I had a lot of problems with these shoes. I do not recommend them, particularly for this price. I found them to sit very wide and to be a little too big (which I decided was better than the next size down that was too tight). The back heel wore immediately and rubbed all the patent leather off. They also have no arch support so if you walk for any length of time you will have pain. Finally, yesterday after owning them for a year they split completely up the back seam and are completely unwearable unless I am needing shoes I don't care about getting dirty for gardening or painting or something. I would suggest finding something cheaper if you don't mind shoes lasting only a season or getting a better quality shoe.

Cute shoe but I can feel the heel through the sole. Since the heel is smaller it is disconcerting. I would not be comfortable walking in these for any amount of time.

I like these shoes so much that I just ordered a second pair, to stash in the back of my closet for when I inevitably wear them to death in a short period of time. They don't have arch support, good to know for those who need or want that, but compared to other similar flats (I'm thinking about ones I've owned from Frye and Nine West) the leather is super soft. The inside sole has a little cushion at the heel. And the rubber heel gives just a bit. The first time I wore them, I walked about a mile and had no blisters or need to break them in.

Simple, black flat. Perfect 'go to' for quality and comfort. Takes one day or so to break in, be careful of potential blisters. I'm still recovering! But, after the first day, it's perfect.

When I received these shoes in the mail, I was totally surprised. They feel incredibly light -- like you're not wearing anything. For the sale price, these are a great deal -- but they are not the best flats. I normally wear an 8 1/2 and ordered them in that size but they feel a bit loose, especially in the sides. They are not so loose that my feet slip out of them, though. There isn't any arch support, but they are cute and light. I recommend if you need a cheap black flat.

These shoes were a little tight across the toes when I first put them on, but they quickly stretched out. Now they are so comfortable and cute and the pewter really goes with everything. I do a lot of walking each day around down town, so these are perfect comfy shoes that actually look good with work clothes. Needless to say they aren't my husband's favorite shoes and so no, they don't have much sex appeal. But they are practical and comfy and cute.

These are nice leather flats. Good for everyday wear if you don't need much support. Rounded toe makes them comfortable and stylish. This is my third pair of these flats, which I have bought in silver and in black, and they last about a season or maybe two.

Love, love this little flat. They fit comfortably (very smooth lining), true to size and super cute with everything.

I love these shoes. I can wear them with a dress or jeans. They are true to size but may not be the best for someone with bad arches. I bought some inserts just for extra support.

I was recommended to the Zappos by my daughter who uses them all the time so I decided to try it. And it couldn't have been easier. I got my shoes right away. One pair didn't fit and when I called customer service the person I spoke with was so pleasant and I returned them and got the replacement two days later and without going to a mall or a store! Wow, I loved the experience and will continue to shop at Zappos!

These shoes run large. The size 8 left 1/2" of space at the heel, and I am usually true to size.

I bopught these shoes and found them very comfortable and a perfect fit. I recommend that anyone looking for a comfortable flat, to get this shoe. You can dress it up and dress it down.

I bought these to go with my wedding dress. The color was just what it looks like online, but these run a little large and wide.

I love these shoes. They're super comfy and adorable. Many said they felt the shoe size was true; I felt the length was the same, but it was just a little wider than normal.

The leather is very thin, but also very soft. These shoes are like actual slippers--no support and not a lot of structure. After wearing them a couple of months, they are still a bit snug across the toe box, and have not stretched out much at all.

They pinch a little at first if you have wide feet, but stretch out to fit comfortably after one wear. they look great.

Very comfortable and perfectly sized for length; however, they gap around the back. Okay if you are wearing pants that cover that part of the shoe but not in capris or skirts.

The fit was fine, but was looking for more of a rounded point, so hard to find! As always, with Kenneth Cole a 10 is plenty big enough for my 10.25-10.5 foot.

They're ok... just ok. Usuallly I love KCR shoes, but these just didn't do it for me, and they weren't as comfy as I had hoped (thin, cut into my heel a little), so I sent them back.

I use a size 7 in every other shoe. This shoe runs big and wide. I will exchange for a smaller size. Also looks cheaply made.

I love the color of these shoes, very fun. But these were at least 1/2 a size to large, and very wide. And I have a wide foot. I needed some red flats and the Michael Kors Fulton Moc was sold out of my size. I wish these worked, but I am sending them back. And of course, now the MK are back in stock. I will be getting them instead.

I was looking for a comfortable flat for daily wear. Boy, did I make a mistake. This has to be one of the most uncomfortable shoes I have worn. I usually wear size 9 but this felt at least one full size smaller and they are tight and they rub against the top of my toes. I really regret buying these.

I was really excited to find a nice, basic black patent flat, but I was very disappointed with the quality. The bottom of the back heel area completely fell apart (ripped) after only a few wearings.
