was lookng for. I had an issue with a ripped seam on my initial order. But quickly resolved everything and received a replacement just as quick as my initial order. Zappos has never let me down.

Great shoe for the most part, but for not even having them a year the plastic where your toes are disconnected from the cloth part of the shoe. Wish the quality was a bit higher for an expensive shoe.

This is a nice shoe, but really, other than the custom sole I have no idea why this shoe is more exspensive than the other converse slip-ons that I have purchased from Zappos. It is not worth the extra dough.

These are great looking shoes. I am sending them back for another pair. But I wore them for three hours and the stitching unraveled on the left shoe.

I usually wear size 9.5 Converse. However, to keep the shoe on while I walked, I had to buy a size 9. The smaller size stayed on my feet, but was quite uncomfortable and the shoes fell apart in 4 months time.

I love these shoes. 100% worth the extra cost over regular Converse slip on. Super comfortable and they last forever (if forever is about 2-3 years of every day use)!

I got this for my husband, and I must say he absolutely loves loves it! I got 2 pair grey and beige. My husband says it's easy to wear and easy to slip on. Please get one size smaller than what you usually wear. Converse tends to make their shoes a size bigger I think. Anyways it's a great buy! And the style is so sleek.
