Comfort!!! Stylish!!! Sweet!!! This is my second pair of these shoes, I love them! I have been stopped on the street in NYC...what kind of shoes are they...oh they still make earth shoes??? I absolutely love them. I am partial to wearing white ankle socks, and these shoes look adorable with them. I am also prone to what I call 5 o'clock feet, like my dogs are barking when it's time to go home. The comfort level of these shoes last all day!

Comfortable and good quality shoe - Finally, I can wear these shoes all day long and forget that I am on my feet all day long.

Comfy, comfy, comfy! I bought these shoes for a trip to France this summer. I wanted something that was casual but nice, and could handle me walking around for hours on end. I have a pair of boots from Earth, so I was already familiar with the footbed and incredible support. The recessed heel gives a lot of arch support for me (I have foot issues due to a previously broken ankle). These shoes were perfect for the job. There were a lot of freak rain storms this trip, and my feet did not get wet from the bottom (but my jeans wicked up moisture to the top of my feet). My only recommendation: spray with water repellent/ Scotch Guard. My shoes now have this funky tie-died effect from the water stains. They felt true to size for me (39 EU), maybe a little large – I could get my fingers into the back of the shoe, but I prefer my shoes not to be too tight, considering they tend to swell a bit after walking all day. If you are looking for a cute, very comfortable pair of shoes to walk around Europe, I would buy these. They look great with jeans, shorts, and dresses and are very comfortable!

Great shoes for work - I ordered these in the white for work in a dental office. I prefer shoes with a more substance than the plastic wear that seems to be the newest favorite in the uniform shops. These shoes are comfy and cute. The leather is nice quality.

I used to wear Earth shoes in college and just loved them. These are the same just a little more stylish. They are so comfortable. You must have a pair or two.

My Favorite Shoes!! At the recommendation of one of my colleagues, (I'm a teacher) I decided to try a pair of earth shoes. I've had issues with my feet (I have high arches that like to collapse) and legs since junior high. I have to wear custom orthotics in my sneakers, so I was thrilled that these shoes comfortably support my finicky feet throughout a full day of teaching! They do take a couple days to get used to, but TRUST ME, it's worth it! I used to wear sneakers all the time, but these are so more comfortable than my sneakers!

My favorite shoe! This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. The only reason I gave a 4 for comfort is because if I am standing in one spot for a long time, my feet get a little achy. I have a job where I'm on my feet all day (heck, I've walked 6 miles in these shoes) with no aches or fatigue. Will be getting another pair very soon!

Good shoe; good travels - I bought this shoe to wear on my trip to France this summer. I waned something I could walk all day in, and that looked good with a skirt or jeans. These shoes are so comfortable. No break in time, no blisters. I can't wait to tramp around Paris in them!

Cute shoe, great for your back and feet - Love this adorable shoe! It does take some getting used to, I would recommend a long break in period before being on your feet all day at work. My only complaint, I wish they had designed the mary jane strap a little wider. If fastened too tight, it can be a bit cutting. Otherwise very nice shoe in lovely soft leather.

Earth = Good! I bought two pairs of Earth shoes. The Solar and the Pirouette. Both felt the same. They really do change the way you stand. I felt soreness in my calves the first day I wore them around the house. In the end I chose to keep the Pirouettes because they are a little fancier.

Stylish, Comfortable Shoe - I love this shoe. It looks great and feels even better. I have it in the white butter calf. My first pair looked and felt so good; I ordered a second pair as a spare. Comfy, well made, worth every penny.

Earth Solar - I've never owned any Earth shoes before, but these are interesting shoes. They are very comfortable and go great with casual wear. However, it takes time getting used to walking in them, they seem a bit heavy and chunky, but I've never had any problems with them rubbing on my feet. I haven't had them a long time, but there are already visual scuff marks. Don't know if this is to be expected of all shoes, but considering the price, I expected more resistance to scuffing. Overall, though, good shoe!

Solar Earth Shoe - I have always worn Born shoes but this is my 2nd pair of Earth shoes and I love them. No break in time, terrific arch support, wear all day in total comfort.

Great for work! I am on my feet all day at work and these are the most comfortable shoes I have found! I have to order 1/2 size larger than usual to have the best fit.

Worth It! Have been searching for a comfortable shoe that looked more professional than a tennis shoe for a while now. I am a nurse. The Solar is adorable and very comfortable. Have had many compliments. I ordered the shoe on a Tues morning and they were at my front door on Weds afternoon. Incredible. Will order again and have already recommended Zappos to others.

GOOD LOOKING AND COMFORTABLE - I love this shoe. It was comfortable from the first. It is a beautiful shoe and gets compliments whenever I wear them. The fit is perfect. I purchased them for a trip I am taking in June to Israel. A perfect walking shoe.

Awesome shoe - great quality - I've decided to convert all my shoes to the negative heel Earth shoe. One pair at a time! They are comfortable, help me walk comfortably again (bad hip), and can be worn with just about anything. I just went shopping with my daughter, a new elementary school teacher, and after much trying on of various brands; she decided the Earth shoe was the best. Instead of buying at the store (which didn't have the bigger size), I ordered them for her on Zappos. Three days later she was wearing them at school. Buy a pair - they will change the way you feel about walking a mile.

For those who walk a LOT - Living in Chicago in the city--I walk a LOT. Also having had foot surgery (bunion, sesmoid, bone chip) in my poor abused right foot--I need shoes that don't hit the trigger points that 99% of shoes have. These have been fabulous. A delight. Taking a wide for my right foot, my left just goes along--the strap is easily adjusted (as the day goes on, or heat or swelling). The toe box is wide and full. They look good, even my husband said so--and he never notices anything like that. And they will probably wear like my last Earth shoes (about 10 years). Love Zappos too, who were so very patient with my trying different sizes etc. And I can even use my dress shoe orthodics in them!!

Best shoe - I just LOVE the Earth Solar! In the wide size it is perfect for my feet. I have bunions and problems with my metatarsal heads on my left foot. This shoe is the only one that I feel comfortable wearing. It is wide enough and stylish enough to wear anywhere. I just wish there were more Earth shoes in WIDE widths, especially hiking or athletic shoes. I would buy one of each. Thanks again and PLEASE, PLEASE make more styles in WIDE widths.

Quite possibly the most perfect Mary Jane - From the moment I put these shoes on they were comfortable. No exaggeration, they are comfortable from the start to the end of the day. I recently wore them walking thorough the LA arboretum. They were great! Great arch support, great heel width, enough room for toe movement, flexible...In other brands I wear an 8-1/2. In Earth shoes, I wear an 8.

The Earth Solar - Can't go wrong with these ones! They work for both casual and dress outfits. They are all sorts of cute and they are comfortable out of the box. The only thing I would change design wise would be the thin strap, I can see this wearing out fast, but it is not a major issue thus far...

Cute and Comfortable - I love these shoes! I have them in black and brown. They do feel a little strange at first but I can work all day on my feet and not feel sore. NB: They seem to run a little big and each shoe can sometimes fit differently.

Wonderful Shoe - I ordered mine yesterday and I got them today. Great service from Zappos. I took them out of the box and put them onto my feet. Very comfortable and cute. I know I've only had them on for an hour but I can tell they will be fine. I am diabetic and have very sensitive feet and for some reason, I can tell when a shoe needs some breaking in time or if it will give me blisters or if I can just put them on and go to town. These shoes are the get 'em out of the box and go to town shoes. Very, very comfortable. I am a true 7.5 and ordered a 7.5 and to me a very true fit - the type of shoe that I can wear with or without socks. All I can say is that I am very happy with the shoe and the service that I received from Zappos.

Worth every penny! Excellent quality, comfort, arch support and style! You can't go wrong with this shoe or any Earth shoe for that matter. I am an art teacher on my feet an average of 45+ hours a week. The negative heel technology and arch support are great. I wear a size 10 and found that size, width and arch support were true to size. Dress them up or dress them down with a pair of capri jeans, they look sharp regardless. I have received a ton of compliments on my shoes and feel as if I've turned into a spokeswoman for Earth shoes and the Zappos.com website. Zappos.com is a great site and with the free shipping and returns, very customer friendly. They truly want to work with you and help you find what you’re looking for in a pair of shoes. This is my third pair of Earth’s and I can assure you, its not going to be my last! PS: You only have one set of feet in this lifetime, why not treat them to the best!

Just as good as back in the 70s! Wore Earth shoes in the 70s and while these are cuter, the comfort is the same. You won't be disappointed by the comfort of Earth shoes.
