I was allergic to the footbeds in these shoes. This has never happened to me before - my feet broke out and were very itchy. Teva couldn't tell me what they were made of so I could avoid that material in the future. I love my older, worn out Tevas but I wouldn't buy them again since they don't apparently have a record of what their shoes are made of.

Hard insoles..not like original pair..dissatisfied with the comfort. I went back to wearing my old pair..waste of my hard earned money. Poor quality. Original version was better! Why change a good thing?

I have four pairs of Tevas Tierra style ( size 12) over the last ten years. My go to shoe for living in the south. I tried to replace the aging ones. Why did you change/shorten the footbed?? Too short now, and you provide nothing longer as your women's sizing stops at 12. I would also call out changes in the materials, (stiffer and cheaper) and length of the straps. (much shorter and less adjustable). Had to return.

This is the 3rd pair of Teva Tirras that I've purchased over the last 5 years or so. The first pair, size 8, fit me to perfection. I wore them all of the time...until I completely wore them out. For the 2nd pair, I had to size up to 8.5 because Teva had changed the sizing. The shoes still felt good but not as good as the original size 8. Most recently, I purchased another size 8.5 and it is seriously too small. In fact, when I line up the original size 8 and the most recent 8.5, the 8.5 is clearly shorter and narrower. The new 8.5 Tevas are also significantly shorter and narrower than the other size 8.5 that I own. I'm going to return the recently purchased ones but I don't know if I will try and size up. I may have to give up on what used to be my favorite shoe :(

I love these shoes. I bought a size 10 years ago. And just ordered another pair in the same size. Wow what a difference. They don't fit. They are too small I put them side by side and yup. Definitely not a 10 the way a 10 used to be. So very disappointed

Have SEVERAL pairs of these. Loved these. They have been my go to shoe for years. I have a connective tissue disorder and need a good arch support and foot bed. Not only are these now made with less quality but they now run a 1/2 size smaller. Which I brought up to teva when I called them. Their size chart is now useless for this shoe. They didn't seem to know what I was talking about. I told them to measure them for themselves. They did. Realized there was a difference however obviously never changed their size chart. This was 2 years ago. I've bought another pair a few months back 1/2 size larger and they are just not the same quality or fit. I returned. Very sad. Now searching for another walking shoe as I live in Florida and sandals are life.

I have owned a pair of Teva Tirra sandals for several years, so when I ordered another pair online I was sure they would fit and be great. WRONG! The new sandals are almost an inch shorter than the old ones of the same style and size. Sandals should be somewhat longer than the foot meant to be inside them, but the current Teva Tirra sandal in size 11 is exactly the length of the foot meant to wear it according to their own size chart. This means the toes are at the end of the sandal, and thus are exposed to being damaged by everything from steps to furniture. The size 8 (ordered a pair for my grandchild) is almost an inch longer than the length of the foot meant to wear it according to Teva's size chart. The length of a sandal shoe bed made from these materials does not stretch - Teva is making size 11 Tirras SMALLER than they used to, something the company denies. Please note, that Teva does not make the Tirra in a size 11.5 or a size 12. If you can't wear the 11, then you are out of luck. The size 11 is smaller than a size 11 according to the company's own size chart.

I expected a comfortable fit based on the reviews; however, I was disappointed. I found the "padding" under the straps to be very scratchy on the edges. I wore them at home for about a minute when it became obvious that if I walked in them, I would have blisters. I recognize that I have very sensitive feet, but I was hoping to wear them on an upcoming beach vacation. I have already returned them.

The ankle strap on these Tevas is very weird. It starts too far back on the sole toward the heel and then is way too tight across the top of the foot/arch!!! Its a really bad design. I've been wearing Tevas for years and I've never seen anything like this. Too bad too because I really like the mango color and general style. Will have to look for something else. Don't know how this got off Teva's design board and into production.

I returned them. They were smaller and narrower than the same style I purchased 3 years ago. Was looking forward to a blue pair but alas,,,,,,No.

These have the oddest fit around the ankle strap. The strap comes way higher than any other sandal I have ever tried. So high it was uncomfortable. Rest of the fit is great but I will be returning them.

I have purchased my sandles from Teva for the past 16 years, and loved every pair until now.
The grooves in the footbed dig painfully into my feet. There is a nearly a complete lack of the bounce/cushion that I have enjoyed in the Hurricanes and Mush flipflops.
(I sincerely hope that the footbed of the Hurricanes has not changed since I bought my last pair 4 years ago!)
When I walk, the front straps rub across my toes. I tried tightening the straps, but that just caused them to dig into my toes instead of rub.
I will be returning these shoes tomorrow.
They are a total disappointment.

I wore these shoes to Disney this past week and was not happy! Day 1 with lots of walking and I had minor blisters on the bottom of my pinky toes. Day 2 more walking, those blisters became blisters on top of blisters, by the end of the day I could barely walk. Day 3 I couldn't use them. Something about how they rubbed my feet, even after adjusting, made them very painful to wear. Very disappointed.

This shoe is best for wide feet. I have narrow feet and the straps were very long and ran out of velcro to fit my feet well. I also have high arches, and the way the shoe holds my feet made my arches ache. I found the Terra Fi Lite (Teva) sandal to be far superior in every aspect.

What an uncomfortable sandal! I wore these around the house for a couple of hours. I finally had to take them off because the bottom of my feet felt like they were on fire and the straps chafed my toes. Besides that, they run a little short. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a sandal.

Wow, maybe I got a bad pair. These sandals are very comfy, with excellent support that's firm but provides cushion. And the extra adjustable is great for my crazy feet (narrow and low instep with one wider and bigger than the other). They are even kind of cute for a sport sandal. So why the one-star for overall? My pair (I ordered the black/gray) had an extremely strong chemical/rubber smell, like burning tires, and strong enough to give me a headache. I put the shoes out on the porch to air out for a few days, but it was clear they weren't going to get any less smelly. I returned, but it's so hard for me to find comfortable sandals that I may try again with another pair in the future. My pair may have been the exception since none of the reviews I scanned mentioned a bad smell.
I'd also recommend:
Keen Whisper is a good water-friendly sandal for narrower feet.

Too wide and kind of unattractive on narrow feet. I had to tighten down the toe straps to an uncomfortably tight fit to keep my feet from sliding forward. The color was very pretty, it\'s a shame they didn\'t fit well.

Every year I treat myself to a new color, this pair was tri-color neutral. These are my 10th pair, I have multiple colors and wear them all summer long.

I’ve ordered so many of these sandals over the years. They are all around supportive, especially due to the ability to adjust the straps. I wear them as slippers too. Very comfy. The style is good looking too.

I have a low arch & thinner feet, so the adjustable bands on these made all the difference! I work at a preschool where we are outdoors a lot & these have been my go-to shoe for supportive comfort when it's hot out. Also, easy to wash off as needed & ok to get wet, which I needed for our summer camps. Highly recommend them!
