I love these shoes! They are comfortable and look pretty nice even at work. Few issues to note. 1. This shoe seemed like it should handle wet surfaces well. However I slip on pretty much any slightly damp surface (even on non skid areas), it's a bit ridiculous. 2. I don't know if my ankle bone sticks out more than others but I find it sometimes is a bit sore/rubbed. 3. After only a few weeks of wear in my urban lifestyle, there are some stains on the shoe. Nevertheless, I love this shoe and it's look!

The slate black color is really a beautiful medium shade of brown and the blue stripe is almost unnoticeable. I have plantar fasciitis and a muscle tear. These are the only shoes other than my Asics Nimbus that feel great, and give me lots of arch support. Only negative is that they rubbed my ankle bone on one foot, so I added an extra thin heel insert under the Spenco inserts I use. It's not "clunky" looking at all. Really a cute casual shoe and comfy all day, but took a little breaking in.

I just got these shoes about a week and a half ago, and I couldn't be happier. The first day I got them, though, I wasn't sure. When I tried them on, they felt a stiff around my ankles. I walked around, and the tongue of the shoe rubbed by ankles uncomfortably. And, they seemed a little too big. I wear 8.5-9, bought an 8.5, and they still seemed slightly too big. I don't know what kinds of shoes people normally wear who say these are too small. I don't wear a lot of sneakers, mostly flats, and these were bigger than my normal size in flats. Anyway, it got better. I tightened the shoelaces, wore a comfy pair of socks, and decided to wear them for a day or two to decide whether to keep them. I'm so glad I did! Some reviews say these take no breaking in, but I think they do. If these are uncomfortable around the tongue/ankle area for you, they will break in and get more comfortable. And, I am glad I didn't get a smaller size, because having a little extra room in the toes is really nice, and my foot does not slip forward in these shoes despite that room. They hold my feet securely and the footbed totally rocks for arch support. I take public transport, walk around a lot, and tend to collapse on my arches, and these are awesome and my feet never get sore. I can't wait to take them on my next hiking trip!

I've had Keens before and so this new pair didn't disappoint. I have bunions, so the wide toebox is very accommodating and comfortable. They feel stiffer than my last pair, which is why I knocked a star off of "comfort." Otherwise, a very high quality product.

These shoes are great! My first pair of keens and they wont be my last. I tried these on after a long day of work and they were so comfortable. Wore them all day. I have wider feet and they fit perfectly. Really great for working indoors and being outdoors in the snow.

Boy, do I love my Keens! I own way too many, but each one is better than the last! I love the Toyah because it feels like a tennis shoe, but I can wear it dressy/casual every day. The bridge of the shoe needed to be broken in a bit at the top of the laces, which would be my only complaint, but very minor. My personal rule with Keens - always order your true size in an open-back shoe/slip-on. Add a half-size up with a closed-back shoe and you’re good.

Just what I was looking for to replace my worn out J-41s. my wide sensitive feet like these a lot, as I have high arches and have to try on lots of styles for a good fit.

I bought these shoes for work. I am on my feet walking all the time. I was able to wear them all day the first day. No blisters, no signs of rubbing. They have a wide toe which is nice after cramming my toes into dress shoes most days. Keens are great for being wide enough but fitting snugly.

I purchased these for arch support, warmth & the ability to keep my feet dry during winter walks. These filled those requirements beautifully. The inner soles are great, but the bottom is very hard, & after a day of normal activity, the bottoms of my heels feel sore.

This shoe was harder to break in than other Keen styles I have owned. Caused some blistering and felt narrower than other previously owned styles. After working at breaking them in (changing in to old shoes mid shift) they are now more comfortable. I wouldn't wear these for a full 8 hour shift out of the box for at least a week more likely two. But still I like them, I usually will not commit to breaking in a pair of shoes, this was worth the effort.

Comfy, comfy. Just drove through a rain storm on our Maui vacation on the road to Hana. Should have taken Dramamine but the shoes held up well and bone dry. They look like they just came out of the box. Sightseeing in the rain was a good test. Love Keen! Introduced our tour guide to Zappos-happy man

This is probably my tenth pair of Keens and these do not disappoint. I got the Gargoyle color and it is a great medium shade of gray, and actually a little darker than it appears on the website. Perfect for trudging through the PNW weather. Love Zappos, love Keens!

These shoes are perfect for my shallow feet/normal arch. My toes spread out a little wide so I like the roominess. Great arch support, comfy, I don't have an issue with the tongue hurting the top of my foot like other reviewers, but, like I said, I have shallow feet. The heel doesn't bother me either, I found these more comfortable than the Presidios, which I also own and have owned for going on 6 years. Looking forward to wearing these another 6 years. I don't hike, just want to be comfy and I live in Oregon where there is lots of rain. My new dark jeans have rubbed off on them a bit, causing blue marks, I recommend spraying them with some waterproof protection before wearing them.

I had a hard time getting the right size in these but then Keens can be a challenge from one style to another. I wear a 9.5 in the Sedonas, 8.5 in the Naples sandal and a 9 in the Gypsum. These shoes are a bit on the snug side and they have a heck of a lot of arch support so they fit like a glove. I don't think they'd be great for someone with a high instep, but for me they work just fine and as are most Keen shoes, they are great for hours of walking without aches and pains afterward.

This is officially my new favorite work shoe. I literally stand for 9.5 hours of my 10 hour shift every day, and these shoes can actually hang for the whole thing. I did have to add an additional insert because my arches are insane, and the additional heel cushion lessened the rubbing on the back of the heel. Other reviewers mentioned it, and it is a problem, but a pretty easily corrected problem. After wearing them for about a week (every other day) the back softened up. Love these! The olive looks even better in person too!

These are great shoes. I stand 8 hrs a day and I only wear Keen shoes. These had no break in time, and my legs and feet are never tired at the end of the day. Love having style and comfort at the same time.

Just received my new Keen Toyah shoes. Cannot believe how fast they were shipped! Zappos is terrific! I have a pair of Keen Napas from a few years ago that are my 'everyday shoes'. These new Toyahs are just as comfortable. Can't wait to wear them to work!

Awesome shoe! I'm a 5'2" tall male, weighing 170 lbs and I wear these all of the time. They are a year old and are my preffered shoe to wear to work at the hospital. I put some water proofer on the shoe which darkened them a bit but they look great and are super easy to clean. I'm going to order another Toyah in black, not to replace but to go with black pants and belts. My 1 year old toyahs hardly show ANY wear even though I wear them every day.

I bought these for something to wear with jeans other than athletic shoes as well as for winter weather when boots aren't necessary. They are perfect for that and I have worn them often. Very comfortable, sturdy, and required no breaking in. I wear them also with yoga pants and casual pants too. May go back for another color. These are more gray than they look in the picture.

I love these shoes! I wear an 8 1/2 and have a wide foot. I recently have been told my foot pain is because I'm not wearing shoes with enough arch support. I have worn these shoes for three day and have been on my feel a lot. My feet feel better than they have in months! These shoes look nice also. I want a pair in every color now! Worth every cent!

These are very comfortable shoes. I have a wider foot towards the toe area with a skinny ankle. My toes have plenty of room. I have a normal arch and they fully support it. I did have to put in heel grips so they wouldn't slide as much, and that really helped. Also, consider what socks you wear when trying these on. Tried them with regular cotton socks and they slipped a lot in the heel. Put on my smart wool and Teko socks and that remedied the situation. Proof that a cheaper sock just doesn’t cut it. I wore these all night standing on cement floor for a concert and they kept my feet comfy. LOVE THEM!

This pair of Keens gave me blisters on my heels the first time out. Now that we’ve grown accustomed to each other, it’s a very comfortable shoe. As with all Keens, roomy toe box, study arch support.
