Cute shoe but not comfortable. Heals are too tall, still get blisters after a month. Soles are thin; I can feel every rock. Comfort is comparable to cheap flip-flops. Even Superfeet could not fix these shoes.

I would not recommend these shoes. They are very stiff, they are cut too high and rub on the outside of the ankle and the tongue is so rigid it rubs on the front of the foot. They are a great looking shoe but very uncomfortable.

I am so dissapointed, this is my 3rd pair of Keens. The back of one shoe is so high it caused a horrible blister. I was unable to wear a walking shoe for a couple of weeks due to this. Will try another style because I love keens for the arch support, only shoe I have been able to wear and walk for exercise without disscomfort.

I am so disappointed and confused by all the positive ratings this shoe has gotten. I tried to take an easy stroll in them, but the sharp rise of the back heel dug into my ankle, leaving it bloody. I continued to try to break the shoe in, but every time I wore them, they ripped open my heels again.

Shoe was very hard. Standing on my feet 11 hours a day was incredibly painful. Have tried wearing them numerous times with the same ending result.

These shoes look cute and comfortable; however, for someone with a narrow foot, they are quite heavy after several hours or wearing them. I have bought several shoes from Zappos and I know had I not worn them outside I could return them; however, I am stuck. On the positive side, my orthotics fit well in them, however. I don't like being in pain when I am wearing shoes all day. Sorry that I bought them.

These would have been great but for my foot slipping out of the shoe when I walked. I normally wear a six and went down to 5.5 and it still slipped. It seems the back of this shoe is very wide.

I love these shoes. I bought them last year and after a year of use they still look great and are the most comfortable shoes I own. I was hoping to buy other colors but only black is available. And not my size. I hope they are reordered soon!

These are some of the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. I have wideish feet that are difficult to fit well and these are perfect without making me look like I have clown feet. They required almost no break in before a two week trip with a lot of walking on uneven pavement and cobblestones. I took two other pairs of shoes with me, but ended up wearing these almost exclusively.

These shoes are great right from the box. I wore them on vacation in Boston. Great for walking, warm, good support and lacing for my very flat and narrow feet. Looks good with pants for a casual winter look. No worries about slipping on snowy streets and my feet stayed warm. I wish there were other colors.

I had to go up a size as I am in between sizes - if you are at all in between go up 1/2 size. They are roomy in the toe area, but your toes may hit the front. I just had foot surgery on one foot and these are one of the only shoes I can wear besides sneakers. They have some arch support but I replaced the insert with one I bought that has more arch support as I have high arches. They are very comfortable.

I have feet that are described as a duck shaped - Hilarious. I have a narrow heel and a wide forefoot. I usually have to buy wide shoes. But, this Keen shoe allowed me to use my regular 7.5 and the toe box is awesome - very roomy. I walked many miles in Europe this summer and I didn't get a blister. Unfortunately, I didn't get them at Zappos because I was traveling when I bought them. I will buy these shoes again and of course buy them from Zappos because of their awesome customer service!

The Keen Toyah fits my wider toe/narrower heel very well -- both in this lace-up style and the mary jane. I am disappointed that it appears Keen is discontinuing the style!

Got these and wore right out of the box. I have orthotics that fit nicely with plenty of toe room. This shoe keeps my feet warm and surprisingly dry in puddles. Will order again.

I love these shoes. I walk a mile and back to the train station every day for my commute to work and I was really in need of some shoes that were comfortable, supportive but not exactly sneakers. These are extremely comfortable shoes. I have worn Danskos a great deal in the past which are great for standing and short walks. The Toyahs are much better for walking. I think they are super cute too.

This is my 3rd Keen purchase, all different styles, and I am very happy with each. I need good arch support and stability, and Keen is superior to all other shoes I have tried. I have a pair of the Presidio in black which I wore faithfully last winter. I live in Maine, and Presidio is water resistant. Toyah is not, so be aware of that. Both the Toyah and the Presidio have an immediate broken-in feel that I love. They both are cute, comfortable and definitely not clumpy. Toyah fits narrower across the top of my foot. I ordered a half size larger in both styles and the fit is perfect for me. I will wear a thinner sock with the Toyah. The wide toe bed in both is great for a long day of walking or standing. Zappos service is quick and dependable. Their pricing is competitive and since I shopped this shoe, better than buying locally. Hurray for the free shipping,

This is a cute work shoe. Makes your feet look smaller then they are. They do run small, so order a size up.

These shoes are the most comfortable I've ever bought. Keen brand is the absolute best value. I've always tried cheaper brands that were uncomfortable and wear out fast, but Keens feel good from the moment you put them on. I wore my 1st pair nearly every day for 3 years, and I just bought a replacement which is as perfect as the 1st. Keen is awesome!

I prefer Keen shoes because they tend to have the size and shape that fits my foot so well that I can walk in them for a day with comfort. The problem is that some styles or the US size does not always coincide with the European size that fits me. Saying that Toyah style fits my wide foot and narrow heel with a little arch support. I am pleased to find the color - navy blue - is fairly true description - some of the colors names are not the right color which makes me wonder if the person naming the colors is color blind.

These are extremely comfortable shoes, and I wear them all the time when out walking. (I live in a pedestrian-oriented city and don't own a car, and these are my go-to shoes - I can walk in them for hours.) My first pair developed a very annoying squeak, but Zappos was really great about replacing them - so far absolutely no complaints about the second pair.

Great shoes! I have wide feet and these shoes fit very comfortably. I also use an orthotic which fits in the shoe easily. I own two pair and will get more.

So very, very comfortable! This is my 3rd pair of keen shoes, all different styles, and I really like the simpler look of these.

Another excellent Keen shoe and very nice looking. I walked for two weeks in the United Kingdom through all types of terrain and never had a problem. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been wearing the black Keen Toyah for a year practically every day. I am also on my feet every day as a dog groomer. I am typically very hard to fit because of bunions and wide feet. I can wear these comfortably all day without coming home with sore feet. I am ordering a new pair only because the sole is starting to come apart. The foot support has stayed intact all this time. A great shoe for hard to fit D width feet, because of the larger toe box.

This is my fourth pair of this particular shoe. Lots of foot issues from a car accident. I will keep ordering this shoe as long as they continue to make it.
