Awesome! Loved the shoes, service and quick shipping! I was in a Christmas jam and could only find the shoes online at Zappos - it was the 21st and I got them on the 23rd!

I am a hiking boot guy, this is my first review because of these boots. I am extremely hard on boots and usually kill the mid and light weight styles out in 6 to 8 months. The Pyrenees have the all leather, "no bologna" seams like the heavy duty hikers, but in nearly half the weight. These are my favorites. I have a wide foot; they work with typical hiking socks. I bought one half size larger then normal, but one half larger is what I get in Keen if I want to wear a mid weight sock. No need to size up if wearing a thin sock.

These are great boots. They are lightweight, waterproof, warm. Wide enough for me because they are Keens. I bought my husband a pair, and he loves them, too.

These boots are so comfortable sometimes I forget to take them off. They are very supportive. They keep my ankles firmly supported all day at work. I only wish they were more slip resistant. They tend to be unstable on a wet and oily surface.

I just got these boots, and they are really comfy! Not only that, but they look pretty cool, too. I, personally, have a hard time finding boots I like and that don't cause blisters. These boots are so comfortable, no need to use inserts. I'm a 9.5, and that's what I ordered, and they fit true to size.

I am a fan of Keen products I wear their H2 sandals all summer long. I purchased the Pyrenees and found them to be exceptionally comfortable - so much so I bought a pair in brown. I expect I'll get years of use out of these, same as my sandals.

Great shoes! Just got these last week, and already love them. No breaking in time, comfortable right off the bat. Only complaint is the tops rub against my shins a bit, but when I remember to adjust the tongue before to come just in between, no problem. Love walking and hiking around in these!

Excellent boots. Comfortable immediately. The tongue is connected to the boot, which keeps out cheat grass, etc. when walking in the vineyard.

I bought the Keen Pyrenees to go on an Alaskan excursion. Let me just say they did not disappoint me what so ever. I hiked everyday and they were warm and comfortable and they kept my feet dry the whole time. It was the only shoe I took on the trip. I bought them one week before I went and I wore them right out of the box for eight days straight and they felt so good. I would definitely recommend this boot to anyone. It is awesome!

Comfortable from the very first day. The tongue and collar are well padded and the toe box leaves lots of room to wiggle. The cap is great as I spend a fair amount of time on my knees at work and the toe doesn\'t get scratched up. Highly recommend.

Ten Days use at the 2010 Boy Scout National Jamboree. Fit was true to size and quick break-in. Though listed as D with, roomy enough for my EEE foot. Planning use at Philmont in a year or so.

Very comfortable hiking boot with plenty of width--maybe even a little extra width in the toe section, which is just fine with me. It kinda feels like a cross between a moccasin and a hiking boot. Its soft leather breaks in quickly and doesn\'t stress the feet much at all when new. I\'ve been on 4 mountain and forest hikes wearing these boots and I\'m enjoying them very much so far.

I purchased these boots for my boyfriend and he loves them! I gave him his first pair of Keen\'s two years ago and now they are the only shoes he wears. Comfortable right out of the box, but we need to wait \'til winter to test out the warmth and rubber soles.

I use to buy nothing but Vasque until I found Keen sandels. Now I have found Keen shoes. If they keep it up Keen shoes are the best. I love these shoes. They are very light weight yet give great support and the comfort is second to none. I am thinking about another pair as I never wear the same shoe 2 days in a row. I like to let the shoes air out and the feet always appreciate a change.

I have had my pair of Keen Pyrenees now for about a month and they feel great. I have used them on multiple hikes. They are true to the fit and they provide great ankle support when needed on some of the more rocky terrain. These boots also provided wonderful arch support. I highly recommend these boots.

These are great boots. Comfortable and ready to hike right out of the box! Great fit for wide feet. Toe bumper should add years to longevity of shoe and certainly saves your toes. Waterproof and lightweight and all leather...no extra "stuff" or layers sewn onto the outside to rip off or snag on debris. Metal hardware won't break off on rocks or other obstacles. Unlike some others, I don't feel that these are "too hot". They breathe as well as any other waterproof boot; with the proper wicking socks you should not have any problems. This is a winner for anyone looking for a rugged, durable, waterproof, lightweight and comfortable all leather boot.

I'm very grateful to the lady (must have been on Keen's website) who told me that these hikers run a little bigger than the average Keen hiker. I wear an 8 1/2 in a Keen Targhee, but the 8 in the Pyrenee is plenty roomy enough. They're also very good for ladies with bunions -a bit wide in the toebox, as are most Keens. They let your toes splay. I can't believe how comfortable these hikers are, right out of the box. My toes can't possibly hit the end going downhill, and the extra speed loop gives me extra lateral support. The only catch is that the "Syrup" color (which I waited for) is just too pretty to wear hiking. They're showcase hiking boots. Supportive enough to hike in, but much too nice. If you buy a darker color, you might feel less guilty about getting them dirty.

Living in Dallas, we don’t get much cold weather, but I bought these shoes to tromp around in Montreal and Quebec City in February, in snow and ice. They really did the trick. Kept my feet warm, and were easy to walk in. They are very comfortable.

I have tried cheaper boots, and you do get what you pay for. While these are reasonably priced, they are of good quality.

These boots fit well and were very comfortable for the foot. However, they were uncomfortable at the collar until broken in. They are not stiff enough in the sole for comfortable hiking on rocks/uneven surfaces. I am about to try to alleviate this problem with better insoles. They do hold out water, and seem rugged enough to last awhile. Overall, not bad, but not among my best all time hiking boots.

Very comfortable, but very wide (I've never had this problem before) - so you'll need thick socks or two pairs.

So far, a good boot. Currently breaking them in before a four day hike to trial some new gear. Comfortable. Went one size up to accommodate thick trekking socks with a liner. Good sized toe box. Keen lining is not as breathable as Gor-Tex, but still like 'em so far!

I have owned this boot for about 1 1/2 months now. I have worn it for a little bit of hiking in "untrailed" woods, along with the little bit of snow we have gotten here so far this winter. On the plus side, it is fairly comfortable - I have been able to wear it all day with either thicker hiking socks or regular crew socks. The foot bed feels pretty good for a boot, but it's not a sneaker for sure. I have Keen sandals and would say you shouldn't expect the same level of comfort in this boot, but it's pretty good for a boot. On the down side, I feel the sole is very rigid; more than I was expecting. I am hopeful that it will break in over time and become more comfortable, as I do not really want to have my entire foot and ankle "locked down", even when I am hiking in the woods. I may be the exception to the rule, I realize. To me, the "cuff" area of the boot is a bit stiff and if I were on a long hike I think it would get uncomfortable, jamming into my shin. All that being said, these are some of the more comfortable boots I have had on, and I consider myself to be very picky about foot comfort.
