Great shoe for comfort and commuting. I got these in a platinum color and they go with everything. Highly recommend them.

Great neutral color, very little break in time, comfortable right away. They look great with jeans or good with skirts or dresses. Very pleased!

Love these flats and am happy that they come in a wide. Even though I ordered a wide, it takes a couple of wears to stretch out the top part...which explains the 4 star rating for comfort. But after that, they fit and look great!

I order quite a lot of shoes from Zappos. I have to wear a wide shoe, and the department stores seem to never have them. Ordering for me with no sales tax and free shipping is so easy. I love this shoe. I have worn two pairs and am waiting now for my size to come in. They are comfortable. They do not pinch the toes. They are very attractive, and they last a long time.

I have these in black and love them. I think they are a repeat of a style last season. I wore those shoes out and gladly jumped on this pair. They are great with a pair of jeans. Beware the red color - they didn't use the same color stitching. Combines with the material, the red looks like a much cheaper version than the black.

I bought these shoes because I needed a nice looking pair of flats to wear to work but that could do double duty when I am out and about in the city. I love them! They are phenomenally comfortable right out of the box. I order a size 6 and it was true to size. highly recommend them!

I love these shoes. This is my second pair as I wore the first ones into the ground. They are sturdy and well-made, I just wore them all the time as they are so cute. They feel a little stiff the first couple of times you wear them, but soon soften up.

They look cute and are pretty comfortable except they slip off the back of my heels.

Cute shoe and priced well but it runs fairly narrow. I even tried a half-size larger than what I usualy wear and it was still too tight.

Liked the shoe style; wished it had a little more arch support and I was hoping that there would be no toe cleavage....

These shoes took an incredible amount of effort and time to break in, but now that they are broken in, I like them much more than if I had posted a review early on. My biggest complaint is that the toe box is much too tight before they are broken in. I was constantly getting cramped toes and blisters and pressure pain on my little toes. I could have gotten a wider size, but then the heel would not have fit. I did as some suggested and purchased some shoe stretch spray and wore them around the house with large socks to stretch out the toe box. So overall, on the comfort scale, I would still say that they are not super comfortable, but they do okay. If I know I'm going to be walking or standing a lot at work, I do not choose these shoes as I know the outsides of my feet will be sore and blistery. On the plus side, I got these shoes in brown and black because they go with a multitude of outfits! I can wear them with jeans, slacks, and even dresses. I love how versatile and stylish they look. I just wish they made a comfy style with more lining to protect one's skin if you aren't wearing hose with them (which I don't).

I had to go from a medium width to a wider width. Luckily, several options are available in each size! There's not a lot of support.

I really love these shoes BUT I ordered wide (I have a bunion on my left foot) and they do not feel wide at all. They look great and are comfortable (except on the bunion which is a deal breaker for me). If you have normal feet I would recommend them but if you need a wider shoe like me keep looking. Also, they squeaked the first two times that I wore them but it went away once they were a little more broken in.

I was so disappointed in this shoe. Even though I ordered the medium width, it was extremely narrow in the toe area. It squeezed my toes. They are being returned.

I love the style of the shoes. The fit is pretty good once you break them in but if you have the slightest bit of a bunion these may not be the shoes for you. The top opening rubs against the big toe joint.

I have slightly wide feet, but can normally wear a non-wide width shoe without issues, if I just give them a day or so to break it. As soon as I put these on my feet grew very angry with me. I exchanged them for a wide width, which fits much better. Two problems with the wider width shoe: 1) the color is off - it's a bit darker, a bit mottled - and it just doesn't look as nice as the original pair I ordered, 2) the shoe is a bit loose overall could easily slip off while walking, but at least it's not making my feet scream and I was able to wear them (and walk around a quite bit) all day without any real discomfort. I would consider returning them, but they're comfortable overall, pretty darn cute, and frankly I hate shopping.

This shoe is very cute. I love the little heal. But my bunions would not be totally covered with these shoes so I am returning them. Zappos. Thank you for the return policy! My hard-to-fit feet need Zappos!

I got the size 6 W. The shoe was wide enough for my toes, but too wide for my heels. I have duck feet, though - wide toes and narrow heels.

Definitely a quality shoe. Requires some breaking in. I got blisters the first few times wearing them. Comfortable sole.

Would have been a "5" rank, BUT: The top of the toe box hurt both feet, with horrible redness and soreness. I shall go to a local shoe repair shop to see if they can be 'stretched.' IF SO, I'll order 3 more, one in each color. IF NOT, I think I'll stop with the lovely 2 I already ordered.

I think these shoes are darling and perfect for work. They're a little snug above my big toe but I'm going to take it to my shoe guy and see if he can stretch it for me.
