These ran big on me and have a very high very hard arch. I've never encountered something like that before. Too bad, they're cute.

I liked this shoe- decent arch support, sizing was right, but it won't work for my ankles. Bummer.

If you need "serious" arch support this shoe is for you. I'm sending back because the support is too much for my arch.

I had Zappos send me 2 different pair of these in two different size, one in the camel and one in navy. The latter had some silver sheen to it-- not a dealbreaker but not my first choice. The camel was a nice neutral. I like the soft faux suede on top, very flexible for someone like me with large bunions.These are ok for dinner and a movie or a party were you aren't standing and walking always. True to size for me.Like the concept.

This comfortable looking slip-on shoe does not come in a size that fits me. I typically wear a 7.5-8. in most shoes. This winter I bought a pair of Arcopedico L19 boots (also a vegan product) and 38 was too small, so returned them for a 39 which fit great (8-8.5). I wear them all the time; love them (thank you!). But this size 39 Arcopedico L14 shoe is too big for me and slips off, and the 38 pinches my toes (and the heel and arch do not fit well. I must return both. Great that an arch support shoe of this sort is on offer and hopefully fits others' feet; not mine tho'. I'm in my mid-sixties w/rheumatoid arthritis, comfort is paramount.

I had bought size 39 two years ago and it was too tight to my foot. This time I ordered size 40 and it is too big for me. Unfortunately there is no size in between, that I would need.

I really, really wanted to love this shoe. It would have been so great for travel - good walking shoe, soft upper, and cute. I have a very high instep and was hoping the significant support in this shoe would be just right for me, but the hard edge of the arch support dug into the side of my foot. I think it would be much better on someone without such high arches. It's such a cute shoe, and so comfortable otherwise, I'm sick that it doesn't work for me.

cute and comfortable shoes but will be returning it cause the style puts pressure on my surgical incision.

Really wish this shoe would have fit the bill. I found the size 9 (40) was short. I will continue to search for another pair or Arcopedico as I'v owned 7 plus pairs.

I read in other reviews that this shoe ran slightly small, so ordered 1/2 a size larger. They fit GREAT. I like the look and feel of the shoe - I wear custom orthotics which are quite thick and they DID NOT fit inside these shoes. But it seems the arch support is sufficient and there is a great heel sole so I can wear these as is for limited time.

Love the shoe, but I wear an 8 1/2 and the 39 was too short. I'm going to exchange it for a larger size and hope it works.

These shoes are good, basic, lightweight, slip-on shoes. The elastic is tight and cuts in a tiny bit, but I have fat feet. They don't have a ton of padding or anything, but somehow they don't make my feet hurt either. Excellent arch support. And they're cut a little too high to be a cute ballet flat, but still these are great basics and I will repurchase them if they ever wear out. I don't think that will happen for a while- they are solid and well made.

Purchased both the 9.5W-10 and 10.5W -11. As others reported, the 9.5W fit with my big toe pressed up against the front of the shoe and upper fabric. Whereas, the 10.5W remained too loose, despite pulling the decorative button cord. (By the way, the decorative button cord would not maintain the new position once pulled - There was no way to anchor it without twisting and then re-looping it around the button - awkward).

I like these shoes, they are comfortable, I wear them indoor in my daily activities. For my liking, there is no enough support arch wise this is why I gave only 4 stars. they are cute and can match any casual outfit.

I wear a 39 in Euro sizes and flux between 8 and 8-1/2 in US sizes. I ordered this shoe in the Gold Sprarkle in 39 and found them cushy and comfy right out of the box (sweet, simple packaging by the way). I have high insteps and arches and need a wide toe box in my shoes and these fit the bill. What I liked: color, a little heel height (rare for a slipper), and strong arch support. What I didn't like: my heel was slippy (too long a shoe), and the fabric provides no outer structure to the shoe so the outline of my toes is visible. I hated the toe visibilty (bulging under the fabric). Also? They're SLIPPERS. Slippers with lovely support and good soles for outdoor walking, but they're really slippers in the end. I am returning them. I can't justify the cost because I'm self-conscious of my toes in the fabric. I leave this at 4-Stars because of the unique style and the amazing comfort.

I need a wide toe box but have a narrow heel so thought these would be perfect because you can cinch them around your feet. Unfortunately, the 42's are too short. More like a 41 than a 42.

This is a great easy slip on flat, very nice looking, and comfortable. I usually put a gel insole into Arcopedico shoes to add a little cush. These are not great for walking any distance, but excellent for casual wear otherwise.

Very comfy; covered the bunions admirably; just seemed way too short; my toes reached the very end of the shoe in my normal size.

Very attractive, comfortable ballerina-style shoe with great arch support, in fact possibly a little firmer than I want. The fabric the uppers are made of seems tough, but both of my big toes turn up, and when I tried these on I found I could see the tips of both toes pressing on the fabric, which consequently looked stretched in those spots. I share another reviewers fear, in my case a conviction, that before long one of both toes would wear through the fabric. So I am returning them, and will try something else.

I take a size 9W (with socks). This 9 (40) had my toe touching the front of the shoe. I had to go to a 41, which I have never had to before in other shoes.

I wear a size 9W, and in the 40 my big toe was touching the end of the shoe. I now have the 41 which fits much better. I haven't had them long enough to say much else.

They run large, and quite wide, with the elastic tightener doesn't help. Still, they're comfortable and nice-looking, and should last a long time. They're almost like bedroom slippers.

I loved the cute style and comfort of these shoes and had bought them for a 9 day trip to Disney World. I had them for about 10 months before my big toenail made wore a hole through on both shoes. I keep my toenails cut but the material is so thin in that area. I was very disappointed that they did not last longer because they were my favorite shoes.
