I love these! I am normally size 6. I bought the size 37 first and it was too large and have to return those. The 36 (5-5.5) fits perfectly! I also bought 2 other Birkenstock sandals different styles and sizes down to 36 and they all fit well now.

I was looking for a good quality REAL leather sandal. I owned a pair of Birks when I was a teenager but sadly I lost them when I moved. So I thought I would buy another because I remember how comfortable they were. Well in 20 years since then they are still the best sandal I have ever owned!! They did take about a week to break in but it is worth it. The arch and heel support are amazing. It feels like they are made for MY feet. I will definitely be buying more Birks.

Extremely comfortable and supportive shoe. Can wear them for several hours! It's so nice to find an attractive shoe that is also good support for my feet.

THIS SHOE IS VERY PRETTY AND STYLISH. IT IS ALSO VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. THE SHOE HAS NO CUSHION. IT'S VERY HARD ON THE FEET. SORRY I HAD TO RETURN THEM. I REQUIRE A SOFT COMFORTABLE SOLE.

I found these to run large. I usually wear a 6.5 or 7 and ended up finding the 36 was the right size for me. I love Birks - so comfortable! I had my last pair for 7 years.

I love these sandals. I have a wide foot so the regular width feels great to me. I love the look- I can wear these with jean shorts, a maxi skirt, even sweats and still look casual and stylish! The adjustable straps are helpful to get just the right fit (I have large big toes!) I haven't worn them much yet, waiting for warm weather, but I know they will be my go-to sandal!

The Mayari is my favorite Birke. This is my 3th silver pair over the last 7 years, the oldest ones are now gardening, the new ones are for more summer business casual occasions. The middle pair are everyday wear. The wear well, give great support and look smashing.

They were comfortable out of the box. I feel like they will take a little breaking in, my toes are getting used to the elevated area. However, I have only worn them twice and feel like these will be my go to this summer once fully broken in.

The sandals are great, I got them as a gift to a colleague and she loved them. Zappos provides the best customer service experience I’ve ever encountered.

Alright so these are SO not my style of shoe. But, I have super high arches, slightly wide toe box, and I pronate. I desperately wanted a flip flop or sandal that I can be comfortable in this summer. I’ve recently developed plantar fasciitis, as well. The first day wearing them, they felt stiff. I used them to do chores around the house to break them in. Then each night after work, I would put them on for an hour or so. It took a good solid week for my picky feet to finally feel stable in them. The cork is adapting to my shape and the arch is high enough to provide moderate support. Again, I’m not a Birkenstock wearer for style, but these are a keeper so far.

I definitely went to a brick and mortar store to try on different styles. The Mayari's fit much better than the Arizona's. Probably because they're narrower. I'm in my 20's and just got diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. After getting used to the higher arch support that my doctor encouraged me to find (getting used to the new shoes took several weeks), these shoes have been excellent. My feet still ache at the end of the day but I can go much longer without pain than before. I do have strange sensations in my feet if I wear these too early in the day. I basically need to wake my feet up and stretch while wearing a softer footbed shoe. But if I don't feel the weird tingly sensation before leaving the house, then I'm good all day. These shoes also don't aggravate my bunions, which is all extremely important. I looooove the blue leather, although I do think they are darker than the picture here suggests. These shoes are some of the prettiest Birks I've seen.

Sizing is consistent with other Birkenstocks. A staple summer sandal. Must not buy all the colors.

OMG...love at first try on! Color was beautiful, fit fit like a glove, MAGIC! I wear a 9 or 9 1/2 running shoe depending on brand. I wear 8 1/2 or 9 dress pump. I ordered the size 39 in regular width, the size was perfect, the style amazing! Ordered another pair immediately in gold bronze. My summer is going to be FABULOUS!

I was a little worried about the birko flor as opposed to the leather which I had before but they are very comfortable. I got them in silver, I'm usually a size 7 to 7.5 with a regular width foot but I ordered the 7 in narrow as Birkenstocks tend to run large and they fit well.

This is my fourth pair of this style and I love them! Comfortable and supportive to walk in long distances. Definetly a summer go-to.

I've worn the Arizona style sandal for decades and really love it, but decided that it was time to update my look. I LOVE this style - ordered the Habana Brown. The toe ring is very comfortable, much to my surprise and I feel like I don't have to work as hard to keep the sandals on my feet. If you're looking to try a new Birkenstock sandal, I highly recommend this one! I ordered a 39 regular, but had to exchange for a 38 as it was too long.

These fit as expected for Birks. My daughter loves them! I have them in silver and she has them in blue. They wear well, are super comfortable and a little more stylish than some of the other comfortable shoes out there!

You can't go wrong with the Mayari leather! I have 3 pair of Mayaris and I do like the leather so much more. It is an awesome, comfortable shoe that I can walk miles in without my feet hurting.

Love the Mayari style. I have a pair of dark gray ones from a few years ago that I've wore to death - and needed an update. I tried the tobacco color first because I liked the distressed look, but was disappointed by the coloring in real life - not at all like the picture, just a light/uniform/rather blah 'greige' color. I exchanged them for the oiled habana leather, which was better - but had to order three different pairs (!!) before I got one that matched. The left and right shoe in each case had noticeably a different color/finish (either rich dark brown or more distressed looking), as well as straps that weren't even attached to the shoe in the same place. I should have taken pictures of how far out of alignment they were. I've been wearing Birks on and off for 25 years and guess the quality control has diminished over time. But I finally got a pair that matches, feels great, looks good, and works. Hooray for Zappos customer service.

LOVE these shoes. I was hesitant to buy these when I saw them come back in style. Had a "what are people thinking?" moment. But gosh they are SOOO comfortable, easy to walk in, and actually very stylish. Particularly these thin-strapped ones!

Love a Birkenstock and in a narrow size. Fits like a glove.
