I thought I would give these shoes a try, but found that although the size/width would have been fine, as another reviewer wrote, the positioning of the heel strap, which is not adjustable, forces the foot too far forward. Tightening the toe strap only makes it dig into the toe. So back they go.

These fit my wide feet with bunions, but would fit me better if they also had velcro heel strap to make them more adjustable than just with an elastic insert. I have wide feet but not so wide ankles/heels! Still very comfy overall.

I LOVE these. My feet are wide anyway, but they've been terribly swollen lately. I usually wear the WW but if I hadn't had the additional swelling, they would have been too wide. I ended up getting a second pair in just a W and they also fit, so they do run wider than average. They are very comfortable and have lots of room for adjustment.

Bought this shoe for my 88 year old mom who needed soft, comfortable, open-toe shoes that were adjustable and attractive. Perusing Zappos.com for her made this process easy! She loves the feel of her new shoes and she feels secure wearing them. Plus! They look stylish on her feet!

Very comfortable sandals since first time on. I would recommend these for anyone seeking support and comfort.

I like them. I ordered 1/2 size too big due to others saying they ran slightly small. That was good advise. They are soft and cushiony when you walk and are cool for summer.

The foot bed is cushy and the adjustable straps are plenty wide for my wide feet. For my feet there is not enough arch support so they are nice for a few hours but not an all day sandal.

I love this shoe but have to return it. I usually wear 8.5 in any shoe comfortably but my toes hang a bit over the edge which I really cannot look at. I think it runs a 1/2 size small

The front straps of the shoe have Velcro adjustments. The heel strap has elastic inserts, but no manual adjustment. I ordered a narrow size, but the heel strap was too long and hung loosely. Cute shoes, but I sent them back.

Soft cushion is wonderful for my feet. Be sure you use saddle soap or some other softener on the edges of the leather straps or they will scratch the skin on the top of your toes!

I bought these shoes because I have other "softwalk" shoes that I love!! My back gives me a lot of problems when I don't wear supportive shoes but not a problem when I wear softwalk shoes! I usually wear a size 9/12 to 10 shoe and depending on the shoe a M to W width. I purchased a 91/2 W in this shoe. If I had to do over I'd have purchased a M--the wide is a little too wide and I really have to try and make them tighter by pulling the Velcro over as tight as it will go. But as always I love your product because when I wear these shoes my back and feet don't hurt! I wear them to work as well as shopping and they are very comfortable.

Although these were supportive and comfortable, they sat to high on my foot and rubbed a sore on my foot within just an hour around the house. SO I returned them.

I have been wearing Softwalk sandals and shoes for a long time. However, I find that some of the more recent sandals are not the quality of some of the previous ones. The very front area "bumpers" are not made with rigid long-lasting material, thus getting torn across the front after just a few wearings. Beware!

loved the color and leather. It was soft. The cushioned insole was heaven, but my bunion was positioned in the open space on the inside of each shoe and became a red "knob". The back strap doesn't adjust, so that didn't help the situation. Sadly returning them-they had promise.

This is my third or fourth pair of SoftWalk shoes and sandals. They have all been extremely comfortable. This last pair had a weird smell, like burnt rubber, but it is gradually going away.

Many foot issues, need a wide. Bunion, neuropathy, arthritis make walking uncomfortable. Like wearing dressy, cushioned slippers. Bought them for a wedding and for plane and car travel. Not good up or down hills in towns for me, as feet slip out toe a bit as style has limited adjustment. Would like more arch support, but most grateful for them.

Loved the look of this shoe, but even though it was my normal size of 8N, my foot would slip to far forward such that my big toe would be past the base of the shoe. This may be a problem with the shape of my feet. It's hard to rate the shoe because of the fit for me.

Comfortable right out of the box! I've enjoyed the pillowy cushion of this shoe, and it provides more support than most sandals. However, I found a spot on the shoe within a couple days, and had a hard time removing without discoloring the whole top. The shoe runs a bit shorter than other sandals I've owned.

I bought these in the pewter and they are very subtle. Even though these sandals may have an old lady look, the cork on the bottom 'lightens' the appearance. I can sometimes wear a sz 8 1/2 WW but usually order 9W and they fit perfectly. I like the fact that the straps have Velcro and the heel height is perfect. A bit expensive but they will last. My feet perspire and the inner sole will prevent my feet from slipping and getting blisters. Thank you.

Softwalk shoes are comfortable for me so I was glad to find these followed suit. However, they seem a bit short; perhaps I should have ordered a half size larger. Will know more after more wearings.

Great shoe,when you get it figured out. I usually wear a 9 1/2 M. To get this to fit properly, I needed a 10 W. Now I have it, order 1/2 size up and 1 width larger and you'll have one great shoe!

I haven't tried them walking outside the home yet. I am taking them with me on my trip to Savannah next week and plan to wear them walking tours around the historic areas. So far they feel very comfortable!

This sandals fit great! I bought my regular size. They are a little better look than my old Clarks which had a black sole, this look more summery. I just wish that the back strap was adjustable, it only looks like it is.The leather is very soft.

This is an extremely comfortable sandal,especially for extended daily wear. I had ordered a 9 1/2 ww and theywas were too wide. This great Zappos allowed me to reorder a single wide the same day I received the first pair and I received them the very next day, without having to send addional $$. These fit perfectly.
