Very well made comfortable shoes. This is the kind you don't want to take off. The strap could use another notch, and the tab seems to move to the side, but overall, the fit is true to a narrow heel-wide instep. The soles are amazing and the shoe is soft and flexible. My kind of sandal!

As anyone who has been forced into the comfort shoe market knows, it is hard to find a shoe that is both comfortable and fashionable. This sandal comes close. Sure, the wedge could be a little higher and I would have liked to have it in chocolate brown. But at least Softwalk uses soft leather and makes a faithful attempt to deliver a gladiator sandal that does not look orthopedic. The sandal is extremely comfortable and offers good arch support --I can walk all day in it. Fits true to size.

These are cute, but my flat feet and pronating ankles cause the bottom of my foot to hang off the inside of the sole - so they're going back. Soft, comfy, and adorable if you have no arch issues, but they have absolutely no arch support!

Nice sandals, well-cushioned footbed. I got the narrow size, and it is a good fit given I am usually sliding side-to-side in most shoes. The center strap that runs down the top of the foot to the toes doesn't want to stay centered though, and I have had to adjust it several times, but this might be because I have the ankle strap on the tightest adjustment. As with all sandals that buckle on the outside of the ankle, these are hard to fasten.

I am still debating on whether to keep these. They are super comfy but a little too wide for my narrow foot. I purchased a 10 narrow and the length is fine, but I can stick a finger in the front of the sandal. If I keep them I would also have to put holes in the fastening straps as they are too big/loose for my ankles. If only they had truly fit properly, they would be great for travel which is why I bought these.

I loved the pair I bought previously and was excited to see that they were still available. I wasn't as happy with this pair. They seemed heavy and the 9 wide, the same size as my other pair, were too big. I could have lived with that- the weight of the shoe was what made me decide to return them. Very cute but too bulky.

Sandal looks great from the top but I felt the profile was a bit clunky looking. Left shoe rubbed on a bunion. Also, the sandals that were delivered to me had a solid dark sole - was not how it was pictured, with a gold sole to match the leather straps.

I think I was hoping for something a bit more delicate. The leather was soft. Seemed a just a little long, I am a solid 6 1/2 and would get a 1/2 size smaller if I were to buy it. Not great arch support either.

Very pretty sandal in Goldwash. I wear between a 7-7 1/2N got the 7 1/2N it was 1/2 size too big. Not enough arch support to keep foot from sliding forward, nice cushioning though. Will be returning. Zappos is so helpful best company ever to order from.

Narrow is still too wide. I purchased the narrow shoe for my very narrow feet and found it too be too wide (also ran big in the length too). There is only one adjustment strap so I wasn't able to make them smaller. Cute sandal but sadly I had to return.

I unfortunately had to return these sandals as they ran very long for the size. I wear a size 6 but the toe area of these was very long and also on the wide width, the sole wasn't wide enough. Part of my foot ended up off the sole at the ball of my foot. Usually I do very well ordering from Zappos size wise, but these didn't seem accurate to size.

I ordered two pair of the Torino sandals in different colors. They did not fit the same. The gold was too wide for a narrow and would have been even wider if they stretched at all. The silver was somewhat better, but the right sandal was uncomfortable. I'm trying something else and hoping for a better fit.

The good: really comfy shoe. I got wide and it's nice for wide feet. has some arch support as well. Cute shoe too. the bad: when you walk it makes a sucking sound, like suction cups and it's loud. For that reason, I only wear these at home. Too bad.

I love the design and the feel of the soft leather. They are going back because the heel keeps slipping and rubbing. I know they'll give me a huge blister. I tried all different variations of size and width and none worked. Too bad, I really liked these.

This shoe runs extremely narrow. Also, it is "clumpy" and the entire sole is black - like a hiking shoe. Returning it.

I bought these sandals and paid over $100 because I thought they would be great quality. I have worn them maybe 20 times now to work. At this point the leather has worn out and stretched. The strap going down the center shifts to the edge and forces my feet to cling to one side. Because of this the raised edge of the footbed is cutting in to the side of my foot. Today is the last day I can stand to wear these so I had to write a review. I'm sorry to write because I love the look of the sandals but I can't believe how they have degraded with wearing them to my office.

Well constructed, comfortable and attractive. My only complaint is the odor. Some sort of chemical smell that hasn't dissipated in the 2+ weeks I've had them. I hope it goes away with more time...

I bought these in an 8N even though a lot of the reviews said they were disappointed in the narrows, there were equal reviews saying narrow fit them perfect... well, I am completely, ultimately bummed! These were way to big in the toe area for me... I could stick two fingers between my toes and the shoe... they felt so comfortable but my foot was swimming in them... unfortunately they will have to go back!

These look pretty cute and run exactly to length size. However, they wide is very wide, more than I am used to. Although most say modest arch support there really isn't any at all. Way too flat for my high arches. Would have kept them if they had a higher arch...also not so good is a very strong chemical smell from the shoe. Not pleasant. Had to return due to support issue.

This shoe was cute and comfortable. Unfortunately since I have a narrow foot, the width was a good fit but the straps were way too big. Even pulled to the smallest hole the over all fit was huge. I really wanted to like these but they are going back. If you have a narrow foot, these are not going to work.

This is a beautiful shoe, however, I had troubles with the sizing. I ordered an 11W, which is often good for my feet. The 11W seems to have a narrow foot bed for a wide, but excessively spacious straps around the foot. It felt cushy... wish it would have worked. The footbed seemed too narrow and my foot felt like it sloshed around too much within the straps. Softwalk should make the footbed wider and keep the straps within guidelines for a wider foot. I ordered one pair in gold. Those shoes were absolutely wonderful. When I ordered them in another color (black), the shoes were too deep. There was way too much room from the sole to the strap. Very disappointing. I am giving 3 stars because the first pair was perfect, and the most recent was unacceptable. Roll of the dice.

Not recommended. They are OK looking and quite comfortable, but the leather is very flimsy and the shoes smelled terrible (I got two pairs and they both had the same smell). Perhaps some chemical used in the tanning process?

Cute Gladiator sandals, unfortunately my foot does not stay seated in the heel as I tried to wear them and my foot than slid forward. Also, not enough support for my arch.
