Good fit

This is my second pair of Juxt, wore the first pair daily for several years and finally wore them out. Got the second pair and just finished a 10 day vacation with miles of walking each day, these were the only shoes I took with me.

I've only worn them indoors for a bit but they seem to be a nice shoe. Rugged yet durable. Sizing seems accurate. The toe box is a little odd in terms of shape but maybe it'll break in some? Good width, and felt well made.

Very nice fitting with no break in needed

I had a foot injury many years ago that didn't heal well, resulting in a protruding head of metatarsal bone on my right foot (the bone on the side of the foot, just below the big toe). This means I have a heck of a lot of trouble finding shoes that fit well and feel good! That's especially a problem when it comes to hiking/trail shoes. I put hundreds of miles on my feet per year, because hiking is the passion of my life. It's imperative that my shoes fit well, feel great and deal well with the trails in the Rocky Mountains. It's time to replace my shoes, and the pair I've been wearing for 4 years are no longer on the market, so I've been trying quite a number of different shoes. These are it! They arrived yesterday. I grabbed them outta the box and headed out to test them going up and down steep, rocky trails. I had to tie them, heel lock method, as snug as possible on the top eyelet to make my somewhat narrow heels stable in the shoe, but once I did that, they didn't slide at all on my heels. There's just the right amount of room in the forefoot and toe area, which is usually where I run into trouble, and the arch support is sufficient, without the need to replace the insert with something better. as I often do when I buy shoes. They felt very good on the trail, and I wore them for several hours afterwards because they felt so natural. The soles have just the right amount of tread and grip for very steep terrain, without being chunky or too thick. I also love that they have a high quality, more expensive look. They're great looking, great fitting and great preforming.

I am ordering my 5th pair today. I also am ordering a pair for my college age son who is in Marching band and wears these shoes every day as do I. We cannot say enough about the Juxt. Wearing them straight out of the box is no problem as they require no break in as long as you order the right size. They tend to be a bot snug so if you do not like your show to fit tight, order it wide or a size larger. We order a pair once a year, and we wear them just about every day. I am a contractor and realtor, he is a student who walks around campus all day. So to say they do not offer support or comfort, I totally disagree. They are the most comfortable shoe I have ever had on my foot.

Great fit right out of the box. These are very comfortable and have become my everyday shoes, and at the same time, used on many short treks in rocky conditions during the past 6 months. Not for the serious adventurer, but just the thing for modest day hiking. I will be buying another pair.

I have purchased this shoe on two occasions. I love the styling and the first pair stood up to considerable abuse and were excellent for travel and walking all over Europe. What I notice in the second pair is that the toe box feels a bit wider, but can be adjusted with the laces. I give them a 5 star rating. Vey comfortable.

I have bought four pairs of these shoes in the last five years. Both colors, twice. They are the best fitting shoes I've ever owned and I use them for everything. Treadmill at the gym, hiking, everyday stuff and going out at night. Truly, the classiest and best shoes I've ever owned. Darrel Hoffman.

Super comfortable. Wore them straight out of the box with no break in walking around a muddy off road event for 6 miles the first day and then between the event and walking around the rim of the Grand Canyon for 11 miles the second day. Feet stayed dry and had no problems. Great little boots. Love the color. Look great with jeans. Would buy a second pair.

Have worn these year-round for several years. They have climbed Camelback in Scottsdale and down into the Grand Canyon. Very comfortable and durable. I have had Merrel's and North Face that have not lasted half as long. Other reviews claim no ankle support...they are low-rise shoe, duh! I am getting a second pair, only because Lysol & Odor Eaters aren't working any more!

The shoes provide comfort even after standing for hours and working for long periods of time. I recommend this product 100%.

Excellent shoe. Nice large toe box with depth and volume- no toe smash on descents. Found this particular last very comfortable.lacing provides almost unlimited adjustment. I hesitated on ordering this shoe due to previous reviews mentioning a narrow fit, but I find it to be true to size and width.

I just bought my second pair of these hiking shoes. My first pair, which are 3 years old, are still functioning, but, because I enjoy these shoes so much, I bought a new pair for present and future use. I love these shoes. They are a very comfortable, supportive fit. They make you feel like you could walk or run even more. They are relatively light weight, but very strong and flexible. They are undoubtedly the best hiking shoe I've ever owned (and I'm not a youngster!).

I have five pairs of these shoes. I like to wear a different pair of shoes every day. They are well made and fit my feet nicely. (Vasque shoes are made by Red Wing.) They are long lasting and sturdy. I would definitely buy more pairs if they came in more colors.

Very comfortable and particularly good in snowy, cold weather. True to size. Not the most stylish shoe you can wear, but that's not why I bought them. I love Vasque shoes.

I have four pairs in various colors now. Durable, fit right, take my orthotics easily, and look pretty good. They are great for disc golf. I read some comments about not standing up to tough conditions. I hiked 45 miles in the Grand Canyon over 5 days, with about 35 pounds on my back and had no problems. I do not like shoes around my ankles, so the low cut is fine. I can order the correct size every time.

I love this shoe, I am on my second pair and would not buy anything else. Vasque Juxtis without a doubt the best shoe I have every worn. My last pair I wore almost every day for a year and they never failed me. They still are great for my knock around the house shoe,and after much abuse they finally are showing signs of wear, but hey, after the miles and miles I have put on them, they deserve a little rest. I am a big guy, 6'2 275 lbs, active home builder and Realtor. My shoes get a work out, believe me when I say, you will very much appericate this shoe.

I am a huge Keen fan but really liked the look of these, what a great change. These shoes are the best hiking I have had yet. I still enjoy Keen and nothing wrong with them but these Vasque Juxt are highly comfortable. I have been running for 20 years, flat feet, 20+ years of extreme back packing, and these shoes make me like I have never done any of that. I am going to buy the other color in this version, great hiking/general purpose shoe and cheaper than most. Great bang for the buck!

From the minute I put them on I knew there would be no break in period and immediately the most comfortable shoes I own, and they are. Awesome arch support on top of that.

Just bought mine and went hiking in them. So far I loved the look and the feel. Also love the fact that they're waterproof. So far a really good shoe.
