I purchase lots of shoes from Zappos but this is the first Softwalk sandal. Firstly, I like the silver color as a black alternative. Secondly, this is a really comfortable shoe with 3 velcro adjustments for easy fit. I put this on and wore to work without any sore points! This gets a 5 star along with Zappos for their prompt service and easily navigated website!!

One of the most important things about this sandal is adjust-ability. All the straps can be tightened or loosened. The sole is soft and comfortable. I love Zappos because they carry cute styles in a narrow width and because there's no risk since I can send the shoes back free if they don't fit.

I read the reviews and ordered 1 pair. I tried them on and promptly ordered 2 more pairs in different colors. Outstanding comfort.

Got these for my Mother. She has a problem with her feet swelling. These fit great, and she is very happy with them!

Absolutely wonderful sandal. I am on my feet a great deal and I am very picky about shoes. These are comfortable all day long with lots of walking. I even ordered a second pair in a different color. True to size and width.

The shoe is wonderful. I have a terrible time getting shoes that are kind to my bunions. This looks ideal, but the strap was not comfortable across the widest part of the bunion.

These sandals are the most comfortable I've ever worn. I have a difficult size to find (6N), & my feet blister at just the slightest rubbing. These may be the first shoes I've had that didn't cause a blister. I'm very happy with them. They do seem to run a bit short- I had to get a 6.5N. I wish this company made additional styles to those they currently make- I'd buy them in a minute!

These sandals were so great I went back and ordered another pair in a different color. They are very comfortable, easy to put on and take off, and are holding up great.

I have very wide EE feet, and I'm always looking for new brands to try from Zappos. The SoftWalk Bolivia is a great shoe! I was able to wear it immediately, without any break-in time. I love the cushioning and it makes walking a pleasure, even with my bad knee. I plan to buy this shoe in other colors.

This is my favorite walking sandal, can walk all day long in it. The adjustable straps make for an comfortable fit, though I also ordered this sandal in another color and the non-adjustable back strap rubbed the back of my heel. I need extra cushioning on the ball of the foot and this sandal has it. Nice padding throughout the footbed.

I wish these shoes were in every color. Fantastic in every way. Very comfortable immediately.

Fantastic shoe. I can't say enough good things about it. I have it in the gold, silver and blue. I have back and knee problems and this has been a great help to me. It is like walking on a cloud and they are dressy enough to wear when you need something that looks nice. I highly recommend them. I have always worn birkenstocks and will continue to do so but these are a nice shoe to alternate with them.

I needed sandals but have a high arch and a wide foot, very difficult to find sandals that fit and are comfortable. These sandals do both. They are very comfortable and offer great support. I even bought a 2nd pair in a different color.

WRONG COLOR I have two pairs of these sandals that I love. These were supposed to be 'Cognac', but they look much more like 'Sand'. I hope the product hasn't changed and that instead the wrong sandal ended up in the wrong box.

I wear these to work and play, and absolutely love the cushion and arch support. I would highly recommend them!

These were perfectly comfortable for a ten-day walking tour in Rome. Walked at least 3-4 miles each day and NEVER once regretted the purchase. They're a tiny little bit on the dowdy side, but for comfort they really can't be beat. Happy to be home with no foot pain, no blisters, feet in better shape than when I left! Thanks Zappos reviewers for leading me to the right travel sandals!

I loved the shoe but was a half inch shorter than my other brand and the rounded toe area was so narrow my toes went outside of sole wanted to try half size larger but not in stock

I'm very happy with my purchase of SoftWalk Bolivia shoes. My podiatrist said I have very soft, mushy feet that take the shape of shoes I wear, and he recommended I wear a shoe with support. This is definitely what the doctor ordered. They are very comfortable from day one of wearing them. They have the support I need and they look nice with pants.

Got these for my mother, who has been having trouble with swollen feet due to a medical condition. While these are a pretty far cry from her usual stylish shoe choices, the SoftWalk Bolivia is definitely a winner in the comfort category! The top straps are completely adjustable and open all the way so that the foot can just sit into the cushy bed, then the straps fold over top. This is super important for feet with a lot of swelling, compared to several other styles we tried that were actually painful to slide her feet into. Lots of padding and support, as well as a non-skid bottom, provide stability when walking. The leather is very soft and beautifully finished, and the cute etched silver faux buttons on the straps do add a little pizzazz.

I wore these while traveling through Spain and my feet barely hurt! Amazing for the amount of walking I did. Not the most fashionable, but better than others. I definitely recommend this pair. I have narrow feet and it is hard to find shoes that fit, but with the adjustable straps, these were perfect.

These shoes live up to their name. They're super soft and super comfortable. The fit is perfect, and they're really cute. Plus both straps are adjustable so I don't have to worry about them stretching out over time.

Yes, Softwalks are my best shoe. Have a very narrow heel and arthritic toes, so they fit the bill. I got this shoe to take on a cruise and the metallic color will go with anything, like the gold better than the silver in another style. The only thing on the Bolivia is I wish the heel had a velcro closure. The other two have. I hesitated to keep, but then I know how I can put a Softwalk on and go. I did go up 1/2 size which I usually don't do, but felt these ran just a bit short.

I purchased these shoes for my 88 year old mother and she loves them. She has terrible feet and also has hammer toes, but these sandals are comfortable on her; plus they have style which is still important to her regardless of her age.
