I ordered this size in the tan leather which fit perfectly. I loved them so much that I ordered the sandal in Pewter, but the pewter color runs larger in my opinion.

Got these in the Pewter and they are lovely. I have wide feet and the W width fit great. Wore them almost daily for a full summer and on vacation with lots of walking and they were very comfortable. The leather is super soft which adds to the comfort, but makes for quicker wear/tear. The straps have stretched a lot and no longer stay properly in place, but they're still wearable.

I have to return this SoftWalk Torino sandal.The straps above my foot are too loose and cannot be fixed to fit. My foot is rolling in these sandals. Size 12M was too long and this pair 11M is okay when comes to size. These sandals are beautiful, I am sad to return them. Thank you Zappos for being so nice!

I first ordered these shoes in size 12M but they were a whole size too long. Ordered 11M, they are maybe an half a size too long. I have not decided if I send these back or keep them. Shoes are very comfortable and very different. The leather is very soft and nothing is rubbing. I love the buckle closure. I must have skinny ankles because I would have to make one more hole to get a tight fit. The straps over the foot "float" above my foot and cannot be adjusted. I would need to have "meatier" foot or higher instep. I ordered the shoes in luggage, which is a beautiful soft brown. I will cry, if I have send these back, I very badly want them to fit.

Super comfortable from the second I tried them on. I normally wear an extra-wide and was able to get by with the wide width. The only thing I would change would be to make the top straps adjustable, too. I have very thick feet (high insteps), and after wearing these for several hours, they leave indentations in my skin. Strangely enough, they're still amazingly comfortable.

This is a comfortable shoe but is too wide for a narrow foot. It also felt a little large, but maybe that was because it was too wide for me. It is an extremely comfortable shoe. I would imagine it would be a great walking shoe.

Really cute sandals. I would consider getting a second pair in a different color. Comfy right out of the box. I have flat feet and plantar fasciitis in both feet and these sandals didn't hurt.

Speedy delivery is great. Too early in season (midwest) to wear these sandals, but fit nice. Also you offer narrows, which is hard to find in local stores.

The moment I slipped them on my poor tired feet, I was "walking on air." Finally, a shoe that truly fits as the info states! My stylish 25 year old daughter tried to take them and I would not have it! They blend beautifully and look nice enough for our upcoming month-long European visit! I am thrilled with this shoe! I have high arches and a somewhat wide foot and the shoe fit very true to size.

Cute shoe, but the sole of the shoe is slippery and smooth, rather than grippy and I will need this feature for walking while vacationing in Italy. I also found the straps to be a little loose in general. The shoe felt a little slippery on my foot.

I really like these sandals, and wear them all the time during our spring and summer months. They are very comfortable and look good on the feet as well. Other reviews said they seemed to run small so I bought a 1/2 size up, but should have stuck with my regular size. However, I have a high instep and wide feet, so it was really nice to find cute gladiator sandals that would fit my feet. The wide was perfect, but the ankle strap does seem to run a bit large.

I really wanted to like these, because they were comfortable and relatively stylish. But they were a bit too shimmery for me. Make sure to use the zoom feature to really look at the leather closely to see if it is your style.

Like the color. Enjoy the comfort, but a little too loose for me around the ankle and my foot slips around. I have a very narrow heel.

I have an extremely narrow, thin foot and have difficulty finding shoes that fit. These did! They are fairly comfortable but not much support, so I wear them for short periods only. The leather is soft and cushy and the straps have elastic where they connect to the sole. The sole is sturdy, slip resistant but a little on the heavy side. The footbed has little nubs but has a nice soft feel. I like the way these shoes look and have gotten compliments.

It's a nice comfortable sandals, but I gave 4 stars because the soles are all brown/black, not just a very bottom - and that makes a difference! Also they are not narrow, at least for me, but I'll try to keep them because I could tighten it around ankle. Overall looks good and really comfortable.

These are classy looking shoes but the ankle straps are problematic. The attachments to the straps down the top of the shoe and down the heel go akilter. I have to keep sliding them to realign them. That is very annoying.

These sandals are very comfortable right out of the box. The only issue is that I do not think they have enough arch support, but they are so comfortable otherwise that I just bought some arch inserts and stuck them to the right place on the sole. Now they are nearly perfect, and cute on, too.

It runs big. I usually wear an 11 wide or 11.5 wide, so I got the 11 wide. It's too long and there's way too much space in the straps that go around the foot. Width is good. Feels comfy, but too big to keep.

This shoe has a very soft, spongy, comfortable foot bed. I think it may have been better in a half size bigger, because it felt a little too narrow in the toe box. The over-all appearance was that of shoes that had been comfortably broken in, but still looked nice. They are more tapered in the toe area than I preferred. The biggest problem was that they did not look like shoes at this price. They just did not compare to the Naot and Keen Sandals that I also ordered, in looks or comfort. They seemed like they would wear-out quickly or not hold up to a lot of walking. The consultant I spoke to about returning them was the best customer service agent I have ever encountered. Zappos deserves an award for getting shoes to your door in record time and for the fantastic services they provide!

My third time to order this shoe in 8N... thought that it might just be the color, but twice in the pewter & now in the luggage... these luggage fit in the toe area great but above the toe, swimming and not narrow to hug the foot. Again, bummed and giving up on this shoe... but it feels like walking on air, so if you can get it to fit your foot in the straps... you will enjoy the shoe!

I really loved these shoes. I was really hoping to keep them, but they were mega wide; I ordered a 9½N and that felt like a M. They felt comfortable, but my feet were swimming. They are going back. I docked a star because these did not fit like a narrow.

Very comfortable, extremely light, as though you're not wearing any shoes. Very soft leather. No break-in, no blisters. Moderate support.

These shoes are really comfortable. I need a good arch support and these feel pretty good! The length is just right but they are a little wide. I ordered an 11N and they are just a little wide for me. I also have to use the first hole with the buckle to fit around my skinny ankle. Overall, they are cute and comfortable.

Ordering was easy, the shoes came when expected. I really like them and they are very comfortable. The only negative was the price. I would have preferred to pay a little less.

I just got these and they are SO comfy right out of the box. The leather is super-soft and the footbed feels all cushy. Overall, I would describe these as being something of a cross between a gladiator sandal and a sport sandal. This means great on the comfort part, but not quite so trendy on the style part and I wish they could be a LITTLE bit more gladiator. Still, I knew I wanted comfort for my old dogs, and will gladly give a bit on the style part now, so I'm pleased with this purchase. They did have a weird smell out of the box, but I'm sure that will air out. I was glad the heel part of this gladiator was not enclosed the way some of (the blister inducing kind) are.
