These are a great, classic flat. The leather is SO soft. They didn't rub at all on my first wear. They are easy to dress up or down. As a few other reviewers mentions, the heel is kind of funny. I'm not sure if it's not level enough or if it's a a few millimeters taller than your average flat, but the heel definitely feels different than other flats. It's not a problem for me since I've been wearing these to work and I sit at a desk most of the day, but I'm not sure I would wear them if I had a lot of walking to do just because the heel is a little funny.

Even better looking than the pictures. Comfortable. Zappos suggested 8 1/2 when I chose 7 1/2 as my size. WAY too big. 7 1/2 was size i needed. I'm 5'4". 105 lbs.

Super cute flat. I normally wear and 8 1/2-9 in any given shoe, but this particular flat is way too big for me. I like the shoe so I'll exchange for a smaller size.

Soft leather and very comfortable. Feel very light on the feet and soft. Highly recommend to those who are looking for light, soft work flats. They do run big, suggestion is to go half size down from your regular size.

Beautiful but unfortunately with my arthritis, and cookie feet I just wasn’t certain I may try again later but for now I just can’t do it.

Love love love these flats! I was genuinely worried when I purchased them because I have wider feet and normally need to try on flats before buying them. But boy am I glad I got these! They are so cute and look awesome on! They don't even bulge just behind the toes like other tend to with wide feet! A must for anyone looking for cute, comfy and perfect-fitting flats!

I wish I had the option to get these in a wide version. I had to go half a size up just to be safe. They are comfortable and within uniform regulations. Super cute!

Great shoes! Just bought my third pair. I love the pewter color. It is true that the shiny stuff tends to rub off sooner than you would like, but the shoes are so great I decided to just put up with it. They run a little big, so keep that in mind when ordering. They do stretch a bit. I do a 7 1/2 in shoes usually, and the 7 works well.
