I love them. I purchased them for a trip to Lake Powell. I was in and out of the water hiking. They were comfortable wet or dry.

There are few, and I stress few, companies that I can recommend without any reservations. Zappos.com is one of the few! Service is excellent whether you are buying or having to return. My latest purchase of a pair of Keen's could not have been better - my old pair has been repaired three times now so I decided to splurge when Zappos.com had a sale. They have me a customer for life.

My husband loves these shoes. They've quickly become his favorites and I can hardly get him to change shoes. He wore them while rafting down a river and walked all over Aspen in them, hiked some and has worn around town. Very good, lightweight.

Great shoes for an amusement/water park or a float in the creek. Very comfortable and they stay on your feet well. No need to worry about the liner coming out when you pull your foot out like other water shoes.

My husband wanted something that didn't look like a traditional sandal. He was so happy with the comfort and fit, that he ordered another pair to keep at the beach house.

I was on the fence of what to get for a new pair of sandals. I ordered both an open toe and these Kanyons. I ended up keeping the Kanyons and absolutely love 'em. They fit great and no break in time. Never had a closed toe sandal before. These are perfect for me.

I bought these shoes for a river rafting/tubing trip. Sometimes, I had to stand up and walk because the water level was so low. These shoes were PERFECT. Comfortable fit right out of the box and sturdy enough to protect the toes. No Velcro strips to come undone, these shoes are very well-built. Stylish, worth the higher than average price for this type of shoe.

I love this sandal. I actually ordered both this one and the Keen Newport because I couldn't decide. Once I tried them on, this one is lighter, less clunky, and more comfortable. Sent the Newport back (thanks to Zappos fantastic return policy).

Let me state first I am 61 and need shoes for work that are comfortable and don't make my feet sweat. Too many sneakers wrap the foot up and don't allow for air flow so my feet get really hot and uncomfortable which is why I selected this open air concept. It works pretty well. The draw string allows me to tighten them up nice. They are comfortable enough but I wish the foot pad was thicker and softer.

Very happy with the product. Ordered them for my husband for Christmas. Perfect fit, great price compared to other sites, order came very quick! This was my first time ordering from Zappos, and I'll certainly do it again!

I have been a fan of Keen sandals ever since my 1st pair of Newports. I have worn them under all sorts of conditions in both North and South America. When my old pair finally started to show signs of wear I bought a replacement and switched models from Newport to Kanyons. The Kanyons are made of nylon webbing rather than leather so probably will not stretch quite as much. They are comfortable but are smaller and not quite as supportive as the other model.

I'm picky about my shoes - always looking for footwear that both looks and feels good. Many shoes disappoint but not these Keens. They are very comfortable - right out of the box. And I like the style- great for canoeing, hiking or casual wear. Would definitely recommend.

These fit well, seem durable and, so far, pretty comfortable. I did not notice any abrasion on the back of my foot. My foot is a E width but this D fitted fine. The stretch slide is a little funky but it works well after a little break in.

The sandals are very comfortable. I have trouble finding shoes that are comfortable. These are great!! I walk the dog 2 miles every night and have found these sandal to be comfortable enough to wear on our walks.

Comfortable, I wear it a lot, rain or shine. Casual or meetings. A little thin on the sole so don't plan to take long walks all day.

Great shoes - my son loves them - but I think the smaller sizes seem sturdier than the larger sizes. These are kind of floppy (more sandal-y and less sneaker-y) but very comfortable - just not as easy to run in as the smaller sizes seem to be.

If you are looking for a sandal but are into the minimalism trend, these are pretty good. Compared to the Keen sandals, the Kanyon has a slimmer midsole and outsole and the toe bumper is smaller. It feels more flexible too. They have been pretty good for general wear in and out of the water. I would also recommend the Inov-8 Recolite 190, which I feel is more athletic than the Keens. However, their upper dug into my instep though and I had to return them.

Great looking shoes, but they fit differently then a different pair (different color) that I tried in a store. These ones had longer laces that dragged on the ground, annoying.

This didn't work for my husband. The width seemed a bit narrower than usual for a medium width shoe and so the sides of the shoes rubbed uncomfortably against the toe area. So we sent it back and will try out another version of this shoe because the look and arch support was great.

I am very disappointed with my attempts to find a new pair of Keen sandals. I love my old ones, which are a discontinued model that I have had since 2007. I tried two different pairs of these Keen Kanyons - the first had a ridge running lengthwise in the left one, and the second had ridges running widthwise on both shoes. These are ridges that I could not feel with my fingers or see, but they were very noticeable under the ball of my foot when I put the sandals on and stood up. They would have killed my feet to walk around in them for any length of time. Also, Keens used to be known for their roomy toe boxes, but Keen sandals and shoes alike now seem to be no more than average width. I've marked "true to width" below because these are supposed to be D width, but they are narrow compared to my old Keen sandals and the 4 pair of Keen shoes I own.

So to start I will say these are very comfortable, so the problem for me is that I am. 6'3" football player, I brought these on vacation to the Caribbean and they could not stand up to the daily abuse of a big guy, price was right, comfort is great, durability falls short.

The sandals inner sole makes a loud squeaking noise when my feet get moist. I like everything else but the noise bothers me, my wife, and our 3 dogs

My son was happy with the shoe but my husband noted it didn't have a lot of arch support.

My husband ordered these to replace a pair that he has had for years. The pair we received is definitely grey in color and not what we expected or what is pictured. They are going back. He also says that the sole feels different but might just be that they aren't broken in.

I love Keens. I have shoes and boots. But though I bought three sizes to get it right, even the smallest was way too long. I bought a 9.5 golf shoe. The 8.5 Kanyon was an inch too long! Wassup with this?
