These provide no arch support. They are too tight over my bunions, and they are lumpy over the toe area. Both of these issues are caused by the design.

This shoe has a really nice color and cute design. They are extremely comfortable feel like I'm wearing slippers. I got the shoe in my normal size and they fit perfectly. The toe has does have a very round look to it.

Bought these for work and absoluely love them! Very easy to break in. Great to dress up or dress down. Foot bed is more cushioned than most flats and is very easy to keep clean. There is more arch support than in some flats, but still not great. Highly recommend this shoe. I've added it to my favorites!

I love these shoes! They're cute and comfy. They do stretch just a little -- the first couple times I wore them they were just barely too tight but now they're perfect.

These are great. This is my second pair. I bought my first pair from a department store last summer and wore them a lot! Very comfortable. I liked them so much, I went back to get a second pair, but supply was very limited and couldn't find them in my size/color, so I went to Zappos.com and sure enough, there they were. The color is like an antique bronze and is a stylish neutral. A nice change from tan or beige. Love these and think I'll get another pair for when I wear these out as well!

These are so cute, and the fit is wonderful. I am on my feet all day, sometimes 12 hour shifts, and I'm looking forward to these shoes holding up.

Love this little shoe. It can give you a very casual look with jeans or a more dressed look with a skirt or dress. I own it in both black and brown.

I love these as my go-to work flats. I would say they definitely run about half a size small, so keep that in mind. Also, if you have sensitive feet as I do, look out for the tag under the heel. The way the sole is constructed inside the shoe with that tag can be a touch blistery for some. Anyway, these are a cute flat that are a bit more substantial than most. No arch support but at least a bit of cushioning.

Love these shoes! After a lengthy search for cute, comfortable, versatile black flats, I had the good fortune to find these at Zappos. I probably wear them 3 days a week - they work with just about everything (and they have just enough cushion & support to stay comfortable all day). Took a wearing or two to fully break in, but now they're fantastic!

Great shoes - very comfortable! Bought for a work tri and wore almost non-stop for 2 weeks. Held up great! My feet felt great, even after wearing these shoes (and doing lot of walking). Would definitely recommend!

These shoes fit well since the very first time. They are elegant, but also are good to take a long walk, and perfect t be standing for the whole eight hours!

These shoes are unbelievably cute. The color is perfect and will go with black, brown, white, navy, etc. I wore them all day today, right out of the box, and they didn't hurt at all. I can't remember the last time I could say that about a new pair of shoes!

I love these shoes. Got them in 7W, which is my true size (instead of 7.5B or 8B). They are comfortable right out of the box, go with everything, have enough of a heel to give a little arch support. Terrific black flats!

I love these shoes! I was worried with some of the reviews that indicated the lack of flex for the shoe, but I've no problems. Look good with dress pants, jeans and leggings! Still considering getting the shoe in another color - I do that a lot when I order through Zappos; if I like the shoes, I get them in more colors! Thanks.

These are great! I am on my feet a lot at work and they don't hurt at the end of the day! I have somewhat wide feet and I bought the wide and they are pretty wide-- that would be my only complaint. I have to buy some heel pads so they don't fall off when I walk.

These are the most comfortable pair of flats that I've ever put on right out of the box. Nicely cushioned toe and heel. Leather is supple and looks amazing. These shoes required absolutely no breaking in and are They would also look great in a more casual setting, but I personally feel these are more appropriate as career shoes. Really great product! I'll be buying fro naturalizer again.

These shoes are amazing, and a God-send for those of us with just slightly wider feet than the regular width shoes. The supple leather is perfect for my sensitive skin (no blisters on my heels) and no pinched pinky toes. Also, the sole on the shoe feels like you're walking on air and gives a lovely cushion if you are like myself and have to run around in them at work a lot. Overall, best work flat I have ever purchased and goes with everything (dress pants, jeans, whatever!).

These shoes are very well made and look more expensive than their actual price. The leather is good quality and they are true to size. I enjoy wearing them as they are very stylish.
