I purchased these shoe to wear with a gray dress at a wedding. Though they are not as dressy as I would have hoped they are extremely comfortable. I was able to dance all night without having to remove my shoes.

Beautiful cushioned footbed. The 10N fit to a T - I have a narrow heel and a medium-narrow forefoot. Only issue was inadequate support for my very high arch. If you have a normal arch, you'll love the comfort and style

I wear a 12 Wide. Often wide shoes aren't wide enough. These sandals fit well, had a wide enough footbed, and are quality materials. I was complimented several times. They held up to a weekend walking vineyards and wine tours very well. They transitioned from day to night well, and were easy to pair with anything in the brown leather color. The straps at the back take a bit of finesse and they are difficult to buckle.

Pretty, comfortable sandal. First of all I have size 12 feet and major back problems, so finding shoes is a huge challenge. These Soft Walk Torinos fit the bill. They are extremely comfortable sandals and pretty as well. Which is a rare thing for me to find. I ordered these to wear to a wedding, but they did not arrive in time (my fault, not Zappos). As it turned out, they were not fancy enough anyway, but perfect for a casual outfit you just want to add some elegance to. The leather is buttery soft, so I could wear it right from the box. The color is just as described, subtle brushed gold, not too garish. One note: the sides of the bottom/heel of this sandal are brown not gold like in the picture, which is why I don't give it 5 stars. The straps are woven together so they shift and give a bit as you walk. I find that to be a plus, but I do have to straighten the straps each time I put them on. I have worn them with jeans, shorts, maxi dresses and casual skirts.

Lovely shoes...but if your foot is slender, you will have too much room on top...the straps do not adjust and even the strap that goes around is too long for a slim (I wear 12M) foot. I wish the folks that make the 12's would understand that some of us have long but slim feet and give us adjustable straps. Sadly...as it is a great shoe. Had to return.

My feet are a little narrow, especially in sandals. I bought these in 10N, but these are not very narrow. The toe straps are a just a little loose, however there is at least an inch of slack in the straps that cross over the top of my foot. To compare brands, these 10Ns fit the same as many pairs of Aerosoles B-width that I own. So they will do, but it is not the perfect-fitting sandals that I had hoped for. Also, they squeak like new sneakers. Negatives aside, I am keeping them because they are perfect for an upwardly-casual weekend wine tasting where dressy sandals look out of place tromping down gravel driveways and flip-flops are underdressed.

These are just great shoes. They fit well and are very comfortable. The style is very contemporary without the extremeness that some of the other "galdiator" styles have. I am an older citizen and wanted something "cool" and modern looking, without sacrificing comfort and common sense!

i also purchased a pair of Propet shoes. not as "cool" looking but truly comfortable. and yes. a bit of the "off beat" look that i enjoy.

These are cute shoes but unfortunately the narrow width swam on my feet. I was bummed because the footbed was very comfortable and the shoe was what I was looking for.

I love the look of these sandals and they fit well right out of the box. The leather is nice and soft. Unfortunately, they stretched very quickly and were soon falling off my feet. I will not be able to wear them a second summer. Also, the heel sole is very hard and hurt my feet if I walked any distance. I wish it was more flexible.

This is a very cute and comfortable sandal, but unfortunately, my narrow foot kept sliding through, so they are going back. If the designer could put extra buckles in them, they'd be great. There is no arch support. I would've had to put "sticky" arches in them to make them wearable for long periods of time. I wish I could keep them; the silver color is gorgeous!

This was a nice shoe. It just didn't work with my arch support. Sometimes I can buy a "regular shoe" and fit my arch support in it. But this just didn't work. The strap and buckle around the ankle was a little too low for me. That part wasn't comfortable. But it was cushiony and soft. I hate returning it but I must.

I tried this gladiator shoe because I liked the straps. Size 12 wide feet like mine look good in strappy shoes, but this one just didn't fit properly. My foot kept sliding forward because the straps are a bit too loose.

This shoe is super cute and feels comfy! However, while the ball and heel fit a wide width, the arch area is narrow, no wider than a medium. Not a good fit for wide/flat feet.

Very cute shoe, comfortable, and holds up well to wear. I was looking for a shoe I could wear often that had more support than the pairs of flip flops I'd been depending on previously, but didn't look dorky and orthopedic. Mission accomplished! I've worn these a few times a week for multiple summers in a row and they have only just started to show serious signs of wear. The straps have begun to separate out into layers and fray a bit, so it might be time to retire them, but it's hard to give up a shoe that has served me so well.

I've worn nothing but Softwalks for about 7 years now. This is a pretty shoe, but I have to return it. Softwalk 11.5 Narrow works perfectly for me, but they quit making most of their half sizes. I didn't mind have extra length in the sandal, but the nonadjustable side straps were too loose. My foot is "thin", by which I mean a lack of meatiness from top to bottom. The side strape also connected in an uncomfortable way with the ankle bone. Softwalk's "Bandito" worked better for me because there are velcro fasteners on both straps, which insures a close fit, and my ankle bone isn't rubbed.

Haven't worn it much since it's a tight, narrow shoe. I think, in time, the straps will loosen to a very comfortable fit. SoftWalk seems to run a little narrower than other shoes like Naturalizer and Easy Spirit.

If you order the dark brown, be aware that the picture is not true to color and these are a flat, gray-brown, not attractive at all. The shoe, however, is very comfortable.

The Softwalk Torino, 10D seemed a half size short and also a bit narrow. It feels cushioned, and the heel height is perfect. My other Softwalk shoes are a 10D and are perfect width and length. Will try a half size larger. I absolutley love Zappos!

Sandal is comfortable, the leather is really soft and there was no break in period required. It\'s cute too, the style is current, but not too over the top. The only complaint is that the strip that runs up the front that the side straps go through slips to the sides when walking. It doesn\'t hurt, but looks kind of odd, like you can\'t tell if it\'s supposed to be on the side, or running up the center of the top of the foot. Other than that, these are nice, comfortable sandals, and I\'d purchase something else by SoftWalk agian.

Got these for trip to Russia. Size 5 fit great (normally wear 4.5-5 EU35), cushiony, goring on straps are excellent for comfort, not dowdy like 98% of comfort sandals. Bronze is much nicer than pewter for warm skin tones. Pewter was overwhelming because straps are thick. They are the most comfy "cute" sandals I've worn. I did get a blister on my heel after the 1st day. Walked about 10hrs/day - museums, pavement, cobblestone. Converse sneakers on 2nd day. These again on 3rd day - blisters on both heels plus aching after about 6hrs because arch support and cushioning are not great. Good despite very hot weather. Very lightweight. Got Torri style also but thought Torino was cuter.

Don't be concerned if this sandal fits a little snug in the width. In fact, I'd recommend buying it snug, but true to size in length. The leather straps are extremely soft and they stretch after just a couple of wearings. I bought a second pair in the narrow width after mine had stretched too far. I loved them that much that I paid double! I have both pairs in rotation for now-- I put a gel cushion in the first to take up more room in the shoe and it's working fine for now. Here's why I'm crazy enough to have bought two pair in the same color. I have been wearing my Torinos (in black) at least a few times a week since it's warmed up, and I haven't encountered a single situation or outfit that didn't work with them. They are strappy enough for all but the dressiest dresses and skirts, but sporty enough for knocking around. Comfortable enough to stand in and walk in for long periods of time, though the padding gets smashed down pretty quickly-- half a comfort star off for that. The other half off for that little-toe issue that other reviewers describe. I want to see how my narrow pair holds up, but I can definitely justify adding another color (or two) to my sandal wardrobe.

These sandals are perfect! They fit like a glove (I ordered a 9M, I don't think you'd need to size up in these), miraculously without any straps digging in or blisters, and they are so soft, as the brand name implies, yet supportive. I prefer my footwear a tad funkier, but I also have fallen arches so comfort is important, and I could go all day in these. The studs are a nice touch. I just wish they were slightly more noticeable on the black! They look more gunmetal than silver in person. Other than that, these are great and I may even get 'em in another color. They would be perfect for traveling, too.

I bought these sandals in the bronzed color and the color totally rocks! Metallic, but not shiny. They are comfortable and there is enough cushioning for my heel but the egg crate bottom takes some getting used to. If I wear them too long it makes my feet sore right behind my toes. Still wear them, just not long term.
