Overall, I am happy with my purchase. These shoes look exactly as pictured. I bought the same pair in a different color a year or two ago. I ordered these shoes in the same size as the others, but they seem a bit smaller. I'm not sure if Naturalizer has tweaked its sizing or if I just need to break them in. They still fit, just a little tighter than the others.

Nice basic dress shoe. I needed something that didn't have a heel to go with a dress and these fit the bill. Not the most comfortable thing in the world, but probably average for dress shoes.

Adorable shoe, but definitely not a WW (E) width - I barely got one shoe on and knew that they were not meant to be - just too narrow. Disappointed, I really like the look of this shoe.

This shoe was very cute...but VERY tight. I wear a size 9 always, but this was a bit like squeezing my foot into an 8! I am returning and trying for a 9 and a half...we shall see.

Ordered for a stylish, casual, comfortable shoe for air travel-easy on/off. Perfect with winter jeans, etc., as well as warm weather clothes.

I looked at these shoes several times and finally bought them because I needed true brown flats. I ordered a size larger than usual and I am glad that I did. They are incredibly comfortable and very pretty. They are even better looking in real life than in the picture. They are very roomy and easy to slip on and off as well as walk in. I will be wearing them with darker jeans and casual clothes in the fall and winter months. Now I am considering ordering another pair!

These are comfortable, and I am pleased with the color, materials, fit and style. I thought Naturalizer was a brand that made more supportive shoes, but these don't have anything special in the way of padding or arch support. Also, I get the teensiest bit of toe cleavage in these shoes. Overall I am happy with them and they satisfy my need for an everyday neutral flat shoe.

I bought these shoes because the color went with all of my various brown pants though it matched with none. I needed a half size larger than I usually buy!

I have been looking for flats and have very narrow feet. I ordered a couple of pairs of shoes to try on and these were the best. I could wear them immediately. They are a little wide at the heel still and rub a little one foot where the shoe crosses that bone by your big toe. I noticed a friend at work has the same shoes and the same red mark. We both have decided to live with it because we have narrow feet and these shoes are the best we have found!

These run smaller than expected. I also was hoping that they had a width size chart online but they did not. I called Naturalizer directly and a customer service agent told me the wide size is ¼" wider.

Very cute and (mostly) comfortable! Unfortunately I have wide feet, and I went through at least 6 pairs before finding these Naturalizer shoes. They nicely accommodate my feet except for a bad bunion on my right foot. I wish they had more arch support (I'm also flat-footed, ugh) but all in all they provide good style and fit.

These shoes hurt my feet, especially my left foot across the top of my foot. I've only worn them a couple of times, hoping for a better result but they really hurt. I decided it's best to return them for a refund on my credit card.

Cute shoe, just too tight across the top of my feet. I will purchase a different style from you, one that curves lower on the top of my foot. Really like these, wish they fit.

I do wear these flats often because they look professional and put together. BUT here is my gripe. THe toe area really hurt for a while until the shoe stretched. Even now with it stretched out, it still just leaves that part of my foot pretty sore. I walk in NYC for work. The rest of shoes has good support, I do not need to add an insert as I usually do with all of my ballet flats.

These are sturdy, comfortable shoes. The leather will dull with time, so they need polishing on occasion. But overall, they're exactly what's advertized.

Ordered this shoe in an 8 and an 8 1/2 not being too sure which size would fit. Liked the look and color of the shoe, but both sizes squeak and I didn't want to take the chance that wearing them would make the noise go away. I will be returning both pairs.

I love these shoes. I ordered a pair of black ones and then ordered the nickel color. An odd thing though - they were at least a half size larger. I returned those and got the coffee color, which has worked out great.

Thanks to the convenience of Zappos, I ordered this pair in 7WW and 7.5WW, unsure which would be best. I kept the 7.5, and overall really like it. I live in South Florida, and my toes do not love being covered, so my pinky toes on my WW feet do rub blisters when I wear them. Admittedly, I wear them barefoot, and perhaps a thin barrier would help. As a teacher, I walk around a lot, and though they are not especially supportive, they are cute and don't make my feet look too stubby, even with the rounded toe.

Cute shoes, but they cut into the bunion area on both feet. I kept them, placing a blister Bandaid on my foot to provide some cushioning in that area. I ordered an 11W, I think 12W would have been way big and too bad 11.5W doesn't exist.

I ordered this shoe in Nickel Alloy. The color is beautiful, a cross between bronze and pewter, depending on the light. Really good neutral shoe. The footbed is cushioned and feels more supportive than a lot of flats I've had. My main complaint is that the vamp is a little tight around the top of my toes, and there are some red marks when I take my shoes off after a few hours. It's not really painful, and I think the leather will give a little as I continue to break these in. I generally wear a 7.5 in flats (8 in sneakers) and these fit as expected.

I really liked this shoe, however it runs narrow so I had to return them. They do not have it in wide at this time or I would have exchanged for that. I bought a red pump from Zappos previously that ran narrow also and did order the wide, which fit comfortably.

The insole has a nice design but doesn't offer the comfort you'd expect from the good construction. The shoe is tight on the back, but I don't know that I'd really say it's half a size smaller, maybe the leather has to be worn. Compared to the couple others I tried from Payless at $20, I didn't notice a difference in the comfort, but this heel probably will have more life, and the leather will age better.

Very nice shoe, I always buy 1/2 size smaller than my regular size in flats and these fit just perfectly that way. The color is neutral enough to go with anything - very comfortable.

These are great as an everyday, basic flat for work (I have a desk job). I did try to wear them all day while traveling recently and my feet were pretty tired and achey by the end of the day. They are really cute, though, and once broken in a bit are moderately comfortable.

I bought a pair of these a few years ago and wore them until they fell apart, so I decided to try them again. This time, they were too small! I will re-order a half size bigger and see how that goes.
