I really like these shoes. Extremely comfortable. They are a little wider without appearing loose. Look cute with leggings.

These shoes fit beautifully! They are exactly the style I had in mind. I am very happy with this purchase.

Cute low heel patten shoe. If they fit the shoe would be a big hit. Unfortunately the toe box is too short causing me to only give 3 stars. Will be returning for half size larger. I usually wear a 7.5 / 8. Going a half size up may make them to sloppy in the heel. Gotta give it a try.

I am a size 11, however I would say I'm truly just over an 11 but not anywhere near a 12, or even and 11 1/2 for that matter. I can't begin to explain how hard it is for me to find comfortable close toe shoes. After reading the reviews and about 50% stating that they ran a tiny bit big, I thought I'd give it a shot. I ordered 2 pair. One black patent and the other in pewter. I was beyond excited they fit but the true test would be wearing them. I went to dinner with my husband and had them on for about 3 hours. I had no issues what so ever. I would agree with other review of no support. But in my opinion, what ballet flat really does?! It's nothing that bothers me. I'm about to order pair #3! Pros: True fit, Soft upper, Comfortable. Cons: No support.

I'm perplexed by this purchase. I love the color - it can go with so many outfits but it gaps on the sides when I walk and there is a whole forefinger of space behind my heel and some may want to add an insole for added comfort. I normally wear a size 11 since I had my kids, hmm... Maybe the gods have heard my cry and shrunk my feet! Whatever it is I can order a smaller size! Yes!

Shoe is very comfortable very soft wide enough to wear it fits your foot well I would definitely recommend this flat it was about a half size bigger than normal so I would recommend going to half side down.

I have been looking for a pair of navy flats for a long time. These look cute but run long and wide. Walked right out of them right out of the box. They will be going back.

These are way too cute! I love the color. The shoes fit a bit larger than your shoe size. I wear around a 7 or 7½; I ordered the 7½ and it fits loosely. But I have flat feet and did not order a wider width. This helped with the looser fit for me. They are very comfortable, and very cute with capris or ankle pants. Again I just love this blue color with a touch of patent in it. This is a good price for a Kenneth Cole shoe.

I sent these to my daughter who has a narrow foot. she loves them and said that it was a good fit - despite all of the reviews that say they run wide.

I always wear a size 8. I ordered these in size 8 and they felt like like were an entire size too big. I returned them instead of ordering a size smaller.

These were very cute and seemed to fit well but I have a narrow heel and so though the size itself was good, I felt quite a bit of slippage in the heel area so decided to return.

I hate to return these since they were too wide and the 7.5 I ordered was already a bit too short. I wear a 7.5/8 N usually. Order a 1/2 size up and only buy if your feet are on the wide side of normal.

These are very practical flats and I like that they're leather so my feet can breathe. They have not held their shape well tho as they spread widthwise quite a bit within the first two weeks. Also, the toe box is cut quite deep, so you don't see the cleavage of the toes. Combine the deep toe box with the rather high toe (they look unfortunately bulbous at the end) and it's a pretty dowdy, frumpy shoe. But it's comfortable! And matches a lot of stuff.

These were perfect except that they looked like a child haphazardly glued the bottom sole to the top leather portion. The leather was wrinkled a lot on one shoe and entirely smooth on the other. It looked awful. The leather is so thin that such wrinkling seems like it would occur quickly.

OMG! These are the worst shoes I've ever received from Zappos. Super flimsy and cheap feeling. No structure or support at all. Going back.

These are cute shoes but the sole came detached after I wore them inside a few times to work. They are very cheaply made; based on quality they should sell for about $15. It's too bad because the style and colors are great.

As far as looks go, the shoes look fine. They are some of the flimsiest shoes I've ever seen, though. There is absolutely nothing to them. There is an added heel pad which is good since it keeps you from feeling like you're walking on pavement barefoot, but otherwise there is absolutely no padding. I'm baffled as to who approved this design.

These are your standard ballet flat shoes to go with any outfit. They felt at least a 1/2 size too big and I had to return for a smaller size as my feet were swimming in them. Once I got the right size, they are super comfy and cute.

Fit was ok just didn’t like style

Great shoe and soft material. Will be buying another pair.
