I was looking for new shoes for work. My feet have changed, since I'm pregnant. I got these and another pair of Hush Puppies, the other a half size smaller. Unfortunately both are going back. There just wasn't enough padding to made them comfortable for the whole day. Not uncomfortable at first, but not worth keeping.

These shoes are very stiff. I might put up with it if I was looking for dress shoes, but I wanted something comfortable out of the box for a lot of walking. They might break in well?

Half size too long, nearly walked out of them. The heel sliding is a definite non-starter. I order a wide shoe to accommodate bunions. While this had good width in the toe box, there was vertical pressure in the bunion area. Returning and seeking a different shoe.

Cute flats, great as a casual work shoe, but gave me 5 blisters the first day I wore them on both heels, big toe pads, and right toe and only wore them a short distance. Leather is really stiff so would take forever to break in, and would break my feet in the process! so unfortunately these go in the donate bin. FYI - I have a high arch and slightly wider than average feet, but do not typically wear W shoes.

This is a very cute shoe, but it has to go back -- it pinches across the top of my foot, mostly because the toe part comes up higher than expected.

I need mucho arch support. This shoe does not bring it to me. Thanks anyway, Pretty shoe.

Bought them in hopes that they would fit the same as a similar Hush Puppies style, but they don't. A little tight and rigid; I'm hoping they stretch out.

I really wanted to like this shoe as I love Hush Puppies. But the leather is really stiff in the toe box and scratchy on the heel. The way my foot fits into it, you would think I should get good arch support, but it's not there. They also look a little manly in size 9. So I'm returning them.

I was looking for comfortable work shoes, that weren't stiff or uncomfortable, as I stand most of the day. I got these in a wide size, I usually wear regular, but I wanted to make sure the lining did not bother the top of my foot. However, although I took these measures, the shoes still felt and uncomfortable. The insole is comfortable but that was not enough of a reason to have kept them. I returned them right away!

I agree with Brenda. They are on the small size but pinched my toes too much to try to break them in. And the upper leather is very stiff.

A comfortable shoe with lots of padding, but the heel is quite wide for me--I had to get inserts.

Cute shoes. Unfortunately even though I ordered in wide they are still tight across the toes. So tight I can't stop thinking about my feet when I try to wear them. Stupidly, I was determined that they fit and I thought I could break 'em in and wore them a couple days, now that I'm realizing these shoes will never be comfortable, I finally look up the return policy and see that Zappos only takes unworn shoes. I understand that, but people with hard to fit feet sometimes have to give it a couple days to see how new shoes will feel. Well, now I know better.

I have a wide foot with a high arch. I wear an 8ww, but I can get away with an 8 1/2 w, which is the size I got these in. These shoes were painful at first and too tight around the forefoot. The toebox is a little small. Not that they've been broken in, they are slightly more comfortable. I can't walk long distances in them without getting pain in my arch. The only reason I wear them is because I don't have any other black shoes right now. It's very hard to find wide shoes.

This is a cute shoe, especially for a long foot, but it does not feel like a 10 and it rubs across the top. I thought that it would be better after a couple wears but I'm pretty miserable in them.

I bought these shoes because I was looking for a flat that was cute and comfortable. They do have decent arch support and cushion, but the heels rub painfully. I hoped they'd break in after I wore them a few times, but I still get horrible blisters, so I can't wear them. Ugh.

Incredibly inflexible and thus uncomfortable. Even just walking around my living room they left marks on my feet. The shoes have virtually no give. I'm a bit surprised so many people love them. I really wanted to like them, but they were rock solid on my feet and I had a hard time walking in them.

I got these shoes as easy shoes for work. When they came, they ran too small and stiff in my size for me to wear.

These shoes are very well made. That being said, I had a similar experience to other reviewers. I found these shoes very stiff. I have narrow feet and I thought that these shoes would fit me well because others said that they cut into the sides and tops of their feet. Instead, I found they cut into the top of my feet too (really, I have high heels that are more comfortable) but I did get a narrow. I might have tried the regular but they did not have the look I expected. I thought they would be a good comfortable work shoe that would add polish to outfits. They are very shiny and stiff though and instead of "dressing up" my outfits they just looked out of place. I went with the Merrel Plaza Flaunt instead. If they fit your feet they would be good if you are looking for something more formal.

These shoes look very comfortable but are not so - they are very low on top and kind of cut into my feet. I'm afraid I will not be able to wear them. It's a shame as I tried a couple of times and now cannot return them. Perhaps it's just my feet and not the shoe.

Hard as a rock. Kept them thinking I'd "wear them in". Still haven't. Cute though!

The shoe was very stiff and the middle of the arch support bump hit my heel. I will be returning or just donating the things.

I actually cannot comment too much on the fit. The side of the shoe near the toe pushed badly on my bunion, so I put one show partway on my foot then took it off and put them both back in the box. They were really cute, so I am sorry they didn't work.

Why do manufacturers not recognize those of is between size 10 and 11? This shoe is too big for my big foot, but the 10 is too small.

Love the color red and was looking forward to having a nice flat. However, the side of the shoes are high at the ankle and dug into mine. Sorry to have to return.
