I love these shoes! I've been wearing Chacos for nearly 10 years, and I'll continue to keep wearing them. This is the third pair I've purchased, and I'm glad I spent every penny. These shoes last a long time and are sturdy, despite my everyday wear in the summer months. The only reason I purchased another pair is that I wanted some that were a bit dressier compared to my other shoes. Chacos makes shoes with great arch support, and I can comfortably work all day in them (I spend all day on my feet) and I feel good at the end of the day). It's great to have a pair of shoes to wear to work, out on the town, or for a leisurely hike. A great all around pair of nice weather shoes!

This is the 3rd pair of Chaco\'s that I bought. I really, really love them. They are so comfortable and have great support. I can wear them all day shopping too. I even wear them around the house since we have tile floors. I really do recommend any Chaco\'s.

These are my second pair of Chacos, and although I find these very comfortable, I found the Chacos with the back strap are a lot more comfortable. I have trouble with the double straps getting twisted and it is not comfortable. I would recommend getting the Chacos with the one thick strap and a back strap. However, these are wonderful for being cheaper than the Chacos with a back strap.

I just received these (and two other styles) and I really liked them. Unfortunately they are a tad too narrow in the forefoot. I have a bit of a bunion forming, and I think that this is why. That being said, I don't normally have width issues. Other than this issue, the arch feels great and the straps gave me a custom fit. I am exchanging for them in wide.

I have always had great shopping through Zappos. Nothing changed about that. I ordered the Chaco sandals after learning the straps are adjustable and they have arch support. These features are important to me because my feet are narrow with high arches. The product to have both features and exactly what I was looking for with only one big drawback. I found it very difficult to get the straps adjusted to the comfort of my feet. In fact I have had them for several weeks and still trying to get them right. And yes, I have been following the adjustment directions on the inside of box lid. Maybe it is because my feet are narrow that is presenting this level of difficulty.

Great shoe. I love the adjust-ability of the straps. Runs small. I usually wear an eleven.

I bought these for an upcoming trip to Hawaii. The arch support is excellent, which is what I bought them for. I like the way they look, and my feet are happy when I can get them adjusted correctly. I'm sure when I've had them a while, the adjusting will be easy peasy, but right now it is really complicated. And of course, once you have it perfect, your feet either swell or contract, and you have to readjust. They really are comfortable though, and I will stick with it!

Very comfortable. Not as supportive as the regular Chaco sandals. They take a while to adjust. I almost sent them back...twice. But because they are so cute I toughed out the slipping toe straps and now they pretty much stay in place and are comfortable. Recommend for light walking but not serious walking/hiking.

I have never had a pair of Chaco, but after getting used to these, I will be back to Zappos for another pair! They take some getting used to because the straps are adjustable. But once you have them figured out they are wonderful! Some days your feet need a little extra room and that's what makes these sandals so cool. Take some time to adjust to them, and pretty soon they will be your sandal of choice!

This shoe is fun (I have received several compliments) and very supportive. I did have a hard time, and still have a hard time, adjusting the straps for the perfect fit.

Love my slip ons...for short everyday stuff. Have blisters from wearing them when I have to walk long distances on uneven surfaces. Not sure if I just haven't mastered the straps or it's my feet. Wish I would have got the ones with the back strap.

I have three other pairs of Chacos--all size 7-- and they fit perfectly. This pair is about 1/2 size smaller than the others. The sole, when measured against the others, is shorter. Sadly, I had to return them. Also, the straps seemed to slip a bit even after taking just a few steps around the house. I will probably not get another pair and will try the Z1 or Z2.

I have a pair of Chacos that I love. They are comfortable even after miles of walking. These are not so good. They rub after a short time walking. I am hoping that they will get better with more wearing.

I was very excited to use these shoes, as I had a pair of normal Chacos that I unfortunately lost one of. I figured that they would work great as both slippers and stay on my feet during activities. But I've worn them now for a week and I am still unable to get them adjusted to wearable - particularly my right shoe. They are always too tight around my toe and too loose everywhere else - and I adjust them nearly every time I wear them. They are going back.

The shoe looks really great and the concept of adjusting the straps for a perfect fit is genius. However, I found that after I got everything fitting well and feeling good, walking around for a half hour caused the straps to slip and tighten around the toes, and get really loose over the arch. If there was a way to lock the straps once you got them set, this would be a 5 Star shoe. I am not giving up on the brand, but will buy a style with fewer straps.

The straps tightened around my toes as I walked making it very uncomfortable. Otherwise it would have been a great comfortable shoe.

It's a nice idea to have all the straps adjustable, but after a long time of fussing around, I just could not get them to fit right. I don't know if the problem is mine or the shoes?

This shoe didn't work for me. The straps were way too long for my foot. When I tightened them the toe and the first set of straps were tight but the last set couldn't get tight enough around my foot.

These shoes are terrible. The straps tightened unbearably as I walked, resulting in terrible blisters. I ended up leaving them in a trash can in Buenos Aires and buying a pair of Havianas to replace them.

It took me a few days to get them broken in. But now I love them! I have a wide foot, but the 8 fit perfectly! They definitely have the support to wear them all day every day! Love my Chacos! Will be buying more soon!

Love these shoes. Very good support. Nice color and well made. Helps my heels not hurt.

At first uncomfortable as my other sandals don't have the same arch support but after getting used to them, found them very comfortable. I wear them every chance that I get. I didn't have the strap adjustment trouble that others seemed to have had. A few minor tugs and they were perfect! I am planning on getting another pair in another color. Love them!

I do love these shoes, but with exceptions. They have a 'pulley' like system built in where the straps are interconnected. If you loosen the straps in one section, they tighten in another. This is great once you figure out the right fit, but don't ever move them again! I just did that and now have to go through the whole process again. They do fit well and have great support.

These have more substantial support than my 2 pairs of Chaco flip flops, which probably have 10,000 miles on them apiece. The adjustablility is both good and bad. It allows for varying width feet and height of insteps, but it is a little tricky to figure out where to pull (firmly) to get the next area to loosen or tighten. However, there is a diagram on the box lid which is helpful.

I love these shoes. Cute, functional, comfortable. I have narrow feet so I can adjust the straps to fit perfectly. If my feet swell, I can loosen all the straps for a more comfortable fit. I now have two pair.
