Awesome - I've owned a different style of Earth shoes before and I was equally as happy with the comfort of these. Required no breaking in and I had no first time blisters. My feet are on the wide side but the medium width was perfect for me.

Comfortable! I am impressed! This shoe is really comfortable that I can walk in these all day! I am glad there are shoes out there for those who really need the support and comfort. Now I can't wait to order the Earth Tranquil!

Second time around - I have had 2 pairs of these, and I still say they are the best shoes I have owned. I trekked across Europe in them and my feet were never tired.

Fabulous! Feet feel rested all the way. Walking is a nice experience again!

Best shoe I have ever owned! I love, love, love these shoes. I have wide size 11 feet and good shoes are very difficult to find. In my adult life I have never had a shoe that didn't hurt my feet after full day of walking, but these puppies took me all over Boston, Washington DC, Paris and a few other trips in the past 6 months and my feet have enjoyed every minute! I only wish Earth made more styles in the wider widths.

Great work shoe - Simply put, these are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned!

Earth's Solar shoes are the best - I have lower back pain that is greatly helped by the Earth shoes but also have to address a problem with my feet (bone spur between toes from wearing those high heeled shoes in my younger days) that requires a wider toe area which can be difficult to find. This shoe was offered in a 6-1/2 Wide which is unusual and I have found it to be a tremendous help in alleviating my foot pain and avoiding surgery. The shoe also is attractive rather than clunky. What I love about Zappos is that I get free shipping both ways and am encouraged to order as many shoes as I want to try on for size and fit. This way I know the style and shoe size that I need for future purchases.

Excellent all around - I love Earth shoes- they are some of the most comfortable shoes in existence, especially for someone like me with back problems. Usually "comfort" shoes look dowdy, but Earth's are hip and fun. I get tons of compliments on my funky, cool shoes, and my feet and back are happy, too!

Slimming even on a big foot - I wear a size 12 which tends to be a medium. This shoe fit well. Has an excellent arch support which is good for my high arches and works well with black tights and a casual skirt. I get calf cramps and these help to stretch my legs out when I stand for 12 hours at a time. The only wish I had for Earth shoes is that they had more cushioning in the heel, as that is where a majority of your weight will go. Otherwise a nice shoe.

Earth Solar - I have a short wide foot and have found these to be incredible shoes. Even wide, I wear them a few days with socks on to loosen them up. If I wore hose, I would not need to that. I like them so much, that I know have them in 3 different colors. It is a shoe I can count one!

Great shoes! These are comfortable and stylish. I have received more compliments on them than any shoes I have ever worn. They do require a little getting used to, but still very comfortable from the start. Highly recommended!

I am a total EARTH convert. I discovered the NEW EARTH (as opposed to the 1970's Earth) last fall, and I don't seem to be able to wear anything else now. The Solar is a great style, identical style to the Karma in front, but closed back and ankle strap. I find the toe box slightly narrower than the Karma, which at first I wasn't sure about, but now it is great. I wear Solar with thinner socks, and can wear Karma with thick. The ankle strap makes them more stable, with better support, but I like the slip in ease of the Karma, too. Re Velcro on strap snagging hose, I am careful to get my foot all the way in with the strap pulled fully aside, then carefully affix the straps so they don't touch hose. They're fine with socks. I have a wide foot and high arch, and EARTH shoes are perfect for me. I've had a foot injury the past year, and these are the only shoes I can wear without pain.

Earth Shoes - They are so comfortable. I love the fact that my toes don't get squeezed as I walk. The lower heel keeps them from slipping. I wear a narrow width so I have to wear thicker socks with them. I wish they came in narrows. I would wear them everyday if I could find narrows that I could wear with hose and dresses.

I really like this shoe. It is the first time I have tried Earth Shoes. It is very comfortable. I have had so much trouble with my toes and the wide toe box makes this shoe feel great. I will buy Earth Shoes again!!!

My one pair of shoes - I actually have lots of pairs of shoes, all in boxes in the closet, and these are the ones that stay out by the door next to my sneakers. I bought them a year and a half ago and have worn them almost constantly ever since, sometimes choosing them over sneakers. They're not chic strappy little heels, but you have to sacrifice something for comfort, and I think they are smart enough for skirts and pants, work and play. I don't work on my feet but I walk a lot getting to and from places and don't have any problems. There is some breaking in, as I had to wear moleskin on my heels for the first couple weeks, but now there is no problem. I usually wear them without socks and for some reason they don't, um, smell. These shoes took me through a pregnancy and the ensuing challenges.

Awesome shoes - I bought a pair of Earth Solars a few weeks ago and I absolutely love them. I wear them all the time. I have no desire to wear my Birks or any of my other shoes anymore. I stand all day at work. My feet don't hurt and my back feels a lot better than usual. I'm amazed. I'm buying another pair of the same shoes in another color now. They're great!

Very pleased! I have not ordered from Zappos before and was very pleased. My married daughter has size 11 wide feet and we have trouble finding shoes she is comfortable in. I ordered these on a whim and not only got free shipping, but they upgraded the shipping and I received them within 2 days. The shoes have proven to be very comfortable and my daughter even made my son-in-law try them on for the unique feel. They are keepers!

I like these shoes - I work on me feet all day and I like that these shoes are very flat and yet have good arch support. The little velcro strap seemed a bit dodgy, however it has really held up well with nearly daily wearing for the last six months. My back hurts in shoes with any heel (yeah, even Danskos) and these are really nice for me as they do not contribute to the sway back that makes me ache at the end of the day. That is, these shoes are comfortable and do not make my back hurt. Also my feet feel pretty decent at the end of the day as they take a lot of the pressure off the ball of the foot. Good for people who must stand a lot. And they are comfy for walking around town too. And I have really narrow heels, and these caused NO blisters. These shoes required no breaking in. My feet (other than heels) are of normal width and these fit perfectly. I do not like driving in them much though.

No more hurting feet - These shoes are worth the money! I was a little wary of paying a bit of cash for a pair of shoes, but they are the first dressy shoes I have owned that I can walk and stand in for the entire day without my feet hurting. Definitely worth every penny.

Comfort and simplicity with style - Comfort from the start. Heel sits lower than toe box area, so pants may drag a bit. Low back pain alleviated while wearing these shoes. Starting nursing school, so will buy the white ones for school.

Comfortable straight out of the box for my bunion feet! I bought this is Brown Twister, size 9 Wide. I have bunions and am finding it very hard to find shoes that are comfortable for my bunions and yet not too loose or ugly. I'm a medical resident and spend inordinately long hours on my feet. They tend to swell at the end of 24-30 hour long days. My feet have been loving these shoes since the moment I put them on. My husband loves the way they look; you can wear them with professional clothes or casual. I love them. I only wish they had a bit higher heel since my professional pants are too long for these heels. However I'll get my pants shortened and then these shoes will be perfect. They sole is a bit firm in my arch area, and this is the only drawback.

The most comfort - This is truly the most comfortable shoe there is--between the room for your toes and the special Earth sole--the little strap over the instep keeps the shoe from slipping. The funky style and quality leather make them pretty, too.

Love them - This is the eighth pair of Earth shoes I have bought - I had to switch away from Dansko due to back pain which was greatly reduced with Earth shoes.

No more pain - I have had knee pain for the last 20 years. I would drag home from work (I am a nurse) I bought a pair of white Earth shoe OH MY GOSH...no pain I love these shoes after 10 hours on my feet I am still full of energy. These are the magic slippers...I'm devoted...

Cute, comfortable shoe - I love the way this shoe feels, and it's cute too. The red and wine are beautiful colors as well. I'm having trouble with plantar fasciitis, so ordered several Earth shoes to try. Customer service has been super in trying to find answers to my questions about Earth and Footprints. Your return policy makes it so easy to find out what works and what doesn't.
