I bought these for my 16-year-old son. Because his feet were still growing, I have resisted buying expensive sandals for him for the past few years, but this year, since his old ones had consistently rubbed his heel, I figured it was time. I knew Keens were great because my daughter, husband and I each have a pair and we all love them. They are comfortable right out of the box and perfect for hiking, exploring or just walking city streets. My son told me several times on his first weekend wearing them "Mom, I love these sandals!" He finds them very comfortable and he is pleased with the way they look too.

I purchased these for my husband who said, "why do I need these?" but in a matter of days he was wearing them daily. He wears them to walk, on the boat, when it rains and tooling around town. He says they're very comfortable and I find them to be better looking than most of these kinds of shoes -- the burnt sienna is a great color! I'm thinking of getting him a second pair in another color. Great purchase!

The Kanyon is simply excellent. I still have two pairs of my almost 12 years old Keen sandals which are perfectly good after a decade of heavy use (on land and in ocean. The Kanyon is very comfortable, light and flexible. Good for walking.

This is my 3rd pair of keens. They are great, comfortable and fit the same every time. Zappos is great, just get online order, and they arrive. Great.

Finally shoes I like! Fourth time is a charm. I just wanted a hardy sandal or "open" summer sneaker that I could walk comfortably in under normal circumstances (not hiking). I am a woman but wear size 12 or 10.5 mens, so it is difficult to find shoes that are both comfortable and nice looking. Though these aren't beautiful by any means, they are comfortable and adjustable to an extent. I actually think the closed, hard toe is clever, because I intend to wear them in in a place where I could use the added protection. Also, I was concerned that a shoe like this would cause "foot farts" while stepping (trapped air under foot) but thankfully this barely happens.

Great sandals. Supportive and easy to wear loosely for a stroll to the store or to tighten up for that walk up the waterfall. I recommend that you take a few days of break-in so they were good to go all day in the wild.

Great outdoor/water sandal/shoes! We just returned from vacation in Jamaica where I purchased these for running around the island and climbing The Falls.... Worked great!! Comfortable, supportive, & light-weight!

I bought these with the intent of replacing slider sandals for lake trips. Never worn a keen shoe before. I have a wide foot and a high arch. The shoe may run a shade large but not enough to change down a half size, pretty true to size. Width is great, I have a EE foot. Bottom line, if you are considering buying the shoe, GET IT! It is fantastic. I wear the shoe as much as I can to the point that I really don't care if it looks to casual at times. Comfort is what matters!

I bought these for my husband after shopping around for a year...he would not buy them for himself. He LOVES his Keen's! We both enjoy kayaking and going to the lake and river, so these are the perfect shoes for outdoor adventures!

I bought these to replace my two sets of Mion shoes that I wore for six years. They have been fantastic. Very comfortable and light. I walk an average of 5 miles a day in them and have had no problems of any kind. I intend to buy another pair in the near future.

These were great for a recent trip to the Galapagos Islands. Many of our landing were wet, with subsequent hiking. My feet were comfortable and well supported.

I wear these shoes for kayaking. They have a sturdy, firm sole for good support both in the boat and while launching and landing. Their waterproof nature is a big plus, feet dry quickly.

I bought these shoes for my trip to Costa Rica and wasn't disappointed. The first time I wore them, I went on a hike through the rainforest then down to the beach without problem. They fit great, didn't require any breaking in, and were easy to clean with just a rinse in the ocean or shower without getting stiff or discolored. The tough but flexible sole took on the CR volcanic rock like a pro while the shoes upper saved my feet from scrapes and scratches. Though this style shoe isn't something I would typically buy, they were well worth the money and will be a great summer shoe on the my city's streets and I may even wear them in this year's Warrior Dash.

I have had these for about a month and they are all I wear now. Great comfort! It is like going barefoot with arch support. I love the Keens.

These are very comfortable - no rubbing, very lightweight. The only problem is that they don't have as much arch support as some other Keens I've tried. I'm a woman who has to wear men's Keens because the women's aren't big enough, and they look pretty good -- but not girly at all. My husband has a pair too, and he loves them.

Bought these for my husband and the moment he put them on, he said he couldn't believe how comfortable they are. These sandals continue to amaze him. He has hiked, walked in a river, walked around town and he continues to tell me that he has never worn a shoe that made his feet feel so good!

I first ordered the Keen Newport H2. Those were kind of heavy and ran small. So I sent those back and ordered these. They were lighter and more true to size. At first one of the straps was rubbing my left foot and it wasn't comfortable...so I made a few adjustments with the elastic and now they are so comfortable I don't want to take them off! I am so happy with these sandals. I'd buy them again tomorrow if I needed to.

My husband resisted Keens for years for an unspecified reason. However, a trip this summer that included both wet and dry hiking made Keens an obvious footwear choice. They were worn constantly on vacation and nearly every day since.

I purchased these for my husband for a mission trip to Colorado. He LOVES them! He said his feet were dry very quickly after rafting, and they helped him feel sure footed. This is big praise from someone who rarely has an opinion on shoes or clothes.

The Keen Kanyon is a great shoe for island life. Hike, swim and work in them. Have two pair and I rotate them daily. Zappos provided fast, efficient service to our tiny Caribbean island!

I purchased these sandals for my son to use on a week-long canoeing trip in the Boundary Waters. They held up great and worked perfectly for him as he was in and out of the water throughout each day. Our family has purchased many Keen shoes over the years and we have never been disappointed!

It's a fantastic replacement for a sandal. Doesn't look like a show nor an overdone sandal. It's airy, stylish (to me) and goes well with jeans for a good casual look. I have used it for urban walking and its been good in the Texas heat.

I buy a pair of these for my son every summer and he lives in them. This year I bought this style because it was a bit less expensive than the pair that I usually buy for him. He loves these just as much and notices no difference in comfort. I think these are slightly less money because of the exterior fabric.
