This shoe hits the bone at the base of my big toe and really hurts. Cute shoe just not for me.

These are beautiful shoes. I was thrilled to get them in my size, which is wider than normal. They were comfortable from the first wearing. Zappos delivered them the day after I ordered, and I didn't even pay extra for expedited shipping! Zappos rocks!

These shoes are very cute! But they are about a half to full size two big. I ordered two colors and both had the same fit: too big. I am reordering a smaller size -- they are perfect for the office.

These shoes are great for someone like me with wide feet. The soft leather stretches to accommodate even my wide foot and they are cute.

I have a really bad bunion on my left foot so when shoes fit my left foot they are way too big for my right foot. These feel good on both feet. The only little problem I have is that my right heel slips a bit. If I do not wear hose, then they are OK. I have a terrible time finding shoes to fit both feet due the the bad bunion on my left foot. These work. I had to order a 9 as I usually wear an 8½, but the 8½ was too tight on my left foot. I am waiting for the black shipment to come in so I can order another pair. Thank you Zappos for letting me order shoes, try them and then return them because of that darn bunion. I will keep ordering from your company, as going to a shoe department in a store is sheer torture for me.

These flats are very comfortable. I usually don't like wearing flats because they are no support but these are great. They fit true to size. I have a narrow heel and it doesn't slip on the back of these which is great. I have had them for about a month and they have held up well so far.

I wanted a classic black leather flat for those days when I don't feel like wearing heels to work. This shoe is soooo much better! It's simple, yet stylish with the detail on the front. It's just a classic flat that is super comfy right out of the box. Although I must mention that they were pretty squeaky when I first got them. Put some lotion on your feet then put the shoes and walk around. You'll be all set!

Love these shoes! I ordered the Maude in platino metallic. It is a neutral color, it's goes with almost everything, I got them for skirts and capris. I also ordered a half size smaller as recommended. I usually wear a 9 1/2 narrow but the 9 medium fit perfect. Everything about these shoes is perfect.

I have wide toes and a narrow heel and have a hard time finding flats that stay on my heel without pinching in the front. These shoes are an excellent find! They feel snug without hurting or rubbing anything, and are comfortable all day.The leather took a couple days of breaking in but now it is just right. I am always somewhere between a 7.5 and 8 depending on the brand. Ordered both sizes and the 8 was much too long for my foot. The 7.5 fit perfectly after a couple days of breaking in. I got them in red, which is a nicely sophisticated red and not too flat or plastic-looking. Loved them so much I ordered another pair in the neutral metallic. Definitely would recommend.

I love these shoes! I purchased them in the Nickel Alloy Metallic color. They go with everything and are very comfortable to wear. The leather (at least in this color) was soft and flexible straight out of the box, so they were comfortable right away with no breaking-in period! I will definitely be buying another pair when this pair wears out.

I love this shoe! I'm very blister-prone, but breaking these flats in has been relatively painless, even without socks. Not a ton of arch support, but a comfortable, practical shoe that's perfect for jeans, skirts, trousers - I have fairly narrow feet and ordered medium width, but I could imagine these being tight across the ball of the foot / tops of the toes. Not bunion-friendly.

Supportive and on trend. I got the WW-- not as wide as i would have hoped, but quite comfortable. Great for casual or office.

Very comfortable. They stretch out as you wear them. Simple and stylish.

Exactly as pictured. The 5 1/2 that I ordered fit true to size. No need for that break in period, and they are comfy right out of the box. These look great with slacks at work or jeans on the weekend. I am very happy with these Naturalizer shoes and will shop this brand again.

Finally a flat that stays on my foot! I ordered a size 7 in narrow and it fit like a glove. My only complaint, which is minor, is that the color is slightly more shimmery white than it looks on my computer monitor. The shoes really blend in with my pale skin tone on my legs/feet. Perhaps there will be more of a contrast once summer is here.

Love these! I've been so happy with these shoes, its hard to find a cute pair of flats with some kind of a heel that are comfortable to wear all day. These are great shoes!

These shoes were not available through Naturalizer, but I found them on Zappos and they are perfect. Shipping was easy and fast. I'd recommend using Zappos anytime over some other places to shop.

Ever since I have found my correct shoe size, I have been using Zappos.com. This newest purchase 'Maude' by Naturalizer fits like a dream. I am able to walk a distance in them without thinking about it. That's an indicator of a good fitting shoe!

I have been invited to write this review. and I am pleased to do so. I received my shoes (2 pairs) promptly, actually before I expected them. One pair fit and the other did not. I contacted the Company and a new pair was promptly sent which fit. I sent the other pair back and was credited immediately. Love the shoes and the service was very professional.

Great work shoe that you can dress up by adding shoe clips. Comfortable and great for long days.

I love this little shoe. I wear a true size 4.5, but can sometimes wear a 5. This shoe fits perfectly. There is ample room in the toe box for my slightly wide foot to be comfortable, but not sloppy. Thank you, Naturalizer, for making small sizes.

I have been looking for a comfortable pair of flats for a very long time and finally I found the perfect shoe! I have a wide foot and a bunion on my right foot. These shoes are so unbelievably comfortable even with my foot problems. I would highly recommend getting them!

Love this shoe! The leather looks great and seems like it will wear well. It looks really cute on and the heel is just perfect and the sole is rubbery (it seems like it won't be slippery). The insole is padded and nice. I got a wide and it was perfect! If you have very wide feet it may not be wide enough though but if you're looking for just a bit more room then this is it. Overall I love this shoe and it is my new go-to black flat for the fall.

I have a wide foot and so I ordered the bronze in 6.5 wide. I am so pleased because they fit really well! I love that they are comfortable and cute!
