Love this shoe but fits too narrow. Wanted to exchange for a wide and black shoe but out of stock. I wanted to exchange for black since this is a shoe I can wear all the time.

These shoes are cute and comfortable. They feel good and go with most everything. I have many shoes but I wear these most of the time.

Comfy right out of the box. Wore them all day without peds or anything and no blisters. Also, they have good arch support, which is unusual in a flat. Great shoe!

I have owned these in black, 7.5 Wide for probably 2 years and they still look great. I can wear these all day with no pain whatsoever, and they are my go-to for work. They fit me true to size, but have loosened a bit with wear. A cute, high quality shoe made with soft leather, I'm considering buying a back-up pair. The only downside, as with any flat shoe, is the minimal arch support.

This is a pretty shoe, looks great with jeans, shorts or skirts. I got the nickel alloy metallic and the color and sheen is just right...goes with almost everything, can be dressed up or down. Like most ballet flats I've tried, no arch support, but better cushioning inside than most. Soft, confortable leather. I like that these cover my toes unlike a lot of ballet flats, I find the one that stop in the middle of the toes to be uncomfortable.

Finally I found a ballet flat that was stylish and fit. Usually even narrow shoes like this do not fit my skinny foot. This one thankfully did.

Very comfortable and stylish. Lots of support and cush so it doesn't feel like you're walking on a flat. I purchased both the black and the metallic. A versatile shoe that I wear with everything. Great for days when I need the comfort of a tennis shoe but still yearn for some style.

I wear a 9 1/2 or 10 depending on the shoes. The 9 1/2 was perfect in these shoes. They are comfortable and look stylish.

Adorable shoes! Quite comfy, light but with a nice padding and subtle heel. I highly recommend wearing with thin\/sheer socks because the material rubs quite a bit otherwise.

I got the nickel and they are a nice brown. They feel a little bit tight, but most shoes lately have felt a little bit too loose. I range from size 8 to 8.5 and I ordered the 8. I like them a lot and once I determine the right size I will order more colors. I tried them with capris and they look great! I've tried a lot of flats lately and happy to finally find some that look and feel like winners.

Love these shoes! Comfortable at work and walking around the city. I want to order one of each color. They fit great and are accurate in terms of size.

I was so happy when I found that Zappos carried the shoe I was looking for! I was so excited I to order 2 pairs of the same shoe! Just in case I had trouble finding it. Pretty shoe and very comfortable as well. Cute with skirts, capris and jeans. I ordered my normal size and it fit perfectly. And need I say is Zappos rocks!

I have a wide foot but can usually just stuff it into a shoe that's a 1/2 size bigger. This shoe comes in wide which is so nice. They are stylish in a subtle way and go great with skinny jeans. From the moment I tried them on they were comfortable and no break-in period was needed. As with most flats, there's not a lot of support so I wouldn't wear these for a long day of walking, but they are perfect for wearing to work or just hanging out. A great shoe and I highly recommend it!

I bought the Nickel Alloy pair, which is like a bronze metallic color. They are fantastic! They are versatile, comfortable and chic. These will be my new go-to flats.

This is a great flat for work, especially if you\'re on your feet a lot. It looks professional, not too casual, and is super comfortable. The leather has a nice gloss and the weaving on the toe adds just enough detail to the shoe. My sister loved them so much that she bought a pair for herself.

I love them. I have relatively wide feet and I didn’t have to break them in at all. Just started walking all over town in them and not a single blister or sore spot. Nice cushion on the bottom. I wish the color was more of a brown gold than a pink gold, but it still goes with everything and looks great.

This is a really comfortable and attractive flat. If it stretches at all as I wear it I may need to put something in the back of the heel. But I\'m really happy with this shoe. It has a little bit of cushion in the footbed. It is a really rounded toe but I like the detail of the design on the top. Makes it more interesting.

I was looking for a comfortable flat that would work well with skinny jeans. I purchased these in the Nickel Alloy color, the color works well with many outfits and is a nice departure from black or brown. My feet are on the narrow side and these are the very slightest bit loose, not enough to cause an issue. I normally wear a 7.5 to 8 and purchased them in 7.5.

Shoes were true to size and fairly comfortable from the first wearing. Color is very versatile and goes from work to casual with ease. I would order these again in another color in the future.

This is a cute shoe that can be worn with pants or a skirt/dress. I have bunions and one foot is a D with and the other a C width, so it makes finding cute and comfortable shoes difficult. I ordered 3 different sizes to try on thinking that one would fit me. I USUALLY wear a size 8 and get a D width. If I can’t get a D width, then I go to 8.5 C. I kept the 8D... and found this shoe to be true to size and width; I am very happy with my purchase.

As usual the service from Zappos is beyond great! I got the shoes before I could blink. For this particular shoe, I took the advice from another review and ordered 1/2 size shorter than what I usually wear. This made them perfect. The color is not what you expect for nickel allow metallic, but it is still a color that I can wear with lots, so I have kept them and enjoying the shoes.

I love these shoes! They're the perfect black flat that I've been looking for. Comfortable yet stylish, these will dress up or dress down. The toe is round but not dowdy, and the leather woven buckle design is very classy. The heel is perfect, low enough to be a flat, but high enough so that I don't feel like I'm wearing a slipper. The size is perfect; I wear an 11WW and I don\'t get any rubbing in the heel, and the sides don\'t pucker out like some of the other shoes I tried on.
