In general pretty comfy. The generous arch fits slightly back toward the heel compared to most shoes and I have a little issue with compression on the large toe due to the the close fit in the toe box. But then, I have really awful feet and have had two surgeries on that big toe.

The arch support does not come near the arch of my foot. Great shoe for casual clothing, e.g. pants that come up mid-calf.

This is a nice light comfortable flat shoe with good arch support. The standard width is a bit wide for my foot, even though I usually wear a B width. Fortunately, there is an elastic threaded around the shoe top edge which can be tightened up to secure it from slipping. Quite comfortable in hot weather.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and got an infection in a bunion. These shoes were recommended great for people with bunions, and they are. Besides they are comfortable and work with many different types of clothes. I have 2 pair and am may need more.

These are nice shoes with a comfortable footbed and good arch support, but I could not quite get the right fit. I am usually a 6½/7 (so that is the size that I ordered) - the shoes felt too large, like my feet was sliding around inside them (the upper material is very supple, almost like neoprene), but when I tightened the little bungie around the shoe opening, it only dug into my feet and did not make the shoes feel any more stable. Overall a good product but just not quite the right fit for me. Also, I have huge arches on my feet, so while these shoes did have significant arch support, it still wasn't enough - I would probably put orthopedic inserts in if I had kept them.

Fantastic arch support and comfy footbed. Soft cloth. They are very slipper-like however in looks. More than they look like in the pictures. My co-worker said they reminded her of her grandma's Deerfoams. Not really the look I was going for, I must say.

I ordered the cherry and black in this style. The cherry was not the luscious red as pictured, but more like a burgandy-wine color. I ordered the same size in both colors, but the red pair did not fit as well as the black...go figure. I kept them both anyway, just because my toes could move in them and nothing pinched. I think they are overpriced but, oh well.

I was not really sure how these shoes would feel after wearing them all day, but they felt so good at the end of day, almost as though they had molded to my feet. I ordered the red and the black and definitely will keep both pairs. I am recommending them to my BFF who has worse foot problems than I do!

I am trying these shoes out at home, as I write this. They are extremely comfortable although there is not quite enough cushioning in the ball of the foot (for my bad feet). They are so nice that I am considering keeping them and getting a separate pad for that. Otherwise, these are pretty amazing shoes. They fold up flat for travel and should conform to almost any foot. I also ordered them in a second color (same size) which I also liked very much but they make the most bizarre squeaking noise imaginable with every step. So unfortunately, I'll be sending those back. The black ones do not make any noise at all so perhaps it was the rare exception as they appear to be well made. I am using these shoes as house slippers but these would be very versatile shoes for just about anyone and would be especially good for travel due to the comfort & packability.

These are very cute and are comfortable. The arch does seem a little high and took some getting used to. Color is very nice.

I have a nerve pain condition (RSD) in the tops and bottoms of my feet that developed after a compound break of my lower leg 5 years ago. Regarding shoes, I used to say, "It's not quality, but quantity that matters!" I didn't like Zappos then, because they sell "real" shoes, that cost more to make than Payless shoe imitators. But little, by little I had to stop wearing every pair of shoes, until the only thing I could tolerate touching my feet was the ugly Comfortrite (by Sequoia) velcro-tab-topped-deep-footbed slippers with soft-high-arch orthotics (traditional way too painful) by Aetrex! By then, I couldn't walk, stand, or keep my feet on the floor, for long either. So I logged onto Zappos & did a search for "shoes with stretch uppers". Arcopedico L series spells victory for me. I have even tolerated L15 for 5 hrs!They accommodate my insoles, so it doesn't matter that they don't have any arch support! Only 3 things I don't like: the heel is loose & short; then when I tighten drawstring, it digs into top of foot, making it swell. Last, price is still way high for me. I'd like another color and/or style, but can't afford yet.I've had these 1 year, through winter (stretch upper can accommodate warm, thick socks) & they still look great! There are other free-shipping-both-ways sites, but nobody beats Zappos customer service, and many times not their price!

The arch support was ok, but as other reviewers stated the thickness under the ball of the foot would not be substantial enough for a lot of walking. I live in Chicago and we walk everywhere and for extended periods of time. Comfortable for around the block, but not all day :)

These shoes were a little less substantial than I expected when I opened them up but when I tried them on - so dreamy feeling. Very comfortable.

Really wanted these to fit. Unfortunately, they were too small and the next size up was not available.

While this shoe fits nicely in the toe box, the heel is too large for me, slipping as I walk. I will be returning.

did not like the material

This is a pretty shoe and very comfortable EXCEPT that the toe area feels short. So sad I had to return them . . . Will try to find a Sketchers model.

These shoes were not very attractive or comfortable. They were expensive so I expected to be more satisfied.

While the fit is perfect and they are very comfortable shoes, unfortunately, they have no style. I also need a shoe with a little more structure to walk in.

sizing was ok but back of shoe rubbed my ankle and was uncomfortable

Shoe generally fits well except for the heel that slips with every step.

A bit too much coverage to feel stylish, but in the end, they really just look like water shoes.

I was really looking forward to this shoe becoming my go-to pair but they are too loose in the heel, a bad fit made worse by having been packed with the back of the shoe folded downward to the insole.

I have several of this style in different colors. I have always loved the fit and support. I will probably not buy them again because they have changed their sizing. I wear an 11 and now that is to small. In my older shoes this style fits. The newer does not. To bad. They have lost a long time wearer.
